Always friendly and knowledgeable. He has worked on my family’s cars for years. Really the only mechanic I’d trust. He knows what he is doing, cares to do a job right the first time and will be honest if there is a problem that might be costly or an issue down the line. He does a very thorough job and I’ve always had a great experience. No job is too big or too small for laurel. Additionally I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of and in fact he explains everything in detail about your car. You need your car to be dependable and the owner John Cetta and his staff definitely get the job done.
