My SUV was super dirty. This place was reasonably priced and did a fine job of cleaning my vehicle inside and out. I was pleased to give a tip for their service. The place is not spiffy looking, however, my vehicles appearance was!! The office staff lady was friendly as well as managers brother. I will most likely become a repeat customer.

The first time I went here the service was great but when I return visit I have some issues with the cleanliness of my vehicle when I pointed out what was wrong to the gentleman he was fine at first but once I continue to show him all the spots that were missed and that my windows were have clean he seem to have an attitude. Once I left I went back five minutes later because my back window was have cleaned he had a major attitude. I give them three stars because of the gentleman on the inside hes very nice and friendly... I will not be returning

I took my car here this afternoon, and they did a good job washing it, its super shiny, but still dirty. Still dried on chunks of dirt all over the rear end. Maybe I shouldve asked them to spend extra time there. All in all, I will go back, but Ill have to take it when it isnt that dirty, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. The inside looks pretty good and they vacuumed it really well.

Do not get your car washed here. They would damage your car and not pay for it. I repeat do not get your car washed here they will damage your car and not pay for it

This place was fast, professional, and friendly. Despite choosing the cheapest option for my personal car the employees definitely went beyond what i asked for and my car, (after a week of sitting underneath a tree), looks exactly as it should. Good work guys!

Im a car guy and very critical when it comes to car washes. I generally wash cars myself because Ive never felt the pay car washes do a good job relative to what they charge. Ive also had my car damaged damaged by a wash place before.I found Minit Car Wash on the internet, I needed a car cleaned ASAP so I gave them a shot. They did a great job, especially since my car was filthy and the price was very low. I watched these people stop the entire vehicle line to scrub my car until all of the heavy dirt was gone. I also paid a little more for a quick vacuum job, and didnt expect a complete interior clean. My car interior was near filthy also. I was certainly NOT expecting them to do as good of a job as they did. The guy who cleaned out my interior spent 15 minutes making sure it was clean which pretty much blew my mind.I was surprised by the level of service and great job. Ill be back for sure and be sure to bring a tip.

What a bargain! $5.00 to have my car washed thoroughly on the outside and wiped dry. It looks a little like a hole-in-the-wall, but the service was efficient and friendly. The local police get their cars washed here so it must be consistently good.

Place isnt in the best shape but the work here is quality. Excellent washes with attention to detail. Great value, you would spend three times as much for the same wash in north atlanta. They even have a 3 day rain guarantee, definitely recommend for frequent washers.

I purchased a Groupon for three deluxe washes for $20. They did an outstanding job!!! You definitely have to have patience because they thoroughly detail your car. It usually takes 30-40 minutes depending on how busy they are. Well worth it to me.

The prices are awesome and the service is great. I pass several car washes to go here.I must add that they may need to update waiting area and cut the time in joking and smoking. Other than that, I was satisfied.

I Paid For A Full Detail And Waited 2Hrs While It Was Done. I Get To My Car And Its Literally Half Done. The Doors And Console Were Barely Touched And The Outside Of My Car Was Still Dirty. To Make Matters Worse A Day Later I Noticed My Wireless Earbuds And Case Were Missing. I Know Someone Took Them From Minit Becuase I Had Just Put Them There Before The Car Wash.

I had to take my car back twice behind one wash. They left a lot of lint on my windows & its was still dirt on the bumper & back of my truck after the wash. I had to point out too many undone things after the wash & supposedly hand detail attention. I paid $37 and went through all of that! My experience sucked & Ill never go back! I wish I could give them a negative zero!!

Can’t beat how great of a deal it is and usually do a great job...i accidentally bought the wrong Groupon awhile back and was upset it was so far as I’m all the way up in midtown but didn’t want it to go to waste. Now it’s the only car wash I’ll go to, I go all the way down there just for this place whenever I need a car wash. At the Groupon price it’s a steal. Highly recommended.

I had picked out the wrong interior cleaning and the awesome guy working the front helped me pick out the correct package, saving me $40!!!! Also, they are super quick, friendly, and thourogh.

They did a good job on the car, although it took an hour. I inquired about timing, as I had an appointment for which i could not be late. If the guys finishing the car spent more time on the cars and less time smoking and talking, they could complete details in a more tumor timely manner. To tip it off, they didnt return one of my car mats. When I called, the cashier was rude and short with me. When i remembered my cash out experience, I should have expected that from her as she struggled to figure out how to use the register. There was nothing minit about this place except the level of patience they have for customers. The gave two stars is because my car looked great, but the customer service needs a full wash.

This place is terrible I was there Feb 26,2017 and they did not wash my vehicle well at all smudges and hand prints everywhere the owner would not do anything because I paid with a Groupon spent 13.00 for a 25.00 wash that was supposed to include a wax that I never received. I would NOT recommend this place at all horrible customer service skills and I am not satisfied. Only reason I gave a star is because I had too could not leave comment with no stars but they do not deserve this one star.

I paid $30 for a hand car wash. Bird poop was still on it, back seats had not been vacuumed or wiped down. Rubber floor mats were still wet, head rest wasnt wiped down. I had to ask for car freshener, and the freshener didnt smell like new car. The inside waiting area was freezing cold. I will not be going back to this place!!!

Service is cheap and good. The cars go thru a machine wash first, and then they are hand dried and vacuumed. Yeah sometimes they miss spots, but ask them to fix and they will. What do you expect for a twenty buck car wash? I started going here because of the Groupon but my Groupon has long run out and I am still returning. I just wish their detailing prices were a little better. Also the waiting room is 1970 not-so-chic. Somehow I still like this place.

Old school carwash in need of update. Got the $32 number 2 deal which included washing, tires, doors, dash, rain-x for windows etc. Did an ok job but old guys cleaning vehicles apparently cant see well. Tires not fully clean, windows were still dirty & smudged. 2nd time going to Minit. Will not return. For the price can get better quality work & not have to reclean my windows after paying. Need to improve. Waste of $$$. Buyer beware!

I drove here from the airport since it was the closest one and it’s closed, no people, not open... kinda sucks to show up to a business that is no longer open or if it is there was no sign to establish when they would return .

Place is seriously dated, no a.c. in waiting area, wash brushes look super old, worried about my car paint now being scratched. My rims didnt get cleaned at all. Dont recommend.

Ive gone a few times and had an ok experience but the last time was awful. The employee locked my keys in the car and insisted my car automatically locked itself when he exited. An older guy pried the side of my door open with a bent coat hanger and used a wooden wedge to hold it open so he could break into my car. I wasnt notified of the issue, but found out after asking what was taking my car longer than normal. After nearly thirty minutes of them attempting to break in, another customer informed them they could break my door if they continued and entered my car within minutes. I had to ask three different people to receive a refund. Finally as i walked to car to leave, the guy who locked the keys inside the car apologized for pressing the doors lock button as he exited my car. I will never return. Such poor service and too much lying.

They used to be great but the last few times my car smells like dirty rags and the front cup holder section is never clean. Also my windows were still dirty.

Bought their Groupon thinking it was the so-so one I could deal with in buckhead just bc it was so cheap - moved here from nyc... 3 yrs of horrible ridiculously overpriced car washes and theres not all that many to begin with really in the most populated areas - Im in midtown - tried them all around here buckhead even Gwinnett.. Id say an easy 20-25 different places and they just all bluntly sucked. Took a little while for me to want to drive to east point just for the car wash but Im cheap and the usual Groupon non refundable policies but yeah havent gone anywhere else since. Always drive all the way down to east point from midtown just for this place. With the groupon its like a third of the price of anywhere else and yeah my ocd picky annoyingness about how clean it must be id say still not perfect but gets the job done. Crazy cheap u cant go wrong. No one touches the Benz but Minit now, really surprised by the rating and Im always recommending this place in general so this post was a must. If u want your car to actually look clean go buy the Groupon right now and youll be hooked too. Yeah its the furthest from being anything fancy at all desperately needs some renovations and updates to the place itself but who cares.

They use white towels to dry your car and windows leaving li t all over. They have no cleaning chemicals in the drive thru.

Beware of this car wash! Not only did their old machine bust one of my tires but it also cracked the rim! They replaced the tire but when I returned to theat car wash to tell them about the rim they laughed it off and said it couldnt have happened on their machine but they remembered an issue I had with my tire just over a week ago. No one, including the manager, has customer service skills and my husband ended up calling the police to file a written report. Go there for a car wash if you want but you may get more headache than you bargained for.

Id change the name from Minit to Mint. Cause they do a great job however, they are beyond slow. Been here over an hour.

Never will I ever come back to this ghetto establishment! Im not even from this side of town so I had no idea this place was full of thieves, illiterate/bums who cant comprehend English, pathetic individuals! I was looking for a self service car wash on Google and it led me to this place smh. I shouldve trusted my instinct the second I pulled up (something told me to not let these ppl wash your car). I came in because of my interior(i really just needed to vacuum it). Now I have paint missing and scratches to my exterior, oh and paint trying to come off (its all bubbly looking), $3.55 in change missing, my boyfriends black and mild, makers and pens, my Lucas fuel injector cleaner stolen from car after letting these low life touch my car! I told a guy about the paint and all who could say wasooh we aint do that baby. Even after i showed him pics i took off the car that day he still denied being behind and damages and had the nerve to talk about me when i was in my car. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE!

Trash customer service. If you advertise closing at 6, then close at 6, and not a quarter til.Everyone says they leave dirt on your car anyway. That will scratch up your clear coat. Go someplace else!

Not sure what type of car wash guys they hire, but I will never go back! They failed to pay attention to detail. My car interior and windows were not cleaned well at all. My 2nd visits for another shot, but was totally disappointed again.

Not too happy so far, its taking forever and its just 4pm on a Wednesday, definitely alot of MINITS to just get the outside washed, lets just hope they take cards
