Having worked in an insurance agents office for over years many of our customers used them and were very satisfied.

Would not recommend dealing with them unless you are ready for a fight to get the job done. We had a mold issue that needed taken care of, they came out charged 350 to test. Found out our basement was the worst of it. Decided to have them do the job because I wasnt equipped to handle it. They showed up a week or 2 later with 2 guys to do the job. These 2 didnt seem to interested in the job and werent here very long, but i didnt know any better. The guy who sold it, cant it and looked and said they absolutely did not do their job and the mold was still there. So it was rescheduled to be cleaned again. Same 2 guys show up and are very insistent that they did what they were supposed to and said they didnt need to spray and would just vacuum. They did so for a couple hours and took off. It still didnt look right to me, but I waited to hear back from them to get out to check it again. Few days later I get bill for final amount. Half up front, half at completion. I wasnt confident the job was done, so I contacted the guy who sold it and was told that I needed to pay more money to a third party tester to see whether or not the job was done. Yet another red flag to me. They were over it and just wanted money. I called the office and was told nobody was in that could help me and they took my number saying someone would contact me. No contact was ever made except the guy who sold it finally reaching out to say he would come out and look and test to prove it was good to go. When he is able to come out he realizes, that yet again the job wasnt done, test confirmed. Had to plan around yet another day of cleaning. Third time it seems like the crew actually had pride in their work and actually made progress. But had I not insisted that they werent doing it right, I would have been stuck with a 4000 bill and a basement full of mold. And the whole process was each person blaming the other. Terrible experience and wouldnt recommend to anyone, especially if you dont have the back bone to make sure they are doing their job. They will charge you large amount and leave you with the original mold problem. Only reason for 2 stars and not zero, is the fact that it looks like the mold may have actually gotten taken care of after all the hassle.

Best cleaning service around!

Service Master were professional, on time, easy to work with. They did a great job cleaning the basement that had standing water. The removed a lot of drywall that had mold on it. Their service was reasonable and fast. I highly recommend them!

Scott from ServiceMaster spent a day at the Marcfirst Golf Classic being the designated driver at a hole. Scott raised money by teeing off for golfers for a donation. Scott is great to work with, hits the ball realllllly far and raised a lot of money that stays local to help over 800 children and adults with developmental disabilities. The mitigation process was amazing, only to find out later is because they want every single dollar you make. It took from July until the last week of October for them to finish. They use the cheapest materials possible. Would have been cheaper to do it myself.

Servicemaster responded immediately when we had a late night, weekend disaster in our basement. They even gave advice on what we could do in the interim before they could get there, and measures to take to ensure the job was as efficient as possible. Many companies advertise 24/7 service but don’t follow through on that. Servicemaster definitely does. They even contacted me the next morning to follow up. Great customer service!

We had ServiceMaster three times. Twice for water issues with cleanup and once for cleaning to remove odors of many years of smoking. Each time they did a good job and their personnel were on time, friendly and efficient.

Everyone was great with the clean up of the flood and the care of our boxes of wet items...Two floors were flooded and not one bit of mold problems has appeared after their extensive drying process....

Drivers have no monitoring system so most of the time if you look there on their phone. scene one of them almost caused three accidents and ran off the road twice because of his phone. I dont know how I can trust a business in my house that doesnt make their drivers drive safe. Just my opinion.

ServiceMaster is a great company to work with. They are very knowledgeable and will help ease the stress of dealing with your homes damage.

They suck!!!! When the house first flooded the lady said they would send someone out so I waited a hour and no one showed. So I called back and she didn’t even remember me calling. Then after a day of them drying out the house the blew a fuse box outside and I called for them to come back out and check it and no one ever did then this morning the house has no power what so ever to it. They could of burned my house down. Never using again. Plus the people who I met were more worried about not being st work later than focusing on there job. 2 of them didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

Have had a great experience with Servicemasters. They were quick to respond when the initial water damage happened and has been with us through the renovation. They have done a great job on the renovation and have been very pleased.

We had a great experience with Servicemaster, they were quick and efficient, and did quality work. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive.

So its funny I called yesterday and talked to someone about getting an estimate for fire damage clean up. The lady i talked 2 was very nice and let me inow someone will contact me. Got a call today wasnt able to answer so listen to the voice message and was told that they are not in a position to even give me an estimate. Smh I guess because i didnt have insuramce in my home just yet. I guess they thought i couldnt afford to pay them what was needed to complete the job at my home. Well i will not recommend this service to no one. I have full payment for whatever the cost may have been. Was just trying to get another estimate. I guess i will pay menolds the full amount for the job. Cause i have the money just failed to put the insurance on the home I just got almost a month before the fire. They always say dont judge a book by its cover and i feel judged. I couldnt even get and estimate. Glad menolds dont operate their company that way. You all have a very blessed day.
