This place was very cute inside very clean. the 10 minute massage during my service was great. everyone was very friendly and I did not have to wait I was seated for my service right away. the issue that I had was that someone started my manicure and another person took over and finished the manicure. so one hand is shorter and more round, the other hand is longer and more square. my nails are not even in length or shape. also, the cuticles were not cleaned well. some of my nails still have cuticle that wasnt cleaned and other nails the cuticle was clipped too deep so it burns and there are little cuts. the application of the clear gel top coat was a bit messy because it was under and around my nails on my skin. not the worst gel manicure but not the best. but like I said everyone was nice and its a cute clean place.

Went here for the first time and I loved this place!! They were so kind to me and my friend! They took us right away, didn’t have to wait for a second. They did an amazing job! The place was clean and tidy! I will definitely be going back!! Highly recommend!!!

Came in for a Milk and Honey Spa Pedicure which was fantastic and comes with a 10 min foot and hot stone massage. A bit expensive but Definitely worth it

The place looks amazing! The service is great! I came in with my sister in law and fell in love with the relaxing setting. They take their time and take care of my nails :) So glad I found this place.

I was not satisfied the way they did my pedicure and mamicure for me and my mom and my daughter.. it was very quick and rush they did and very unprofessional.. i showed the design and she did completely wrong because she was rushing me.. she charged lot of money from us but did terrible job.. she finished it in 45 minutes.. would never like to go back again...

This place isn’t what it used to be. They’re unorganized and just rush you. They also try to keep pressuring you into doing more services or add ons even after you said no several times. I get trying to make more money, but if a client already said no more than once just LISTEN. I’ll never be returning here. It’s not worth the money at all.

This is my second visit. This salon is spa like. Clean and relaxing. The pedicures are amazing and relaxing. Definitely try the honey pedicure!!! As for manicures listen to the advice of your nail technician. They make perfect recommendations

I’ve been coming to gel factory for about 5 years now. Every time I’m here I’m always warmly greeted. The decor is gorgeous and the salon is very spacious with lots of rooms for their special spa services. The quality of service I receive here is always top notch and my manicures last for weeks!They have a new sterilizer system at each station as well as throughout the space. They’ve also replaced all the door handles with copper technology to help prevent germs.Im so happy I found gel factory and will continue to send my friends here!

Gel Factory is the only place I will get a pedicure. Besides being clean they give the best and most relaxing pedicures. Plus the place is gorgeous and fabulous!

LOVE this place! I just starting coming here the beginning of 2021 and found my go-to nail salon now. The place is very clean, they accept day-of appointments so I never have to wait long, plus they have a VERY generous rewards program. Definitely keeps me coming back regularly!!

I have officially abandoned my previous nail salon for gel factory. I love that they are super cautious during these times of Covid. They take your temperature & make sure you wash your hands before they provide the service you are coming for. Mine and my daughters manicures come out beautifully and last two weeks slightly longer if you don’t mind the growth in your nails. Highly recommend them for your next manicure or pedicure.

I have been nervous to go back to a nail salon during a pandemic but Gel Factory has it all covered. They take your temperature upon entry and make sure you fill out a form for contact tracing. They even have gone the extra mile to get air purifiers and have covers over all door handles and anything you would touch. I also like how they wipe down every area before you even sit down. I recommend this place to everyone I know!

Wonderful service - the staff is always so kind and accommodating! A very large salon, so there is a lot of space for those who worry about tight, enclosed salons during COVID. Clean atmosphere, and relaxing music always playing. My go-to!

I went to a salon in Commack for over 20 years until I had enough of poor quality. My daughter suggested Gel Factory and I am so very happy with it. Great service, fair prices and great rewards for loyalty. Gia is amazing, meticulous, patient, never rushes. My gel manis last at least 2 weeks. The spa pedis are a great treat, again, Gia takes her time. Others of note are Angela and Eric. The owners run a great business. Very safe with COVID also. I highly recommend.The pic is the hombre nails I received for free from their rewards program (sparkles were extra). I never get fancy nails, but theses were done so well, looks like they will be a special treat going forward.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life don’t ever go into this place. I have the pictures to prove it with the spilt hot wax all over the bottom of my feet. But the worst part is taking advantage of people while they’re naked in a wax room and adding more money than the services we agreed upon not once but a few times it’s unacceptable. To make matters worse no person in today’s day and age should be cursed out in a foreign language and spoken to in a disgusting way. We live in America where we respect each other in people in all cultures.

No complimentary shoulder or back massage, no hot towel, barley paid attention to my nails and seemed very rushed even when there was only 3 patrons in the building. My nail lady was rude and it was overpriced..$35 for gel manicure? That’s ridiculous. At my other place I pay $22. Also they squirted hand cream into my hands and made me rub it in myself..they didn’t even massage it into my hands you know how sometimes places do hand massages..so bizarre and awkward

I have witness the lack of customer service and professionalism since I have been going for the past two years. They would offer you a beverage when they feel like it, they would not apologize for being tardy ( I actually had an appt. for 3pm and waited 45 min.), and last but not least, but most importantly, they would change the prices and service! I have recommended three ppl and one of them would travel from Bklyn. There are certain nail technicians I would exempt, but its the managers that has caused me to delist this establishment effective immediately. I normally received their spa pedi which includes a free facial or massage. Despite myself and a few others being allowed to receive the massage that comes with a spa pedi, they informed my daughter that they no longer offered that service AFTER she had already paid!! If we had known prior to that the service was no longer offered that would have been fine. However they charged my daughter the spa price without her receiving the full spa package. I also would ask for a beverage when I was parched, speak up when I was not satisfy with my service, & challenged them when they tried to charge me to take off my gel polish?!!! I want to go to an establishment to unwind and relax... this was the last time. Onward and upward... Bye Factory. Maybe yall need to stop treating it like the name factory and respect the ppl that want a relaxing service and not a factory mindset!!!

The place is beautiful. I love the hot back and neck pillow when youre getting a pedicure. I also love they have little coupons and deals. The only thing I have to say is that its extremely pricey for powder gel. I usually pay 30... they charge 45!! Thats astronomical especially for this area. I would definitely go there for pedicures though.

I normally would recommend this place but after this weekend I have had the worst experience I have ever had at any nail place. I was going to this place for almost a year now. I decided to try the powder gel instead of the regular gel, not knowing the process I told the girl, Julie, the colors I wanted and she pulled them to the Work station.. while doing my nails she cut me with the cuticle cutter and then cut me again with the electric tool above my cuticle area (a spot where the tool shouldn’t have even touched). I was in terrible pain. Then at the end she had pulled the wrong colors, I explained to Kay that I was not paying for my nails. Kay knew I was a regular there. She made me pay for my nails and was willing to do my nails the next day along with not ever wanting to go back to this place I did not want my nails to be touched the next day due to the terrible cuts that I had obtained. Then when I went to pay they would not even let me use coupons that I wanted to use with the services. Now I am even concerned that my cuts are even getting infected. Needless to say I will be contacting my lawyer and I would never go here again!!!!

Im a big nail biter and figured this would personally be my best option to try and stop. I heard a great recommendation from a friend. When I got there, it seemed really nice and zen with spa music playing in the back. My nails were pretty bad but Im not coming to a nail salon to be judged and thats what it seemed was happening. The lady kept calling her coworkers over to stare at my nails, speaking her native language, and I wouldnt stop seeing eyebrow raises. I tried to start a friendly conversation with the lady doing my nails and she wouldnt respond to me. I asked her to leave them short but she kept leaving them long. When I would tell her to cut them shorter, her responses were condescending. I just got uncomfortable being there. She also didnt leave them symmetrical and some nails are squared while others are rounder. I paid $82 for UV gel extensions. Never coming here again.

I’ve been going to Gel Factory for about 6 months now and I love it. Yes, it’s on the more expensive side for this area but they send out coupons regularly. My nails always look great and last! Everything is modern and clean! Happy to have found it.

Because my daughter was having a regular pedicure & not one of the spa pedicures that they were pushing, the girl refused to cut toenails..... when asked how the services were(I had spa pedicure) & daughter also had gel manicure, I told them how disappointed we were at the regular pedicure which was more like a change of polish!!Manager did nothing about it....Said come in again, we will take care of you.No thank you! So unprofessional & rude

I’ve been going here since they opened.... I’ve been a loyal customer and tipped well, I even brought my friends and family into this business but in the past 6 months they have declined drastically, the workers have gotten arrogant and their craftsmanship and quality has declined. If you do choose to go here in 2018 only ask for the male workers, they will do the best job there. The waits are insanely long for such a big salon, they’ll skip out on services if they are rushed, like no complimentary back massage or no hot towel etc. I always get the spa pedicure and gel manicure, costs me about 80$ but depending on who is behind the registers it’ll be 60$ very confusing and I’ve caught on !!! Don’t go here there’s so many better NICER places in the area, graces is accross the street and much more relaxing than this establishment where the women are yelling and cutting corners out of laziness. I’m not trying to be spiteful I just want the business to realize how they are failing ...

Absolutely amazing! First time in years I walk out of a nail salon extreamly satisfied loving my nails. First time ever having the most amazing pedicure while getting a facial, so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Super clean, super friendly! A little pricey but it was so worth it! I thought it was a very decent nail salon. The people were very nice. I paid a couple of dollars extra to have the polish last longer on a regular manicure and a 9 days later, no chips.

I have been there at least five times (all pedicures) and have loved the whole experience! The very first time, I was given a heated neck cushion, offered hot tea, great foot massage and friendly conversation with employees. After pedicure you get a 10 minute massage or facial that is included with your pedicure (only if you select from one of the $65 options). I’ve always had a back massage and loved it! Paul is my go to for massages!The second time there I had a facial done- bad move! If you’ve had a facial or two in your life, you will understand how poorly they do it! They didn’t clean my face off afterwards and I looked like I had really bad dry skin, that was peeling off! Don’t risk screwing up your skin! Stay no to a facial!I went there on Sunday (APRIL 8, 2018) with my mother-in-law for pedicures and manicures. Pedicures were great! I didn’t like how the owner talks to his employees to inform of their next customer; degrading.Anyways when it was time for a pedicure, Esther rushes and didn’t cut my cuticles. My mother-in-law has one lady who left them another lady took off her polish and then a third lady; Kay did her powder manicure. Kay doesn’t have a clue how to do powder manicure! Uneven color out onto nails. Some nails were only half covered with power. Very sloppy. Tony did our back massages and sucked at life. At one point he while he was talking to coworkers, his hands were just resting on my shoulders, not massaging!Then time to pay was when I noticed there new counter sign of how much to tip! Initially thinking this was helpful but after paying, they point to tipping sign then direct me to tip everyone. I was already in the process of tipping! Rude. I decided not to tip for the crappy back massage that was included with my pedicure and I had the owner aggressively approach me asking to tip! My mother-in-law tip $5 to him and we left!Before Sunday I loved this place. It’s a nice treat to myself to splurge once in a while but they made me feel so uncomfortable! Won’t be returning!Keep treating people like that and you will be out of business before the year is up!

I made an appointment and got there five minutes early but waited 20 minutes. I told the woman I wanted to use my coupon for the free sparkle. In middle of appointment, they switched people. When it came time to pay, I realized I left coupon at home. Ive been there before so they know me... I asked if I could leave my credit card, run home and get coupon and she refused. She pretty much told me that if she allowed thAt everyone would do it. I told her I wasnt planning or had money for extra expense and that I was not taking advantage. When I asked for a manager she told me no one was there and shed be fired if I left to get coupon. It was awful customer service and they will never see me again and I would not recommend based on the terrible customer service. To add...there was a penny saver on counter that had coupon and I asked her to take that one and she refused. There are way to many salons with much better customer service than this place.... DONT GO

I went to this piece for something new and different from my regular salon last week.I got chrome gel nails done from Hannah.It cost me $55 just for the manicure plus I got a pedicure and by the next day my finger nails were chipping off.I had to go away and by the 3-4 th day all my nails were peeling off. Very frustrating and a total waste of money.I was going to do this again before I go to Italy but I have no confidence in these gel manicures now. They are very expensive and it wasnt a nice thick coating like I would normally get from my other nail salon.I didnt like how the women in the white outfits treated the Spanish girls in the checkered aprons. They were rude and ordering them around like they were slaves. A few women that were getting pedicures noticed it too and were apaulled at the behavior.Not a warm friendly place. They also kept trying to your up sell the spa pedicures and werent being clear on what service you get with the standard pedicure which is not cheap to begin with.But they just kept trying to push the book into peoples hands to up sell spa pedicures. I heard women trying to figure out what wasstandard pedicure but they just kept pushing the $65-+ pedicures. They were getting frustrated too.I was very disappointed with the quality and the lack of warmth and service.Not a place I would use again.

Got eyelash extensions here and they did an amazing job!! Very clean, kind and made sure you were comfortable, it is pricey so definately be prepared to spend more than youd expect but service is great!

I figured I would try this place out for the first time when I walked in my first reaction was wow this place smells like poo but whatever so i asked sara to do my nails bc i had an appointment and as she’s doing my nails i see juan ramming julio in the back and i see a few others sniffing each other’s anus’s . I would say i passed out around the third nail and when i awoke i was in texas! I had missing clothes and half hand done with a bill for a plane ticket and a manicure hmmm very interesting idk how i ended up here and how i’m getting home! I would not recommend this place at all

This place is horrible! Never go! My mother and I just had our nails done two days ago. They have the nail powder but they will not do ombré for the colors. My mom wanted to get French tips with the powder and they did her base and powder and the white tip in gel. If u do research on this it says you should not be mixed with gel. My moms nails were falling apart in the first day. They said they could do foils in mine if they did a gel with the powder as a base also. My top coat pealed off within the first day. My mom and I went back for them to be fixed. They fixed them but now my nails are messed up again. My mom and I payed $207 for our nails. For that money there should be no issues at all. I’m gonna tell you flat out please do not waist your money there.

My girlfriend got her nails done and they look horrible and they always try overcharging her and they should just be scrubbing peoples feet.
