I get extremely nervous going to the dentist but Dr. Alampalli goes above and beyond to calm my nerves and explain what she will be doing step by step. She genuinely cares about making sure I am comfortable the whole way through and that I understand exactly what she is doing.

Literally called at opening for my X-rays to be sent, been waiting all day and still nothing. It’s a shame, now I’m calling their office and still won’t pick up despite it being open. Over-priced for work that isn’t any better than western dental.

We love this dental spa! My husband’s parents introduced us to this place when we made our move to the Bay Area and now we take our two children. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Every time we come in, Ruby is always there to greet us with a big smile! We feel so welcomed and the care is so phenomenal!!!

I drive 2 hrs from Sacramento to take my daughter to this dentist. They have been taking excellent care of her teeth since she was in preschool. I am dreading having to find a quality orthodontist closer to home. I wish they did everything.

I had a great experience with Dr. Radhika Alampalli at the Palo Alto Dental Spa. Firstly, the dental office is clean, and they take covid-19 safety precautions seriously. Secondly, Dr. Alampalli is very kind and takes her time to explain what she is doing. Furthermore, she really cares about the future health of your teeth and is not trying to just make a quick buck. I would highly recommend this dental office :)

This is one of the best dentist places in East Palo Alto and Palo Alto region. The place looks awesome and clean. Dr. Radhika is very professional and treats patients with care. She explains clearly to the patients about the issues and the treatment plan. I recommended the same to my friends and colleagues. They provided a similar feedback about the place.

Honestly, I hate dentists. Who loves invasive mouth procedures?! However, my experiences at Palo Alto Dental Spa always exceed my expectations. Chantal and Ruby are warm and welcoming, and both Dr. Chris and Stephanie (my favorite hygienist!) are professional, thorough, and kind. Additionally, I absolutely appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. I HIGHLY recommend this office. Ive been a patient for two years.

I never thought I would say it but I LOVE the dentist! After years of forcing myself to go every 6 months (which usually turned into 1-2 years) I am now happy to say I have a regular dentist that I dont mind seeing all the time! My visits here have been pain free in every way - scheduling around my annoying work schedule, checking in, xrays, exams and cleanings :) no physical pain and no scheduling headaches! I was so relaxed during my last cleaning I fell asleep in the chair! Thank you Dr. Gill and Stephanie for curing my fear of the dentist!
