As always this location has unsurpassed customer service. I have been coming here for years and so have my family and friends. I had gone to the corporate location the day before due to time constraints and was appalled by their service. I highly recommend this At&t location over the other one. Both Ricky and Charlie were kind and courteous and were willing to help us. They understood my issues and were willing to help in whatever way they could. Definitely recommend to anyone living in the East Meadow, Levittown, Bellmore area. Supporting local neighborhood businesses during these trying times is also a big plug.

BEWARE!!! I went to upgrade my daughter’s phone last weekend and the sales rep. unscrupulously signed up for two additional lines without disclosing this till the end of the transaction. The rep. described them as floating lines. My monthly will skyrocket because I have two additional lines on my account. VERY disappointed and upset with this experience. Make sure you’re verifying all the info before you leave the store so you don’t get taken advantage of!

Today, Sunday, we decided to switch from sprint to at&t. We walked into this location 4pm. We came to this location due to the lack of customer service at the other nearby location. Ali was there to help us. The store closed at 5 but Ali stayed to help us with our new account until 6:30pm. We are beyond grateful for his patience, kindness and professional standards.Thank you Ali for making us feel comfortable with at&t and your outstanding customer service!!

Seriously, this store delivered one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. The manager / owner explained multiple plan and phone options clearly and completely, and didnt try to talk us out of our choice, even when it clearly offered less business to him. Superior.

Jay, the owner was EXTREMELY helpful in helping us set up and get started on AT&T. The experience was much better than that of the Hempstead Turnpike location, he even waited with us personally after the store hours closed to make sure everything was working well with our phones (the internet didnt seem to work after we started up and he got it fixed right away). Will definitely be coming back!!

I went into the AT&T store expecting to wait, and receive very standard service. However, what I received was personalized - excellent service that I dont feel I would have received had I went to another location. Other locations, that I have been to, do not devote the time and experience that I received here. Jay, the owner, took the time and went over and explained everything to me. By the time I left the store, which was almost two hours later, because not only did I get an iphone and a tablet, but I feel as if I made a friend. I got to know him - he got to know me. I cant say that I had an experience - a personal experience, with any salesperson, that I received with Jay.Also, I must add, that I had an issue with my bill and was very pissed off, but once I went back into the location and spoke with Jay, he made me smile, of course, and cleared and/or made all my issues go away.I totally recommend this location and especially Jay, the owner. Use this location - dont go to the one on Hempstead Turnpike - as your experience will not be the same.Thanks Jay - Youre the Best... GLORIA

Went to this AT&T store on EastMeadow ave for the 1st time and totally loved it ( javed ) jay the store manager was the best .Helped me pick a new phone and new plan ..... will tell all my friends and family members to go to this location no where elsethank you Javed

The customer service and professionalism at this location is outstanding. Javen was courteous and attentive, listening intently regarding my phone issues. Javen saved me hundreds of dollars by changing a battery in my iPhone instead of urging me to buy a newer phone and locking me into another 2 years of service. Javen delivered what he said he would, and I will return to his location because of this.

Positive experience transferring over from Verizon to AT&T and purchasing 3 new phones from Javed.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I WENT IN TO BUY AN IPHONE 6 IN GOLD AND HE PERSUADED US TO BUY ANOTHER LINE FOR MY DAUGHTER. WITH A TABLET. HE ENDED UP MESSING UP OUR BILL BY ADDING WAY TOO MANY LINES WE NEVER HAD, NEVER GAVE US THE SECOND TABLET AND SCAMMED OUR MONEY. DO NOT GO. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH SERVICE FOR TWO+ HOURS. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY

At&t monthly payments is still the highest payment the cheapest that still has good wifi is t mobile than comes spint than verizon and lastly att so yes it is the worst network for the monthly payment the others are cheaper

I loved my experience at the store. He is always on point and always explaines everything. He goes above and beyound for me everytime i have an issues or have a problem eigh my phone or bill.i have been going to his store for years because of his excellent customer services.if there is a place i love to go to is att in east meadow and alsways deal with jay he is they best.
