Its cannot overstate how perfect our wedding was, due in large part to Larkfield and their fantastic staff.Despite having a lot of challenges due to the pandemic, Larkfield was accommodating from day one. We had our reception there on April 11, 2021. I wanted to wait a few months to write this review to make sure I could give an honest review, without being in the honeymoon period directly following the wedding. Well, months later and my wife and I agree it was absolutely magical.Everything including the food, drinks, ambiance, logistics, music, and service was just top notch. And its not just us praising the reception. We have family and other guests STILL telling us it was the best wedding theyve ever been to and that the food was notably excellent both in variety and quality. They really offer something for everyone.Above all, it really feels like they pay attention to you and CARE about your special day. I had heard from my peers that used other venues feeling like their event was rushed and they were just put through the machine. At Larkfield, I was consistently surprised throughout the night with little touches and details of things they thought to take care of and help with.We were so pleased with how the whole planning process and reception turned out. We honestly recommend them to EVERYONE we know. That is how good they were.The worst thing to come out of this is that weve been spoiled by Larkfield so that other weddings will disappoint by comparison. Im hoping I am invited to a wedding there so I can fully enjoy it as one of the guests.

Larkfield ReviewOur wedding at Larkfield was truly everything that we couldve hoped it to be.I could go on and on about our special day from Thursday, 6/24, but I’ll try to keep it brief here and break down each part of the review.Ceremony (outside, in garden area):Our ceremony was perfect outdoors, and we lucked out with a beautiful and slightly cool summer day, and only getting cooler as the ceremony started at 5:30. The pictures are gorgeous with the backdrop of all of the trees surrounding the bride and groom, and we were nicely in the shade so we got some great photos of us under the little garden setup.u2028u2028Just a heads up, if you do it when the sun is beginning to set, half of your seats/guests might be in the sun, while the others are in the shade! Tell those in the half with the sun to bring their sunglasses!Cocktail hour:The cocktail hour food is incredible, and you honestly get more food than you could ever possibly eat!u2028u2028Sadly our ceremony ran about 10-minutes over the 30min time slot, and so we only ended up getting about 45-minutes worth of our cocktail hour. Didn’t get a chance to try all of the food, but our guests said it was great!If we could go back, we wish we could’ve had the full 1-hour cocktail hour, and just ate into 10-15 min of the reception time.Reception:all of our guests can not stop talking about 2 things from our reception…1) the food was incredible. Even though they were stuffed from cocktail hour and maybe only picked through their salad and pasta dishes — the main entrees were delicious and everybody enjoyed it.And 2) getting Frankie from Larkfield Music Group as your DJ is a MUST. He was so great on the mic, getting people up on the dance floor, hyping everybody up, and keeping people dancing the night away. We had a large crowd of different ages from 15 to 90, and Frankie played the perfect mix of songs across all the decades so that everybody had something to groove to. Frankie also took the time to chat with the bride and groom to get to know them before and during the wedding, helped things run smoothly, and was pivotal to a great reception!The staff:I cannot say enough about how incredible the staff were. Our Maitre’D was Jose, and he was always on top of things, knew where things were going to be, when they were going to happen, but never got in the way. He would disappear during photoshoots or when we were talking with family, and appear just in the nick of time to pull us for something private, or to help set up the next part of our schedule.Our two bridal attendants Maria and Flora were also incredible, not only helping to make sure that everybody was doing okay (grabbing people water, asking if anybody needed tissues, a beer, etc.), but also to make sure that my bride always had the perfect “look” in her dress. Before a photo shoot, they’d help carry her dress so it didn’t drag on the floor, or help set the dress to make it look nice and flowy for a picture. They were always on top of their game and it’s the little things that really help make a difference.All in all, it was the perfect wedding that we could have hoped, even after having our initial date from 2020 be postponed until this date in 2021.

This venue is visually stunning and their food was amazing. The staff was very polite and extremely helpful. Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a “top-notch” experience!

We had our wedding this weekend at larkfield and it was amazing. The cocktail hour and food is to die for! All the employees are attentive and truly care about their clients. We hope to come back again as guests!! I would recommend to have your wedding or next event here. The outside gardens are beautiful.

This place is super impressive. I attended a wedding at this venue. The food was very very good. The staff was impressive and took care of all the little details. Everything was clean. Only issue we had was with the bar staff. Their bartenders need more training on when to cut someone off. Thats all I will say.

Very enjoyable wedding here tonight. Very nice decor, nice sized room, the staff was attentive and the food was very good(our hosts had a nice selection for the guests to pick from). The only drawback I found was that the drinks were very sparing on the alcohol, my margarita tasted only like the mix... I was not looking to overindulge but had I known in advance I could have saved on the calories and just gotten seltzer instead. Other than that, it was a very nice venue

Food was great but could have been a bigger portion. My table was freezing in temp due to the icebox of an a/c unit above blowing down on us. The staff could use a little refining in manors and skills.

Attended a wedding here this weekend. Absolutely stunning! Gardens were gorgeous, the banquet halls/ballrooms were immaculate and the food was just exceptional. This place pulled out all of the stops.

Huge venue, surprisingly so. The staff were absolutely exceptional. So many people willing and able to help with the wedding party. The food was amazing, dont of the best wedding food Ive had. Venue was of course clean and up to date. Looking forward to other events hosted here!

Larkfield Manor is a really nice catering hall in East Northport. Went there for a wedding today and had a very nice time. Decor is old Tuscany, I think, and the staff was very attentive. Only wedding at that time, so it was great! Only quibble is the exit on Larkfield Road is not clearly marked, making it confusing. We Google Mapped them and mistook it for the entrance 😛

Anybody getting married should, if you dont already, put this place on your radar. Ive given thousands of reviews and I try to stay or at least accentuate the positives here its very easy to just say this.5star Ambience,Staff,food and all the facets of service,all the more being it was my sons wedding you might think to scrutinize anything that could be a slight fault well Ill challenge anyone to find anything wrong with this place. For two years of stress after planning and then re-planning our wedding we kept being assured it would be the most amazing night, and it was. It was beyond our expectations. George!!!!!!! His passion for his business and truly wanting to make his couples happy shined bright. Planning during these times was rough and he really went above and beyond to make us happy and have a beautiful wedding. He made our music vision come to life and is just the sweetest man to work with. He is also a man very passionate about his job and it shows. As a whole the staff is wonderful. Our Matrie D was amazing!!!!! She was so sweet and made our night run smooth and was so attentive to not only us but our families. Both our bridal attendants were also amazing!!! Felipe bustled my dress so quick and was right by my side to help me with anything I needed. Between the three of them we were so well taken care of. Our guests not only said it was the most variety of food they had at a wedding but also the most delicious. The food was outstanding. We could not be any happier with our special day. They completely delivered on all our expectations and then some. We highly recommend this venue!!!! Larkfield was the reception of our dreams! Besides being a gorgeous venue, the staff is amazing. Our maître d Marie is a true professional! She was very accessible and had a solution for any question I threw her way. Philippe, my bridal attendant was PERFECT! Anything I needed he was there! He was able to repair the bustle on my dress in 2 minutes! From Harry to George to Genevieve to Peter, everyone we encountered made this process seamless. Weve been married for two months now and our families and friends cannot stop talking about the phenomenal food and service they received at Larkfield! Thank you and we highly recommend this venue!

My Cousin put a down payment before the pandemic and has rescheduled twice. During this time 2 people from our family died of Covid-19 it would be unacceptable to celebrate during this time. Larkfield will not give us our thousands back or even negotiate on any amount given back to us. These are unprecedented times, I understand, but not even meeting us halfway...I dont understand.

Beautifully decorated, elegant and spacious. Food was delicious, mix up with the tables dinner order. Great bartenders. Dance floor a little small. Desserts were varied and fantastic. The wait staff never smiled and werent polite. Professional but duds.

Originally scheduled for August 7th, 2020 we had to reschedule. The stress and disappoinment was tremendous yet Larkfield assured us that we would have the wedding my daughter and son inlaw wanted. My son had his Wedding their on October 10, 2020, I can’t say enough how well we were treated throughout the entire wedding, the staff was amazing, every single one of them. From the moment we toured the Larkfield we knew it was the one! From the grand ballroom to the beautiful gardens, it was all very “us”. After telling people where we were getting married, everyone always raved about the food and Larkfield definitely did not disappoint us! The cocktail hour was outrageous and many of our guests from FL (where my fiancé and I live) even thought it was dinner! My only regret is that I did not get to try everything! Our guests raved about their dinner entrees as well. The servers even came around and asked people if they wanted to try another entrée after eating their first. We also added the Viennese hour and I am so glad we did, our guests were blown away by the amount of desserts and how good they were. I had an extensive list of signs, pictures and personal touches that I dropped off to be put out at the wedding and everything was placed in the perfect spots throughout the venue. Our maître d Maria was attentive and took care of everything! I made a mistake on the seating chart and people had to be shuffled around at the beginning of the reception, Maria spoke to me discreetly and corrected my mistake flawlessly. She made sure everything ran smoothly and was a doll. Now lets get to the bridal attendants, Felipe and Griselda. Felipe was my right hand man the whole night! He was fabulous, from escorting me around during picture to always making sure my glass was full of prosecco. His demeanor was calming to me waiting to do our first look and when I was stressed about our flowers. Grisadela was always there to make sure my husband and I had food and drinks as well and was just as attentive. The two of them make a fabulous team! Marianne was also a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process, she is detail orientated and answers emails quickly! If you’re working with her, you have nothing to worry about. Overall, my husband and I cannot recommend Larkfield enough, they truly outdid themselves on everything!

AMAZING!!! Booked our 7/3/20 wedding in 2018 with Michael. We loved the place, the food is amazing and the staff was so helpful planning through a pandemic. We decided to postpone our reception to March 2021, we couldn’t have asked for an easier transition going through such a difficult time. March 19, 2021 we were the first bigger wedding with NYS restrictions and our day was the MOST AMAZING day I could’ve ever planned. It was everything I hoped it would’ve been pre covid. All our guests are still raving about the food and saying it was the best wedding they’ve been to! Thank you Michael and the staff at Larkfield for providing us with a safe and magical day!

Be Aware!!!!!!, my daughter had her sweet sixteen booked and paid Larkfield half the money for the party and then COVID hit and had to cancel the party and now Larkfield will not refund the deposit and all they know how to say is that this issue needs to be handled by our legal department we had hire attorneys!! Nice people when their taking your money try getting back during a Pandemic! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!

Our wedding at Larkfield was a dream come true, from the second we walked into the Larkfield we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. Not only is the place gorgeous but they go above and beyond for you. Anything you needed someone was able to help you. Maryanne was extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process. The day of our wedding we felt like royalty the way you are treated at the Larkfield. Our guest are still calling us over a week later telling us how amazing the food was. The entire night was amazing and we want to do it all over again!

We had our wedding at Larkfield January 2021, and we’re so happy we went through with it! Planning a wedding during COVID is not ideal by any means, but Larkfield made it easy! We met with Harry for our final meeting before the wedding day and he assured us everything would be perfect and it was!!! From the moment we stepped out of the limo we were greeted by the maitre d’ and bridal attendant and we were taken care of like celebrities! The entire day flowed nicely and it didn’t feel like anything was missing!!!Of course with covid there are restrictions, just like everywhere in the US, but this is what we’re all used to now so it wasn’t a big deal. Masks are worn the same as if you were dining in a restaurant, everything flowed effortlessly thanks to the team at Larkfield.Cocktail hour was like any other cocktail hour, music, food served at stations, everyone ate, drank, nothing seemed abnormal about it, other than everyone sitting down, which, who eats standing anyways? Everyone went to the main room and there was MORE food waiting on the table. The food was delicious! Every guest told us how good the food was and they also went around offering seconds, wow! The staff made sure we ate which was important to us and it also allowed us to take a few moments to ourselves and absorb the special day that was going by in a blink of an eye.My biggest fear was it would be dull and everyone would just be sitting there like mopes, it didn’t feel like that at all! It all flowed nicely and it didn’t feel like anything was missing. We can’t thank Larkfield enough for making our wedding day nothing short of amazing especially during these times.

The food is great. The rooms are large enough. Bathroom is clean. Coat check is good. Valet parking is good. Once again, the food is great. There was some confusion with the bar(s). A large wedding requires excellent bartenders/mixologist. Personally, I felt that the bar staff could use some extra help.

Beautiful location with unique outdoor garden areas for ceremony and cocktail hour. The food was really good and the wedding I attended there had a wide variety of choices for the cocktail hour. Dinner choices were standard, but good.

There is not one bad thing we could say about The Larkfield. From the moment we walked through their gorgeous doorway and spoke with Marianne there was no question where we would celebrate our wedding. They were super responsive and accommodating in every way. They worked with us from day one to create an atmosphere they suited our wedding and our needs. The day of they were on top of everything that we could think of. Our bridal attendants were there for our every need from getting us drinks, to making sure we were eating the absolutely delicious food. We walked into our cocktail hour to a reserved table just for us full of EVERYTHING! If we needed more or to try something else they got it for us immediately. The entire staff walked around all night making sure the place looked amazing and that all of our guests needs were met. We could not have chosen a more perfect venue. The cocktail hour had so much food! Everything was so delicious! The salad, pasta dish, and main course were all amazing! And if you want to wow your guests the Viennese Hour will blow them away! Enough dessert to make sure everyone had their favorite and plenty of it! The presentation looks incredible and it all tastes as good as it looks. I had my wedding here in October 2015. I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about this venue. The professionalism and genuine care of the staff was amazing. My bridal attendant, Felipe was awesome and was SO attentive to mine and my husbands EVERY need. The food was amazing, especially cocktail hour. I have guests who continue to compliment us about the food and overall reception itself. I HIGHLY recommend Larkfield to any one who is looking for a venue.

Larkfield was AMAZING! From booking to our wedding date, planning and coordinating with them could not have been any easier. My husband and I worked with Marianne and she was so prompt in responding to answering all our questions and concerns. The day of the wedding was just MAGICAL. We could not have asked for a better experience. The food was OUT of this world and we are still getting compliments on how good & how much food there was, how beautiful the venue was and how great of a time everyone had. The staff also went above and beyond to make the night the best night of our lives. Larkfield was the perfect venue, and I can only hope to go back and enjoy it as a guest one day!

I cant say enough nice things about my wonderful experience getting married at Larkfield. As a Bride, I felt so well-supported by the staff. Even when other outside vendors failed to do their jobs, Larkfield entertainment, run by Frankie, stepped up and saved the day. The food was absolutely incredible and in staggering amounts, the desserts were delicious, and all the staff were very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Nearly every guest said that this was the best venue they have ever experienced. Gorgeous venue, great food, seasoned staff. A zero-stress, incredible experience!

I had my wedding at Larkfield on November 20, 2015. For a later November date, the weather was beyond perfect and the Larkfield was more than accommodating to all of our needs. Planning was so easy with the help of Maryanne and Peter and on the big day, the staff made sure we were absolutely taken care of. They made sure my husband and I ate, drank, and had a blast - which we did! The food was amazing, our guests still rave about the cocktail hour! We love the Larkfield and cannot thank them enough for making our wedding day PERFECT!

I married my husband in 1987 and had our reception here. My dad was a local official and had used the Larkfield for many events. It was a fabulous bash. They came out with seconds of everything. It is goodto hear they are still around and doing well. I am troubled by the reviews stating racism. This is a crying Shame. I hope this is rectified since it is a beautiful place. Everyone should be treated with the respect and service shown to us.

Very pretty venue. Especially if you can be outdoors. The cocktail hours are excellent, however dinner and waitstaff service are just ok, basic wedding hall. I wouldn’t personally book it, but it was a pretty place.

They met all our needs and made our day absolutely perfect! We had a very large wedding with 300 guests and the room did not feel crowded one bit!!! It was so spacious! Our family and friends are still raving about our wedding!!! We would recommend them any day and will be having events here again in our future! Can’t say enough good things about them!!!
