I have used Coleman Cesspool for many years. From installation to pumping, they are cesspool experts! Johnny is always on time, professional, espectful and takes the time to offer advice on any questions I ask. Considering how much prices have gone up everywhere during the pandemic, I was very grateful to learn Coleman had not raised their prices. It takes a caring community working together during difficult times, and it is wonderful to know the Coleman family believes community responsibility to be important. It would be nice to not have to call to have a cesspool pumped, but very pleased I am dealing with a reputable and responsible company when I do. Thank you again for your help and quality service.

I am incredibly upset with how this company conducted business with my parents - an elderly couple in their 80s. On November 18, 2018 the company was employed to clean the cesspool. My parents opened the gate to the rear yard and secured it open so the truck could have easy access. Prior to the work being performed, the gate was in perfect condition. After completion of the job, the gate was badly damaged. The company assured my parents they would rectify the situation. However, once they received the estimate, repeated attempts to contact them were ignored despite the promises and acknowledgement of the damage. We have tried to resolve this multiple times without success. The company finally answered only to deny fault and rescind their offer to take care of it.. I would not recommend this company.The response from the company is a false account. The calls were NEVER answered. My father NEVER witnessed this wind blowing the gate because he SECURED the gate. AND NO wind could have cracked the gate like it was cracked. THE GATE WAS OBVIOUSLY BUTTED BY A VEHICLE. The company is dishonest. PERIOD,

A great family owned business, I wish more companies were like them! They told me on the phone exactly what I might be up for as opposed to companies that low-ball you then hit you with a bunch of add-ons when they arrive! They earned it and will always have my business!

Farther was doing business with them for years needed new cesspool so he called & scheduled install . They charged the 86 year old couple$2000.00 more than other companies . The worse part after getting ripped off they also destroyed the sprinkler system and busted their driveway.They called to complain and were told someone would come to repair damage never came, so they ripped the elderly couple off & followed it up by lying to them.

Took care of the main and overflow. Havent had a problem in over a year. No complaints.
