Im so grateful for dependable towing! My daughter slid on ice and ended up in a ditch on I55, on her way back to school. Jeff from dependable had her back on the road in minutes. I cant say enough to show you how thankful I am!

Have dealt with this company 2 times. Both times same driver. He was really awesome. Very kind and funny. Dispatch at lady working nights is not very knowledgeable.....had to give address multiple times, she was very rude, and i didnt care for her. But everything else about the company was amazing. Will hopefully not have to use again. But if needed you will be the guys I call. Thanks again. But please get another dispatch worker.

They charged higher than quoted. Very difficult to speak with someone who is in charge to question the discrepancy. Talked with 3 different people and none seems to be able to make any decision. I would not recommend the services of this company.

I’ve had quite a few issues with my car so today when I was stranded I did the usual and called a tow company. I’ve never used them before but they were nice on the phone (and most affordable) and Eddie arrived quickly. Eddie was about to hook up my car but asked me what was wrong so I explained. He got in my car and thought I was just out of gas. He insisted on waiting there for me for my ride and we went to the gas station. I came back, Eddie was still there and the gas worked for now. I just wanted to say how nice and thoughtful he was! He could have easily loaded my car without asking or left as soon as I figured out it was just that! Thank you Eddie!! You are awesome and I would recommend you to anyone!

$125 to tow my Dodge Dakota a quarter of a mile. Thanks dependable towing. Now I know who not to call next time. Thats ridiculous.

Dependable Towing was wonderful to work with and continued to follow up with our school district to make sure the vehicle arrived safely back in our home town. We had just pulled out of a family members wedding reception around midnight and our car got a flat tire. It was awful timing as we were exhausted, but about five minutes later a tow truck with Dependable Towing and Road Service happened to be driving through the area (we hadnt had a change to call anybody yet). He helped us change our tire very quickly and did not expect anything in return. When we went to turn the car on our battery had died from having the headlights on and he proceeded to help attach jumper cables and get our car started. HIGHLY recommend this company, they were a huge help and a lifesaver for us!

They were there within a half an hour and the gentleman was very accommodating to our situation.

Ill say this, these guys towed my truck. Although I was not happy it was towed it was not their fault and they did a good job of towing it. They even kept it inside of a building because the sunroof was open and it was not so good weather and they didnt have they keys. When I went to pick it up, they were very nice and extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you for taking care of my baby

After flying home from vacation at 9:30pm discovered had a dead battery. Driver arrived quickly and was very friendly and professional. He was concerned for my safety. He was also concerned for my daughters safety who had arrived at the airport to stay with me until my car got jumped. Talked with him and telling him this has happened before (and the dealership would just simply replace the defective battery). After putting the charging device on the car, he said that my car was having voltage spikes which was frying the battery. He was able to diagnose a problem Ive been fighting with the dealership for over a year. I now have a service appointment with the dealership to get this fixed once and for all.A big thank you and thumbs up to the driver and to Dependable for everything.

I bought a storage shed when my neighbor moved and needed help getting it across the street to my house. I called because of all the good reviews. He said hed have to come look 1st to see if he could do it and that hed be here in an hour and would call before he got here. Never showed up, never got a phone call or text message. I was given a phone number to text my address too. I texted my address and specific directions to my house. Not only does almost everyone have Caller ID, but I did text him my address.

Called and asked for a tow and I was told they would get to me in under an hour. Less than 10 minutes later they showed up and the driver (Joseph) was pleasant, and professional. The cost of the tow was about half what I expected to pay.

They r rude an very disrespectful !!! Their driver is a liar!!! My aunt passed the day my car was towed an the driver said i could get my belongings he was even going to meet me but due to the passing of my aunt i was unable to that night so when i went to get my belongings the lady was stuck up rude asked if i had an appointment she was in the yard an i said no i was told i could come down here by 2 .i asked her since she was already by the cars if i could just grab my stuff she said no she was busy.i had to set an appointment! She talked to me like i was a idiot she was dressed as she had just woke up didnt even look like she worked there! Went in to make appointment i explained i didnt have tge key to car an she refused to give me my belongings! Shut window in my face.called to speak with the owner an i said not even 2 words an all he did was yell an hung up.i dont know who the hell u guys think u r but u need to learn how to talk to people!!! Very unprofessional company.ohhh an i had to click a star or i would have even been able yo post this message!! U guys r not dependable! Change ur name to disrespectful towing!!

A great big thanks too the guys at dependable towing ... I took a chance at calling them after finding there number on the NTT web page .. The driver showed up half hr after i called, very polight his name was dan n as a private owner operator all i can say is time is money n this man waisted no time hooking up lights, brakes and hooked up my tractor trailer n dropped us n morton in no time at all, no problems great guy if he sees this .. just want to say thanks again dan for ur help and will definately be calling dependable on any future problem :)
