The most kindhearted people work here, not sure what the other reviews are talking about. I had an appointment for my passport today and I was running late, I called ahead of time and Kyle accommodated me for being 30 mins late. John was the best! He was SO funny and light-hearted, joking around with us whilst I took my picture which much appreciated in making the situation less uncomfortable lol. Jeff helped us check out and was very pleasant. Overall, the experience definitely left me thinking about how I need to come here more often for my mailing/passport needs! 10/10 would recommend!

This staff is better than UPS and FedEx. They treat their customers like its their business and have been so helpful over the years I wouldnt go anywhere else. Support the USPS, theyre great.

The local carriers/staff are great, but there is no local customer service number to get help when a package is missing and was never delivered. Horrible phone customer service with non-responsive & unhelpful computerized phone options. Call back times for “customer service” over an hour? Not helpful and very poor service

East Meadow post office is always the best! Theyre very patient and helpful :)

Small but convenient. They have a 24 hour self service machine, which is great! Very easy access!

Clean place and quick service

One of the last few post offices left in the United States that actually have phone number listed and they answer very courteously as well. Spoke to Bill there and he was just fantastic and very helpful. Keep up the good work guys. (Imran Igra)

Customer service is very good. Parking is awful and dangerous.

DO NOT GO TO USPS THEY LOST MY PACKAGE AND CLAIMED THEY NEVER RECIEVED IT. I AM A EBAY SELLER AND LOST A TOTAL OF $180 BECAUSE OF THIS. USE UPS OR FEDEX THEY ACTUALLY CARE!
