Have visited this location twice for a dress alteration and zipper replacement and dog bed cleaning. At first I thought it was a bit pricey but the level of craftsmanship on the alteration was perfect and he was even willing to work with me on the dog beds. They came out spotless and fragrant. Its been a week and they still smell excellent. My 🐕 is in heaven!

Absolutely love this place. It was hard to find a reasonable priced place during the pandemic. I feel some people were charging based on their needs, and not the customers. I needed my son’s suits altered to his liking for a wedding. The owner and his wife were absolutely amazing in guiding him through the terms of tapered as well as hem. He walked away very pleased with not only his suit but also his knowledge. I love that when we picked it up my son didn’t want to try it on then, the owner was like “that’s okay, if he needs more done or something else just come back.” Some places make you try it on right then and there. Thank you guys! We’ll definitely be back.

Could not of been more satisfied with their service and how delicate and with love they handled my wedding dress. I had a farm/outdoor wedding and my dress was nearly black at the bottom from all the dirt and mud. Not only did they get every trace of dirt off, but they preserved my dress as well. The turn around on getting my dress back was also impressive! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing anything cleaned. They do not disappoint.

Love this place!! My experience here was phenomenal. It was my first time ever getting an alteration so I was nervous, but my dress came back perfectly! They had to do 2 sets of alterations because Im small in nature yet they were patient regardless & though alterations are specifically done at their second location, they still took care of me at this location and gave me delightful service. Happy I discovered them, will definitely be back.

Weve been using Carriage Cleaners for about 2 years now and we love it! Lets face it, dry cleaning is dry cleaning. The difference is the service. I love the drive through because it makes it so easy to pick up and drop off items, because honestly, no one wants to get out of the car after work for an errand. As for the professionalism, it is second to none. Im always greeted with a smile and my clothes are always neatly placed in my car making it easy for me when I get home. This place always does amazing work so there was no other cleaners I considered when my white dress that was covered in makeup and dirt stains needed to be cleaned. It was pretty dirty so I was still skeptical but upon getting it back it was a pristine white, no stains, just like new. Maybe even better than when I bout it, it was that clean. And price was amazing too. I for sure thought I would be charged more because of dirty it was. I will always come here!

My cat almost ruined a brand new fabric couch. I’ve had many years of getting pet smells out of things but I couldn’t get the smell out of my wife’s brand new purchase. They got it all out completely.In over ten years of service they’ve also never shrunk our clothes... or lost anything... or damaged our clothes. I’ve used dry cleaners all over the country but I have to say they are the best.

I have patronized this cleaners since 2010. The current manager, Al, and his team have been there since 2011. The quality of the cleaning and service have been par excellent from day one! I am very discerning and particular when it comes to maintaining my clothes. I typically request one-day service and it is always accommodated. I highly recommend this business establishment.

This is the only place I trust with all my clothes and its always quality work the first time around. My collar always has oil on it because of the beard oil I use on face, they are always able to remove any stain without damaging my clothes. I definitely recommend them for quality service and family oriented environment.

Fantastic shop and the owner Al is the definition of customer service. Took all my suits, shirts, and pants in for alterations and dry cleaning and the results were fantastic. My entire wardrobe now fits as if it was custom tailored for me. I highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed!

Excellent, quick turn around! I had wine split all my Italian blazer, it sat in my closet for two weeks after the spill. I took my blazer here and the next day it was gone. Ill definitely return!

Don’t use this place for Alterations! I measured and pinned up the hems for 4 pairs of women’s slacks They charged me $12 each! And that did not include pressing!! On a previous occasion I asked the seamstress to separate a top that had an attached camisole. She did it alright, but did not return the camisole!! What?!?! Were my instructions lost in translation?!?! Good grief...never going there again!

One time they did not have my dress ready on the date they told me it would be ready and I really needed it for work the next day. So, the Owner/Manager stayed after hours to clean my dress and he hand delivered it to me within a few hours!!! I CAN NOT STAND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... I would never go back to Cleaners at 3515 Camp Creek. I brought 3 brand new pairs of uniform pants in there to be hemmed and on Sunday and I pulled one of them out the plastic. It was my first time wearing one of them because I already had pants from before. Yesterday I noticed while I was walking I was stepping on my left pants leg. When I lift the pants up to see what was wrong I noticed these fools forgot to hem one side of my pants. I went into Cleaners this morning and they gonna tell me I have to pay again even after seeing me in they computer bringing them in and he even admitting to see there was no hem in one leg. Saying I was suppose to bring them back within 24hrs. How the hell am I going to wear the same type of pants within 24hrs of picking them up. Then he tells me I have to pay again. Never would I go back there.

Highly recommend this cleaners!! My wedding dress was extremely dirty after dragging on the wet rainy pavement as well as acting as a mop to clean up spilled drinks!! Al was able to get it cleaned just like it was brand new!

My grandfather had a shirt and it was torn on both sleeves. On top of that, they tried to hide it and we called at 4:39, they dont close until 5 and did not answer.Then on top of that they try to blame the customer saying the shirt was yellowed, YOURE A CLEANER, did you expect it to come white? Is that supposed to excuse the fact that you tore a shirt and tried to hide it?

The experience I encountered at this Cleaners was the most horrible experience I’ve encountered from an establishment in my Life. The wife of the business was treating me like a common day Slave. She was extremely rude to me in fact she started yelling and telling me she’s the owners wife and what do I think he will do “ Fire Her” as I asked to speak with the Manager. All this over a sweater that I was told would be ready for me when I arrived. This is the most unprofessional place I have experience I believe it’s safe to say I will never patronize this business again…
