As you can see we have 6 photographs 3 before and 3 afters my Chase cover which is the metal piece as you can see in the before pictures was rushed to very bad it was also leaking but the old Cathe old cap was a square one to my knowledge it had no inner lip on the top plate this was this was explained to me by TIMMIE D He is very knowledgeable when it comes to fireplaces I was actually taken by surprise on how much he knew I dont like just anybody work on my house when it comes to any kind of carbon monoxide monoxide mind you this was a gas unit that did not work give me chocolate a pot and replace certain parts and even got the remote control working I would definitely recommend him if you want your fireplace to work as great as it looks He is very knowledgeable when it comes to fireplaces especially gas ones as mine is I am no handyman but I would not play around with any kind of Gas appliances Also his customer service was outstanding very polite very respectful men diary respectful maam and yes maam to me and my wife Thank you so much

As someone who has experience with heating, chimney’s and chimney companies I am elated that I finally found a company that I can count on.Not only did the phenomenal and educated staff at All Access conduct a thorough evaluation at my house, but they were truthful, upfront, honest, punctual and competitively priced. Called All Access Chimney to install a venting chimney for a new construction outdoor fireplace. Michelle answered, and was very helpful, Listening to what I needed, and explained that they do perform this work. She scheduled according to what worked for me, and provided several date and time options. Timothy came to check the job out; super down to earth and honest guy; He explained to me exactly what I needed to do prior his coming back, and what additional material I would need to order (being it was a specific manufacturer’s firebox). The day of the job, Timothy came with Michelle, and they were super pleasant to deal with. Timothy is a super hard working guy, and put his knowledge and expertise into everything he did. Additionally, the time he took to make sure everything looked amazing, and the level of detail he put into his work, was exactly what I needed. Atop it all, it was one of the hottest days of this summer, and he didn’t hesitate for a minute to provide top of the line service and worked through the heat. Great company. Very professional. Jake was very knowledgeable when it came to the tricky situation with my leak. Back and forth with the roofer can get pretty annoying, with a level 2 inspection they provided me with during the scheduled cleaning step by step photos of the inspection were also shown, they were able to solve the water leak within one day. I wouldn’t recommend any other company.

They showed up as scheduled, reviewed what work was needed to be done before I could blink, and completed very efficiently. 13 years ago we moved into our house and we found we had a callopsed liner in the boiler flue. We had a company replace the liner and at the time the company said we problay wouldnt ever need to replace the new liner. Fast forward -- our new boier wasnt working propley and was shutting down and not starting. The plummer fixed it and said a control switch had gotten too hot and was not working anymore. He said to have the cihmney flue inspected to find out why. We called All Acess Chimney and I spoke to Michelle Yarrobino. She said that because we had a gas boiler that the flue should be very clean. We had an oil burner but switched to gas early on. Alan from All Access came to the house and opened up the flue and it was a mess. He explained that the lining had to be repaced. Not happy I said okay. When Alan came back to relace the linner he showed me how the first company had tried to cut costs and that led to our problems now. That company that begins with U did such an incompete job it caused the boiler to break down, the house to be dusty and carbon dixoide to leak from the flue. Alan showed me how that company didnt concect the pipes from both the boiler and hot water heater correctly. Alan was great. He showed me the step by step process. Alan is very friendly and really wants you to understand everything thats going on. Michelle also made sure the porject went smoothley. With Alan doing the work she had no worries. I would recemend All Access Chimney to everyone. My friend and neighbor is a contractor and I gave him their card. Michelle and Alan gave me peace of mind and i know that I wont have to replace the liner problay for the lifetime of me living in my home. If the orginal company was as excellent as All Access then I never would have had a problem. . .

Hired All Access to do a chimney cleaning. It was discovered that the Clay surrounding in the chimney was deteriorating and starting to collapse. I thought I was doomed. Allan of all access came up with a solution to line the chimney with a stainless steel sleeve that meets code and has a lifetime warranty. It was done immediately the next day. The knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail they have is beyond belief. Super punctual and cleaned up well after completion. Would never hesitate to recommend or rehire them for any cleaning or new project. A rare find!

I had a chimney blockage (clay tile liner that fell apart) that caused a lot of soot from my gas boiler, called a few chimney companies in NYC and got some quotes. All access chimney gave me the best quote and they came right away.Allan and his crew did a great job, he hooked up a fan at the top of my chimney before demolishing the liner so all the dust doesnt settle inside the home. He was very informative on the installation and the parts required.Outstanding job!

Fantastic work! May I might add, they probably saved our lives. First and for most, it’s was great energy from this company. They came to work and that’s what they did. I thought it was going to be 123, however it’s was much more than that. All I know, Anthony and Rocko said, “thank God you guys are still alive.” I thought it was a simple clean up, come to find out everything that deals with the chimney, was outdated. Thank God we didn’t inhale any carbon monoxide. That’s why I rather a condo. Oh well. To make matters better they shaved off 10 percent from the original price. Now the boiler is running effectively and we are gonna save money on oil this year by maybe 30 percent!!! Truly a blessing. On December 6, 2019All access chimney The company is great Michelle in the office is wonderful very friendly, helpful and nice. Had next day service appointment for a free consultation for any work that might have needed to be done. Service technician Alan was sent to assess the situation and he was very nice and helpful he explained everything that needed to be done in detail walking you through it so you could see for yourself any damage that needed to be fixed. I was so impressed by the knowledge and concern of Alan the technician since the chimney was totally rusted through and if we didn’t fix it immediately there could of been serious problems. Alan and his worker replaced the whole chimney from the roof to the boiler room in about 2 hours I was amazed by their team work. Highly recommend All Access Chimney! They came promptly at their apartment time and even gave me a half hour notice so I had time to leave work and get home so I did not have to take time off. They were very clear and honest in their work and took pictures of the chimney to show me any issues. I hear many stories of people getting abused by chimney inspectors and try to sell you on things you dont really need, but not All Access! Very honest! Always willing to help if needed! 5 stars!

Called to set up an appointment they scheduled a date and time. They clearly stated that they would call 15 minutes before they would areive, however they did not call and not show up. When I called them to inquire about what time they would be there it was 7 hours after the scheduled time of the appointment. We reschedule for another day and they said between 830am and 10am and again did not call, did not show up, when I called them they didnt answer. Complete waist of time, these people are unprofessional and suck!

Michelle and Rob were excellent and so professional. The service was fantastic. The chimney was thoroughly checked and I was advised that I didnt need any work done. They reassured me that my chimney was safe for use and up to date and that the stainless steel liner for my gas was in excellent condition. Rob showed me everything that he was checking and explained how everything works to me. I knew nothing about chimneys and they were beyond honest. I recomend them to eveyone. Its very hard to find professionals with the honesty and integrity that they have.

I originally called them for a chimney cleaning. After they came out they swindled me into getting a new liner that I did not need at ALL. I was ripped off of over $2000 dollars. You will notice that I don’t usually write reviews but after getting hustled by this company I have to share in hopes to save someone else.Please know that their response is a total lie and if you go with them, you’ll get ripped off too.

Used them to repair damper and cap on one of my investment properties. They were easy to deal with, available, good with timing updates and tenants felt happy and safe. Price was competitive and they didnt try to upsell me which i appreciated. I would definetly use them again for my own home or any of my investment properties.

They installed a liner for my home. It’s an old house that never had a liner. They had to drill into the concrete to get it thru.
