This year Essex green h&r block is a joke once I get my taxes done I will think twice about doing my taxes with them again

WARNING!!!! Very rude and unprofessional people! I was told to wait 30 minutes then i ended up waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes. Then the lady I was finally assign with took a customer in font of me because the guy give her a ride to work. Ive never heard this kind of nonsense before. Mixing personal favor with business. I left this place unsatisfied! I will not give these people my money. By far my worst experience with this branch of H&R Block

Rude absolutely rude. I went in to ask a question and possibly seek help amending pass taxes that were filed wrong when I was a student in college (I recently graduated Dec 2016). Instead of telling me what I needed to bring in and giving me the peace of mind it could be fixed, I was given a short answer and dismissed the moment a man came in behind me. I received more help from turbotax than a person in front of me. I will never go to H&R Block again. Apparently my business isnt wanted.
