I hired them to do a weekly pick up that they couldnt fulfill. I quoted one price and the driver gave another price after drop-off. Not consistent. They dont have enough employees to pick up fares and discriminates against certain areas to pickup

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional and very dishonest. They tell you that you can track your driver but when you try it gives you different times and you end up waiting for like half hour. You should do better.

Today I got the worst taxi service of my entire life I wasnt used to taking the taxi due to the fact that I usually take the bus but the taxi and the dispatchers they never listen the guy told me $15 to go to my destination but every taxi do that I went across and called with the 20 so I eventually gave up and went into the $20 prior I had asked a man can you please Johnny back home he said okay Ill drive you back home and then we proceed to go to the place a business after that everything went left I got my food and then I got in the car he asked me to give him $15 and that he wasnt going to give me a ride for free I told him that I gave him all my money due to the fact that you said it was $20 to come in why isnt it so I need to go back but he finally fessed up and came to the conclusion that hell give me a ride home back he explained to me that I could go to jail for not giving this taxi person their money and I understood but what I didnt get was why would you make me pay you $15 more when you knew I gave you all my money for future people that want to use his taxi service dont its a waste of your time and your waste of your money. It will take all your money and run along with it the dispatchers dont do anything they change the prices and they never told the taxi drivers that the prices where they are I hope no ones go through this just like me

This taxi Cab is Unprofessional The Taxi guy came over not on time half an hour after we made the call, me and my Neice went in the car we told him where we need to go and he didnt know the address so as we put it in on his tablet he than went on to ask us to pay first l, and plus it was raining this guys handle me and my neice terribly and my neice is a minor he was wrong for that and than he just drove off like nothing matter.. we suppose to pay when we get to our destination not before its ridiculous.. Never Again will I or my neice use this service again i do not Recommend anyone to use these people take uber or lyft....

These drivers do not listen to where you want to go - they constantly take you the worst way to your destination and when you complain to the dispatcher they hang up on you - I have been using this service for almost 5 years and I think it is time to change!! This is very frustrating and some drivers even try to take multiple passengers without your permission.

Called Jacobs Taxi Service for a ride during the snow storm. They picked me up within 7 minutes. The car was warm and the driver was friendly. Really felt at ease after a long day. I will definitely call them again.

I read all of the comments and I must say Im appalled. Jacob is the best!! Those brothers work hard and theyre very down to earth men. Very reliable and they arrive for me on good timing. When my Audi A6 4.2 2006 went down I begun to call Jacobs taxi until my car gotten fix. I never had any problems with Jacob hands down best in the business.

This is the worst cab company! The driver was rude and was on the phone the entire ride. I was scared because he was so busy looking and his phone and calling people that I thought we might crash. I don’t know how people like that can be cab drivers. I won’t be calling them again!! Also he thought we dirty his back seat, just because I was traveling with my toddler. We weren’t even eating at that time!! They are the worst!!

Would give it no stars. But the taxi driver is rude. The dispatcher tells you one price and the driver tells you something else. And then have the nerve to be like cash up front when I was telling them my job was paying for my cab in cash. Didnt say anything on the phone about it. The first time I called the cab he drove past me twice and cancelled my ride. I called back just for them to never show up and the third time for the lady to give me attitude. I ended up downloading lyft.

Jacobs taxi service is very prompt but need to correct the robo service that answers the phone; if youre at another location, it will use your previous address and send the the taxi there, assuming youve called previously, they keep your phone number on file.

Best local cab company. I needed a ride to the airport early in the morning so I called to schedule a cab. There was someone in front of my house, waiting for me the next AM at the agreed upon time. My driver was professional, and got me to the airport ASAP.

Very Rude.I was calling a cab for a sweet old lady I met at Taco Bell and while she was trying to tell me her address they started yelling. Then hung up on me.So she tried calling off of her phone and they did the exact same to her. What a shame.

Probably the worst taxi company Ive ever dealt with. Drivers and dispatcher are rude beyond belief. All of the cars are broken down, no a/c in the summer, no heat in the winter. You can expect to wait 20 minutes or more for a taxi, I have used this service several times and have had a bad experience every. single. time... 100% Not worth the aggravation, there are plenty other companies in the area, or hail one off the street if youre lucky. You will regret using this service.

Today was my 2nd HORRIBLE experience with a Jacobs driver. He picked me from Shop Rite, poped his trunk, I BEGIN PUTTING MY FOOD IN, he gets out, & starts YELLING AT ME, I HAVE TOO MUCH STUFF!!!! Then takes my few items I placed in his car out, then after me TELLING HIS A** OFF😡 He left.. I will stay with UBER no matter HOW MUCH IT COST. & this was his 2nd time doing the exact same thing!!

It is very unfortunate that the owner read and responded to comments made several months ago however there has been no changes to the unprofessional behavior from the DISPACTHER. HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Owner please remember without your customers you have no business. The driver was not rude however the first point of contact is your dispatcher who based on what I am reading always leaves a BAD TASTE with your customers.

HORRIBLE! Dispacter is SO rude. He doesnt let you speak or lets you give the the address correctly and then hung up . When asked to speak to his speak to his boss he relaxed but i wasnt having it i was already pissed and kept asking to speak to his boss then he hung up AGAIN. When the cab came he kept passing me . finally in the cab the driver didnt speak English and had no Gps he had no clue where he was going, i had to use my gps so he wouldnt get lost.
