If NOT providing the service you get pay for is the goal then 5 stars, but it’s not, so I would give Negative stars! This place is probably the worst business to deal with, customer service tries to help but nothing happens from there. Good luck getting them to come get your trash and recycling. Multiple times a month I have to call and report missed pickups.

If you are a Moline resident, make sure to tell them on your way in. They dont take cash, and hold your credit card when you enter. When you go to leave and didnt tell them you are a Moline resident, they charge you based on the weight and apparently dont have the capability to change that while exiting.

Would give them negative stars if I could. They dont pick up recycling when/where they say they will but bill you anyway. And they implement pricing changes with no warning. Now they started adding $5.95 per month for Administrative Fees. When I asked, they said it was their fee to process the bill. Go anywhere else, if you can.

Trash gets skipped about as frequently as it is picked up. We call and get told it will get picked up on a later day. To date they do not follow through and it doesnt get picked up until the following week on the normal collection day. I was told a manager would contact me in about 24 hours after my last call. That was one week ago and still nothing. We have had problems since day 1 they were contracted by the city.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Landfill has exotic birds that surround you as you cast your rubbish into the great abyss. The ground trembles in glory as the heavy Dozers nudge trash to its final resting place. If only they would open the facility to the public for offlroading fun! Yes, it could be a 4wd utopia! Hills, mud, jumps and pools of muddy waters temp rednecks of every age and gender! Guys with grabber tools pick up stray debris and men in white trucks with hard hats seem to aimlessly cruise the site with pride. Electricity is generated as methane is burned off so Prius owners and other tree huggers can delight in eco friendliness of this refuse-utopia. God bless the USA.

Worst ever. Wont accept us trying to end service. Getting jerked around. Calling better business Bureau tomorrow. Horrible company.

3rd year in a row, they missed my items for special pick up. In their defense, when the recycle got picked up, they set the can in front of the recliner, so I guess, it was blocked..lol! Garbage service is ok, only been missed twice in the 7 years weve been here.

The staff was helpful

They pick up when they want, is a monopoly so every garbage disposal service works for them, the idiot dont pick up because can was 1 inch out of his reach
