This was my first appointment in a very long time. As always, everyone was in in the office was amazing. So nice and kind. I ended up doing a scaling on one quadrant and it was painless! They discussed what needed to be done and we made a plan for handling each issue. Couldn’t recommend more.

Today 6/9/2020 was my first time back to see Dr. Bentz since COVID19. I had an appointment in March but like everything else got pushed back. I have never been so HAPPY to see my Bentz family. Things were a bit different but when I walked in the door I was still greeted with a warm and friendly Hello, how are you? glad to see you.When, I got to the office I had to call and let them know I was there. They then called to let me know it was otay to come in. The office keeps the door locked for everyones health and safety. Only one patient is allowed in the waiting room at a time. The office looked very different. There were less chair in the waiting room and there is a large plastic shield at the reception desk (GREAT idea).I was greeted by a very nice employee who took my temperature and then took me back to the dentist chair. Before I sat down I was asked to please wash my hands, dry them and have a seat in the dentist chair. I was given a clipboard with questions about health issues related to COVID 19 and also to update my medical history. When I finished I was asked to rinse my mouth with hydrogen peroxide and water. Im thought WHAT? I realized that it kills all germs and was the important to do for both myself and Dr Bob.One last comment. Dr Bob sent out videos to updated patients, facebook and other social media. His information was very informative, up to date with the COVID 19 virus. Seeing his videos made you feel a sense of relief and at ease that there is hope and we will get back to some normalcy.

They did an excellent job on cleaning & checking the health of my teeth. In addition, they gave me an excellent idea for further improving the care of my teeth at home with a Christmas present of a Waterpick unit for my wife & myself.

I gave a deposit for work that I cancelled. The paperwork stated no refund for work completed. I informed them within 24hrs that I wanted to hold off and have refund returned. Two weeks later, the Office Manager refused to return $5,000.00. Claimed that they had my dental molds(expensive). I requested they be mailed. Four years later, I have still not received. The Office is very nice and the staff very professional but now I understand why. Stealing from someone with newly diagnosed Spinal Cord Damage, who was in rehab and needed the money to pay medical bills, didnt matter. Beware!

I’ve been going to Dr. Sara for about 12 years. She has been consistent in her approach to my dental issues. She doesn’t jump to do the “bigger procedures”, but rather works to maintain a healthy mouth.When a procedure is needed, she continuously checks with me to make sure I’m not experiencing any pain.The office staff is top notch as well! I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Sara is very knowledgeable and up to snuff with latest technology on replacement crowns. Also always very nice, which makes for a more relaxed environment. Office personnel are excellent and always friendly and happy to assist with anything you need.

I just tried to make an appointment & when I told her my insurance she didnt know what it was. Saying in a nasty voice Oh what is that then when I told heroh we dont take that once again in a nasty voice. Sweetheart get your stuff together,if you didnt take it say it in a nice way. You having problems in ur life should not be directed towards me. Im happy. If you dont take it Ill just go elsewhere. You do know there are other more educated dentist out there?! Smh Lol

Dr Sara has been my dentist for several years. She is the best dentist! I needed several appointments for cavities. Dr Sara explained everything and I did not feel a thing. I always have a great experience and I never have to wait. Thanks Dr Sara!

Great experience...I just started going to Dr Sara and Cooley-Bentz Dental. Dr Sara used the laser so I didnt have to get any injections. I also had nitrous to make sure that I was at ease and comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful in scheduling me and making me feel welcome.

I like Cooley-Bentz Dental......they have a great staff... they are friendly and they are very effecient. Expertise training comes thru with all procedures from cleanings to the more serious dental work..all is very good. The only area that may need some tweeking is to try to improve on the wait time before the appointment actually begins.

My experience with Dr Bentz and the entire team at Cooley-Bentz was five star from beginning to end. This was no small procedure, in two days, all of my teeth were removed and replaced with upper and lower implants. Temporary upper and lower teeth were made right there in the office. All adjustments are made quickly without waiting time. If the temporary teeth look and feel this good, I cant imagine what my permanent ones will be like.Next month, I will have my permanet teeth and will be writing another five star review, to tell you all about it.I received the best and most professional care, and never felt uncomfortable, even once. Dr. Bentz will go to every length to please you, and make sure the replacement teeth meet your expectations in every way.Before they started my teeth, they asked for pictures showing me smiling at all ages....I guess I forgot what it was like to fully smile and be able to eat without worrying, in fact, I went traveling with my wife, one week after one of the procedures and never once had a problem.The entire staff is always there to take a phone call, or if need be, to quickly see you.
