My experience here was always pleasant, my Insurance agent was Celeste and she was so nice each and every time I went to statefarm.

I had been struggling with my car insurance and complained all the time to my mom who had insurance through Demetrius Simon State Farm office. My mom kept telling me he had the best rate on auto insurance and I wasn’t listening only whining all the time — — then one day I decided to stop by the office to check. Mr Simon was so personable yet utterly professional as he quoted me such an unbelievably affordable rate that I felt silly for waiting so long. I hate to sound cliche but it’s true what they say; “like a good neighbor, State Farm was there”...over the years I can’t keep it to myself....I tell everybody.

I have been with with Mr. Simon for over 10 years. The customer service is always excellent & theyre also there as a listening ear. I appreciate all him & agents have done for me & my family.

Good experience overall...Ive been here with the agent for quite sometime! You wont always get an answer when you call the office, but they will for sure return your call.

I was hit by a car, but she managed to convince police that I had hit her. This insurance office didnt lift a finger to defend me or try to protect me from paying. They didnt look at my car to see that she had obviously had hit me. They paid the claim, and now my yearly insurance is $400- higher than before.We had a hurricane last hear that cause a power surge that damaged my refrigerator. I called to hear if my homeowners insurance would cover the damage and lost food. The agent I spoke with was very sarcastic and practically sneered at me while all but accusing me of trying to commit fraud.

Im known Demetrius Simon for more than 20 years and hes been my agent since my daughter teen years as a driver I value his opinion he is very knowledgeable easy to talk to he is my daughters agent for more than 10 years you can have no better person for homeowners and car insurance thank you Demetrius
