I had a great first and second-time experience at Blush Dental Studio. The staff at the front desk are extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. The first time I got a great hygienist named Ashley that explained every step to keep me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Kim is professional, down-to-earth, and thorough with her explanations. I am recommending my GF and all others visit Blush Dental Studio. The team is efficient and they will give you the respect you deserve. I felt very comfortable and in good hands.

The office is always clean, the staff is punctual, the front desk staff especially Tori is always so pleasant, smiling even under the mask. I can tell in the eyes & even in her tone of voice when she calls. they display such pleasure and pride where they work. Fatima (I believe was her name) who I had the pleasure of experiencing today did an amazing job, so gentle in cleaning my teeth! The staff always eases my anxieties every time I come. Shes professional and thorough in explaining all financial and dental procedures. Moreover, Dr. Kim and her assistant were extremely accommodating to me. I needed several of extractions done and was ensured that I was in the right hands.Dr. Kim is a Wiz at her job!!!! From having local anesthesia (needle injections), to the many extractions...totally painless!!! Not to mention, the staff as a whole possess wonderful bedside manners. I have been a number of places where professional women have worked on my teeth, and of all the dental offices I have been to, I thoroughly enjoyed my procedure. I was given a shot of Tequila, talked with a mermaid named Ariel, while being teeth hijacked by Dr. Carter...all with smiles, no pain, and great customer service. Yep! I am definitely coming back and with children.Just a note...Dr. Carter does this jiggly think with your cheek when she gives you a shot and I dont know if other dentist know about this, but you guys may want to try that method out...I didnt feel a thing.Peace

Worst experience at a dentist in a long time. I was a new patient and my first appointment took an hour and 45 minutes just to get x-rays. They wouldn’t do the cleaning in the first visit after making me wait all that time, which has never happened at a dentist office before. I have moved a lot and I was always able to get a cleaning during my first visit. They forced me to reschedule for the cleaning but I have a really busy schedule. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appointment the same day and there was a $50 fee. That was to be expected, but she also explained that because I canceled I would have to pay for my cleaning up front, before they could reschedule me. Not just the $50 cancellation fee but for the entire visit. I have never had to pay for a dental procedure upfront before. What a strange policy and really offputting. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Love this place!!! Ive been going for years, I moved over 30 mins away and still come back and tell others to go too! The new location is even better than the last one! Its always clean, it smells good, they play jazz and either have on the food network or HGTV, very nice! The staff is great! The Dentist makes sure the work is all the way complete to your satisfaction ❤️

I love Blush Dental. Starting with the front office the young ladies are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The dental assistants and hygienist are caring and take their work serious. My dentist Dr. Carter is very good. She is thorough and cares about you. She tells you every step she is making. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, I would never go back, but with Blush I am a repeat patient.

I’ve been going here for a little over 2 years now. The staff has always been knowledgeable and warm, which makes going in there a pleasure. Then, the hygienist and the dentists are top notch. As nervous as I was coming to get my fill in Dr. Kim and Arielle made me feel not only comfortable but also gave me a good laugh.

Everything from scheduling to checkout was wonderful. All staff were welcoming and professional. My hygienist was super knowledgeable and only chastised me very gently for neglecting to visit the dentist in so long (nearly 10 years)! She gave me some tips on oral hygiene and how to maintain a good routine at home. Dr. Carter was also very professional and gave me important information about my current state of oral health and what intervention I need. All in all, this was a great dentist visit and I’m glad I chose them to be my dentist.

As a liver transplant patient I’m considered high risk for any medical procedure especially dental. Dr. Carter took care in everything from making sure my meds would not interfere with any procedures and even referring me out to specialist for complicated procedures just to be safe. Most dentist I’ve seen were ok but I didn’t need ok. I needed Excellent! And every time I visited Blush Dental I received 5 Star service! From the professionalism of the staff to the overall dental experience at the facility. Her staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They will go over everything before your visit to help you understand and don’t run into any unseen financial problems with your insurance. That’s important! And she will not recommend procedures that are not necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Carter for your dental health care needs!

I had an appointment and my hygenist, Finola (Im not sure thats how her name is spelled) was amazing!! She was thorough and very informative with the exam and was very mindful while doing my cleaning. She was constantly checking on me during her services; she was kind and it was her birthday!! I also loved the way they try not to have so many people in at one time; I was leery about going to the dentist and the precautions that I saw that were taken, made me feel better about being there.

My first time ever visiting this place was today and by this being my first visit it started off wrong but ended off excellent and the reason I say this is because of the wait time for me was not a good experience for my first visit so of course I was upset and snappy once I got to the back to be seen but through it all Dr. Keisha Carter and her entire staff remained calm and prof at all times she also was willing to listen to my concerns in regards to the wait time along with apologizing she made sure I was well taken care of with my cleaning as well as letting me know what type of treatments I needed. I had a great visit today with Dr. Carter. I had to get a crown done and I was very nervous because Im afraid of needles and pain. I honestly didnt feel anything. Dr. Carter was gentle and patient with me, she explained every step and I honestly almost fell asleep in the chair. The staff is very professional, caring, and compassionate. I’ve been coming to Blush Dental Studio for about 4 years now and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. The front staff is very friendly. Telquila and Torri make every experience enjoyable from the minute you walk through the door. Latrice, one of the dental hygienists, handles my teeth cleanings and gives sound dental advice (I’m just hard headed and don’t listen). She is quick and efficient. Dr. Carter is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve moved out of state and refuse to see anyone but her. I used to be afraid of coming to the dentist and she’s honestly made things much more enjoyable for me. I know that her and her team will handle me with care and it puts me at ease. I can’t come up with anything negative to say about them, so I hope they keep up the good work.

As Im getting back on track with my restart on dental care, I highly recommend this practice. They are professional, caring, and very detailed. Blush Dental Studio is very passionate when it comes to dental health to the point you feel like they are your partners in this journey. Here you are not just a patient but a part of the family. The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm, you are made to feel like you belong here. The jazz music and your choice of what you want to view while you are in the chair is bar none.You will get an outline of things you need to do to restore and retain your dental health and they take all questions and comments. I learned alot about improved flossing and brushing. This will be my permannent dental home.

My best dental experiences have been in this office. Dr. Carter is very professional and shows great care when dealing with her patients. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming — not sterile and intimidating like many other dental offices. I also appreciate the technology. It assured me that I am getting the best care. I’ve gotten a few cavities filled at Blush Dental and every time I am surprised at how comfortable and painless it is. Dr. Carter is very gentle. Im 35 and this is the best dentist Ive ever had. I sometimes get dentists who do the minimum, but the dental assistants here (save 1) have never done that to me in about 9 appointments; they always took the time to make sure I got all the care I needed, even when I was the last appointment of the day and they probably wanted to go home.Going in to this office for the first time I had a gum issue, one that is now resolved thanks to Dr. Carter, her staff, and a couple treatments my other dentists just didnt think of. The studio is spotless, staff always friendly, and the prices reasonable. Cant recommend enough.

This is the best dental staff and office. The way they treat their customers is first class. This was my first visit and I am now a returning patient! What I observed first in I first arrived for my appointment, the staff was engaging in a light hearted conversation with one of the dental patients. I could tell he was a regular patient that had build a relationship among the staff. The studio was clean and and inviting. The amount of care that the dental hygienist gave to me regarding my dental issue was amazing. Dr. Carter is highly knowledgeable and very sweet. She made me feel comfortable and secure about the cleaning procedure that I was about to undergo. I was so impressed that I called several friends to tell them to switch from their dentists to mine LOL!

By far the best dental office I have ever taken both my kids too. Dr. Carter and her staff are wonderful. They made the emergency visit for my 6 year old son very soothing and comfortable. My boy was so scared after finding out we had to remove his front teeth due to trauma. Lucky they are just his baby teeth and he has another set that will grow in place as he gets older. The staff was very patient and understanding of our anxiety, we left that place with high hopes for future appointments. Thanks Dr. Carter for making an exception to see my son, although your office doesnt start treating patient for treatment until age 13. I love this practice. From the time you walk in the door, it’s just amazing; jazz playing, people smiling and greeting you as you enter and even the design colors are wonderful. I am a real estate broker and while in the room ironically HGTV was on and their designs inside this practice puts you in the mind of how they stage houses on TV and in local real estate. The doctor and the hygienist were both very thorough in their explanations, in terms I could easily understand. I highly recommend this practice. I usually have a fear of dental treatment but some how I didn’t today.

I was previously a patient of Great Expressions in Atlanta when several friends referred me to Dr. Carter right in my own neighborhood. My first visit last week was a great experience. I was greeted upon entering by the ladies up front and the paperwork process was very quick and completed via iPads.The dental hygienist and assistants were very friendly and explained everything to me. Dr. Carter took time with me to explain my necessary treatment, why I needed it and answered my many questions. She knows her stuff and is very kind! This was a much different experience than the corporate dentistry at Great Expressions.I have found my new dental home and will refer all my family and friends. Blush Dental is THE BEST dental office in town. I went for a cleaning and assessment of my cavity....they were great. Latrice was so gentle and thrurough with my teeth. The right side of my mouth is so sensitive to cold water but she took her time and let me know the whole time what she was doing. She was gentle and carrying...it didnt even hurt really !! Dr.Carter was so concerned about the discomfort I was having in my tooth and took time to explain exactly what was going on and what she suggested our course of treatment would be! I love this office! I absolutely Hate going to the dentist however this office will have me coming back because of how nice, gentle and painless 5they are. They are GREAT!!

From the receptionist to Dr.Carter, the staff at Blush dental go above and beyond to create a great dental experience. The decor is beautiful and the little measures such as the beverage center further gained my attention. Having had a previous bad dental experience elsewhere Blush was a breath of fresh air. At my most recent visit the dental hygienist Lucy, actually held my hand while I was being numbed because I expressed being nervous. That combined with the massage chair, and Dr. Carters great work made for the most relaxing dental visit ever. I was so impressed I have already booked appointments for my daughter, and referred my grandmother as well as mother. Blush has become the dental home for my family and I would send any friends seeking a dental home there as well. Keep up the great work!!!

Finally great customer service in a High anxiety situation. Dr. Carter and her staff were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Her confidence and prior consultation made me feel comfortable when I was flat out scared of the dentist from a previous traumatic dental experience. During my procedure I was comfortable I felt no pain and was my road to recovery within 18hrs. Oh yea working massage chairs and TVs on the ceiling awesome atmosphere. Affordable pricing.

Dr Carter was absolutely great! I have had a fear of dentists since childhood and she has always put that fear to rest. The entire staff was very nice and caring, they all made me feel at ease. Ive had a procedure with her once before that was flawless and she was flawless yet again today. I would recommend this practice to anybody and I look forward to following up with her again in the future.

I have made 2 appointments here already, and both went very well. I felt right at home at this office! The waiting area is very comfortable. The people of BLUSH are all very friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had for them. The team members working on my teeth also treated me with great care. I was informed I had periodontal disease during my first visit. I received therapy for this on my second visit, and felt very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. After they addressed some of my discomfort, I nearly fell asleep on the chair during the rest of it! I look forward to getting my teeth taken care of here as long as I live in East Point, and perhaps if I even move away.

Five stars just isnt enough. It takes alot going to the dental office during this tough time; covid 19. The staff looks properly prepared with a full attire of PPE starting with front staff all the way through out the office. Its a little frustrating because you have to fill out this, fill out that, take temperature at the door, wait in your car before being seen, but I understand its for the safety of us all, myself, other patients, and the staff. The office looked and smelled very disinfectant, the bathroom was clean, plus the treatment rooms are private. This office doesnt look like it belongs on Cleveland Ave from the inside. Dr. Carter was very professional and knowledgeable when explaining my treatment. Although my treatment required me to see a specialist outside of Dr. Carters office, her staff went above and beyond to find me a provider that was in my insurance network to complete the recommended treatment. I was very satisfied with my experience. These ladies made my visit very personable and pleasent and I look forward to returning back to the office for my cleaning. Its great to see positive, young, black women in power. Thanks Dr. Carter, you and your staff are the best.

Dr. Carter is the best!! She is very professional, gentle with her care and above all personable. I will not entrust anyone else with my dental needs. My husband was anxious about having his dental work done but she made him feel at ease. He looks forward to his next appointments (lol). Her dental studio is very comfortable and relaxing. She has exam chairs that massage your back while you watch your choice of shows on the T.V. Choose Dr. Carter as your dentist and you will want all of your friends and family to see her as well.

Pros: Advanced technology, aesthetically pleasing environment, nice and professional staff, knowledgeable, competent and kind dentist, short wait time, personable experienceCons: the $99 special is misleading. If the dentist recommends a deep cleaning or anything other than a surface cleaning then you leave with nothing at all. I was quoted over $1100 for the deep cleaning and that was with the discount. Insurance patients should be fine but if you’re paying cash, be prepared for additional costs or ask a lot of questions BEFORE you schedule an appointment. I’m sure this is industry wide and not specific to this office. Still an inconvenience.

I had my first visit today and it was a wonderful experience from the check-in process to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Carter and her very knowledgeable staff. So glad I found Blush Dental.

I absolutely Love Dr. Carter and her Staff. I have been a patient for some time now and got a new job changed Insurance and went to Not So Great Expressions!!! BIG MISTAKE!!! Long story short I went in for pain for the upper right side of my mouth and came out with a $576.00 bill saying that I had an abscess in my lower left side of my gums and that the nerve right there was dead. That I need a crown and some more things needless to say.I immediately called Dr. Carter’s Office the next day. I explained what happened and they got me a same day appointment and took her own x-ray and reassuring me that it was not an abscess and I wouldn’t need a crown or any such thing!!! She sent it to a specialist to confirm and not only did she apologize for they other company but saved my tooth as well as my pockets!!! Her staff was so nice and all I can do is Thank them!!! I would be toothless if I didn’t and I pride myself in my teeth and to have something like that I was beyond hurt!!!While being the a Client came in with a great deal of pain!!! Because she don’t take Walk-Ins on Friday they looked seen how much pain she was in and told her they would see her!!! Only a Doctor who loves thier Job would do that!!! Most people now only care about the money forgetting that the money don’t last longer than a review!!!Thanks Dr. Carter you don’t know how appreciative I am!!!Lunch is on me!!! 😍😍😍

I really like this dental office. I very pleased with the staff and there customer service. The atmosphere is very calm and I haven’t had to wait at all for my appointments, I’m usually in and out. I really like Blush Dental and there staff.

I want to thank Dr. Carter, for her quick response, to solve a miscommunication i had. She reach out to me to see what my experience was and resolved. It was not with her service, she is a very skilled and excellent dentist.

I met Ms. Carter(dentist) at Metro Dental years ago, and enjoyed her dental work. I found out after I went back to metro dental to find her gone. I located her at blush studio and briefly enjoyed her work after she start charging me 25.00 dollars for missing appointments. Two of the appointments was reset by her pop up vacations on cruise ships. Secondly, the fake smile is good until she gets your money. I dont mind paying for good service, but when I make a appointment and have to sit for 3 hours and then you re-schedule me. That is a little too much of a relax vacation attitude.. The staff help me more than she did. My advice too you, change your ship before your business turns into the Titanic.

Excellent service! Dr.Carter’s office is modern and her equipment is technologically advanced. Her appreciation for quality does not go unnoticed. I needed a rushed crown and Dr Carter went above and beyond to address my needs. I traveled from London to ATL to receive my treatment as I knew I would be in good hands!

It was a good visit with patient and an understanding staff. The transportation service jerked me around and I arrived over 30 minutes late but they managed to work me in after I told them what happened and it was my first visit to them and with the transportation service. They came highly recommended and I am glad I went. Thank you Blush, because the world needs kindness and love!!

Worst experience of my life. Unorganized and understaffed in front office. I was the very first patient and came in for a emergency visit in excruciating pain. This office never confirmed my insurance so every time when she called to verify a breakdown of insurance she kept on hanging up due to long wait period. I called Delta dental and they explained the providers have several ways of doing this mind you... they had patient after patient be seen and Im in pain waiting on verification that was already supposed to be done ahead of time. This was my very first appointment and last time I will deal with some thirsty unprofessional office that had no type of regard for my situation and I cant get my 2 hours back either!
