This company delivered appliances that i purchased elsewhere. Ray, their lead guy, was exceptional!! Ive told all my friends about your place because of him! While he was installing my appliances he was giving me helpful tips. Im trying to remodel & had to fire my contractor & running behind schedule. Ray even took my other appliances back to their warehouse to hold until i am ready!!! What company offers service like that?? Ray ordered me a range and dryer conversion kits at no charge to me, and the next delivery charge will not be charged to me. PLUS, Ray will install the appliances when im ready at no charge!!I highly recommend this place and will be shopping there whenever possible!! Thanks Ray!!

Very pleased with the service I received from AASAP Appliance Specialists. Originally called them to install a microwave but they went above and beyond by installing a oven that another company could not fit into the opening by moving in at an angle and fixing the new upstairs stove that another company installed to keep the drawer from popping open. I ended up cancelling the service person I had coming to shave off the counter top to fit the stove. They were efficient, fast, knowledgable and affordable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was blown away by the service I received from start to finish. The repair guy Dakota was amazing. The owner James was straight up with me and gave excellent service. The guy who works at the store, Doug, was Heaven sent. I 10000% percent recommend these guys. My dryer broke and I went about 2 weeks without one. I had another company come out first but they were super shady and tried charging me 300 bucks to repair my dryer and when he was describing what was the problem he called the part a Doohickey. I called ASAP appliance on the first thing smoking. When Dakota came out and gave me a quote for $140 I knew the 2nd opinion was the right move.When I went into the store Doug gave me a great deal. He worked with us on the price and gave us tons of discounts. He took money off of the dryer and delivery fee. He didn’t even charge us for the initial house call. When I called the previous company to tell them I can’t afford $300 for a dryer repair bill they told me it was $100 for just coming out! That’s $60 more than ASAP appliance. I am a lifetime customer with ASAP!

Everyone I talked to on the phone and encountered in person from AASAP for my service call and then subsequent delivery for a new washer, were great. My washer’s issue wasn’t worth being fixed for how old it was, which I expected, and Dakota was up front about that. Doug helped me get my delivery set up when I found my new equipment at Lowe’s, and only had to wait a couple of days for an available delivery date. I’m sad that I can’t remember the names of my 2 delivery guys from today, but they were both very nice and took great care of my home space and equipment. Even when they had to take my laundry room door and trim down in order to get the old, clunky one out. More work than expected, and they were great about it the whole time. I was ecstatic with this business ! I had initially called another place and they didnt even carry the part for my stove. Literally the second call was AASAP ...BOY was that a great move ! The communication could have been better - I missed the call when he went to check out the refrigerator in my rental and did not get a call back for 5 days when the part came in and he had completed the job. He did take a small % off the bill. I had no idea what the problem or estimate was besides the tenants communication. Glad it is fixed but I was frustrated.

He went above and beyond when he came to fix a lid switch and upon arrival knew nothing was wrong with the lid switch instead of skipping me and saying he couldn’t help or make another appointment he left went to get the right part put it on and was out in minutes but not before he made sure that the washer actually worked after he serviced it. These people were great to work with. Came out quick to get my dryer running, found it it needed to be replaced. They mentioned that they could sell us one but did not push it too hard. I called around and checked prices. Decided to check with AASAP to see what their prices were like.My back is in not in great shape and no one else I checked with would deliver and install the new dryer as well as remove the old dryer (because of COVID.)They did an excellent job. Price was really great. Very polite (the other places werent pleasant to talk with).The tech even texted me photos and prices because I couldnt come to the shop. They let me pay at the delivery/install. I never had to leave my house for this problem.OH and the coolest part is they have a $40 fee for home visit, if you buy one of their units they will put that toward the purchase/install. Saved me 10%. Will use them again.

On April 1st they were scheduled to come out between 3 and 5 p.m. to install dishwasher for me. The guys showed up roughly 3:10 and was very friendly. However he remove the kick plate from my old dishwasher and I start to remove the new dishwasher from The Box by cutting the Bands. He proceeded to tell me to hold on that my new dishwasher wont fit. I asked him how he knows that as I have not even pulled it out of the box yet. He says the Samsungs are too tall he proceeded to take some measurements and give to me. I let him know that I have not yet even pulled it out of the box so how does he know that he cannot install it. Again the response was the Samsung is too tall its not going to work. At that time I was upset as I have waited a week for this appointment. He could tell I was upset and says well I will try if you want me to. I told him no that I have a buddy that will help me set it up as I had this measured 3 times to confirm the model I need and he can go ahead and leave. He says he doesnt want to leave me upset I told him thats too late I will be calling his boss and I will be leaving a bad review on the website. This is the second time Ive used this place. The first time was for a fridge and the service was remarkable and that is the reason why I called them out for this install. And then told him I will not be paying for a service call as he has done nothing and he proceeded to leave. I called ASAP to let them know that I was very unhappy with what happened that I just feel like his employee was being lazy. The owner stated that he would come out and hook it up for free for me and I told him no as since I already felt like I was an inconvenience Im not looking for anybodys charity. I proceeded to go ahead and remove the dishwasher from the countertop which took me probably 10 to 15 minutes. The owner then shows up and offers again to do the service for free that he didnt want me to be unhappy. I told him no that I already had the job half done and that sometimes you just cant make people happy in business. That is the only reason why I am giving three stars is because the owner did go out of his way to try to make things right but Im a principal person and if Im a bother I no longer want your help. I cant say that I wont use them anymore as my first experience with them was the most Pleasant ever but I would definitely make sure they start hiring guys that know what they are doing. It took me a total of 2 hours to hook up my own dishwasher and when I put my Samsung in I had a 1/2 inch clearance that I had to raise the legs up for so I can bolt it to the countertop. I wish I could add a picture as it looks beautiful.

Wow. Just... wow. Amazing service, and I CANNOT recommend these guys highly enough.Our dishwasher went a little haywire on Wednesday night. On Thursday morning at 7:40 AM, I did some research and found AASAP and their website, so I submitted a ticket request, thinking Id hear back later that afternoon or something. FIVE MINUTES LATER (7:45 AM!!!) I received a response from James, and he put me on the schedule for today (Friday afternoon). Ridiculously quick response time.James came this afternoon, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it, and re-set and re-leveled my dishwasher. AASAP delivered a 28cf refrigerator. This delivery needed two attempts due to the excessive rain. They went above and beyond in waiting until the ground dry enough to transport the refrig without taking any mud into our home. Great service and much appreciated.

Outstanding Service! James knew what he was doing for our microwave repair. He diagnosed our need and then quickly acquired the replacement part and had it installed all within about an hours time! REMARKABLE! After settling the bill (a very, very reasonable fee), he then took a quick look at our dishwasher, gave us a solid recommendation, and he still wasnt through. Sears contracted you to install water line for ice maker to new refrigerator. The installation was completed quickly . Bought a new washer and dryer and sears could not install the gas dryer. So we contacted your company.Ray came out and was able to hook up the new dryer which Sears could not install. He came within the time quoted. He was informative on safety issues. The price for the installation was reasonable. We will definitely refer others to your company.

I chose this place because of the great reviews. They certainly lived up to the 5 star rating. James found a problem with the motor on my washer and told me about how much it would be to replace the motor with labor. I told him to go ahead and do it. When installing the motor he found a problem with the control board as well. He fixed that too and didnt charge me any extra because he didnt find that problem when he first looked at it. What an honest guy! Simply put, if you need an appliance repaired, look no further.

Thank you to Luke and Ray for removing my old oven and installing my new one with care. They were slow and careful not to hit the walls (tight corners) or scuff my my wood stairs. Also had great personalities and sense of humor. Before they left I asked where I could take my old dishwasher I had in the garage. They said we will take it. We are here so we will take it. So while in the garage I asked if they wanted the old fridge, so they went above and beyond and removed my old refrigerator at no additional cost as well. I am extremely happy with the service. Appreciate the fact that he didn’t fix it knowing it wasn’t worth it.Then came to our house, spent about 40 see what was wrong with our dryer, gave us our options, then drove to Peoria to get the part, came back within about an hour and fixed it.But what I liked best of all was that even though I am a women, he took the time to explain what was wrong so I could call my husband and explain to him.His service call rate is super low and if you have a repair done, he takes it off the repair price.Ran my dryer and it worked wonderful! I had fridge that was not cooling. James came over and quickly was able to determine the problem. He explained and showed me what he was going to do to fix the problem. Very thorough and professional.

Guess Ill be the first bad experience. I called Friday at 4:15pm and told James at AASAP that my fridge was at 46 degrees earlier in the day and at 67 degrees at the time of the call. He asked me about my fridge and said he was booked until 7:30pm, but he would call me right back. Never got a call. Not wanting to be bothersome, I waited until 7:45pm to call and see if hed forgotten about me. Phone rang and rang and I left a message. I tried calling again this morning, but the phone went straight to voicemail. Im sorry, but I see all these reviews saying I got same day service on my washer/dishwasher/dryer. Well, those things I can live without for a week if I had to, but a fridge is pretty darn important. Unfortunately, while waiting on James to call me back, I lost all my food. I could have called another company out if hed just said, I cannot fit you in today. This is unprofessional.

I called AASAP Appliance this morning because our dryer wasnt heating. James told me what time he would be there this afternoon and came when promised. He had to go get a replacement part and make some other calls, but told me when hed be back, and once again he was right on schedule. In addition to replacing the heating unit, he took extra time to clean out excessive lint that had been accumulating inside the dryer and exhaust duct. So not only is the dryer working again, its working better than it has for years. The fee was very reasonable. Ill definitely be using AASAP again whenever I need an appliance repaired.

He was on time and very friendly. Talked w me about what was going on w my dryer recommended keeping it cause it is older but good quality. He also could have charged me more to fix my washer when i asked him about it because I am having problems w it and he recommended waiting til it goes out. Also fixed my ignitor in my stove cause i put it on wrong and wouldnt take anything for it. I would recommend AASAP Appliance to anyone. Glad i made this choice.. Thanks again James.
