The workers are grade A. 1 star is for The owner. He is cheap pushy and doesn’t want his workers getting good tips. Employees do a perfect job on my Mercedes and he complains they taking to long. How he think they make their money ??? He gonna lose customers like that. Foolish.

This is the best car wash Ive been to in the last 20 years. Their detail service on finer vehicles is incredible. Get the VIP Detail and you will feel like a VIP.Suggestion! Create a venmo or zelle account to accept tips electronically.

Do not waste your money and go there. Every time I go there its a couple things they dont do. This time it was several things they didnt do. I paid $55 for VIP service. They only did half the work in the car. Every time I go there its somebody different who cleans the car. They all do a bad job. Always cutting corners and not doing every thing as it should. This time it was really bad because I wasnt paying attention. Do not waste your money do not go there.

I have a high top Ford E150 Conversion van. Not many places can clean this type of vehicle but they did a wonderful job. It was hand washed but that worked for me. I would recommend this place. It was also a reasonable price.

$40 car wash where the car came out dirty. Exterior still had a film of dust and grime. Paid for interior polish and armor all and nothing was done. Carpets didnt even look vacuumed. I see there was an ownership change and I can foresee another one coming soon when they lose their clients.

I went to this car wash for the first time because it’s located very close to my job. When I arrived there my car was perfectly fine. I sat there for approximately 40 minutes as no one was working on my car after it got out of the tunnel I was very confused and asked the owner.Come to find out that they popped my car tire and just left my car there. no one came to me to address the fact that they pop the tire they just left and continued working on the other cars. I looked inside my car and nothing was done to it. I mentioned again to the owner that my car wash was not completed and all he did was apologize. He refused to have another person finish the job. regarding the tire being popped he stated that it was popped when it arrived and I just never noticed which makes absolutely no sense. The owner refused to refund me as well. Highly disappointed!!

I needed to leave a review as I was so impressed by this car wash. I drove out from Franklin square which is a good 20 minute drive as I had a coupon for Miami and wanted to give it a try.I was very pleased with the service, wash and attention to detail my car was given. I purchased the Full Service wash for $17.99; they took care of my car like I purchased a full detail for the vehicle. The lady behind the desk inside was very friendly, warm and caring, wanting to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this wash, and find it worth the drive. Thank you Miami car wash!

This car wash is amazing. I accidentally spilled gas for my lawnmower on my rear carpeting. I tried multiple remedies but the odor was horrible and it was so greasy I could not clean it up. Miami car detailing took my car for the day and got it so clean its like a brand new interior.

The car wash itself was okay, but the attitude of the staff and owner were very bad. When they finished my car wash, the staff bumped my car door with another car next to it when he tried to got out of the car.It made a scratch immediately, so I pointed out to the staff and the owner about that. The owner asked me to claim down and not feeling sorry nor apologizing. I ended up putting touch up paint on the car with the help of the auto collision shop. The scratch May seems minor, but when you work so hard to take care of your own car somebody just did not give a damn and damage it, it hurts so bad (car lover will understand)In short, the owner doesn’t care about you, I would stay away from this car wash when thing happen like that.

Overall great job, they spent a lot of time drying off and cleaning the inside and outside of the car. I got the South Beach special which was the third one up from base, it took them a good amount of time to finish everything. I really feel for them out there in the cold, just so you know if you are looking for a quick wash and then leave, this may not be the place for you, since it took them almost 10 minutes to finish outside (once the car came through the wash). Price wasnt cheap, but again you are paying for a lot of attention to detail and quality.

Don’t go here, they never clean properly. They wipe the interior and call it a day and if you watch them closely they wash your windows the whole time to make it seem like they do something. Cup holders never cleaned. Been here 3 times and bad experience every time.

Horrible job cleaning car, left the whole outside dirty and refused to clean. The owner came out and said there was glue all over my car and needed to be detailed and would cost another $25 after I just spent $23. When I got home I cleaned it and it came right off. I’ve been going there for a dozen years, won’t be going back with this new ownership.

I think there are new owners. To have a double line to get your car setup on a Tuesday at noon was not good. The guys are a bit slow and not as thorough as they used to be.

Absolutely bad experience. First time at this car wash. Asked for their best treatment The VIP Wash. Total waste of money. They did not even clean good from inside. The absolute best car wash Ive ever visited. The amount of care and attention to detail in their service is worth twice what the price is. Dont expect a 5 minute car wash though, they take time to make sure every inch of your car is cleaned.

Decided to get the Tropical car wash. They did a great job, especially Carlos who took his time and dryed my truck to make it look as if it was new.

Took a long time which is fine but I finally went to get the car and there was a large dirty area on the back, I asked the worker what happened and he said it’s marks and scratched, it won’t come off. I get home and wipe it off myself in 2 seconds.

Let me stay in the car because i had a kid in the car but you have to get out to pay. Good deals for spectacular clean though!

I went to Miami Car Wash today for the very first time. I can honestly say I dont think my car ever looks better after visiting a car wash. The employees were very welcoming and professional. They took their time and did a very thorough, complete and excellent job with my car.

I unfortunately had an incident with my car while going through the wash (was my fault, not theirs) and Ryan along with the rest of the staff was completely forthcoming, helpful, and apologetic even when it wasn’t their fault. This guys can do some nice work. I got the South Beach wash and it was great. I really liked that they dedicated to really cleaning the wheels and the interior of the car. Prices are ok and service is fast. I will definitely come back.

I just took my Mercedes For a full service wash and they broke the Handle of my Door!! Car doesn’t open from the inside! They said nothing and just returned the car as if nothing had happened but I found out immediately as I went in my car... Nobody new anything of How it happened! I will speak to the owner on Monday to see the outcome for this!! I hope its all for the best of everyone.

Based on my experience, Ive been happy with them. I always feel good taking my car home every time I get a wash from them because they always do a good job. I like the idea that theres one person per car to take their time to wipe down the inside and outside of the vehicle and they go through every section like a routine. Ive been going to them for two years and got my dad to come here too.

Got the VIP wash today and they didn’t vacuum my car at all...Sand still everywhere in very easy to reach spots.They completely forgot to wax and clean the back bumper of my car.Dirt all over the back bumper still, very poor job for $50.00....I basically have to vacuum my car again myself to clean it. There’s still grass underneath the mats that they took out to clean....none of these areas are hard to reach locations that would be considered only a “detailing” could take care of it.Very disappointed, may not be coming back.Save your money and clean your car yourself if this is your other option.I’ll be uploading photos shortly of all the stuff they neglected to clean.

Broke one of my LED color lights I had on the inside of my car. didn’t tell me. Didn’t apologize. I didn’t askfor any sort of compensation. What I was looking for was maybe an apology or acknowledgement that his worker was being careless, the OWNER accused “my people” (whatever that means) of breaking it myself. When I told him I wouldn’t be back being that my Family members and I have been using this car wash for years. He proceeded to follow me to my car after I repeatedly asked him to calm down and leave me alone he continued reprimanding me and how “I’m damn well going to hear what he has to say if I’m going to walk away while he’s speaking to me” (mind you, I’m a 26 year old man) he went on and on as I asked him to please get away from my car, he left my back door open after he opened it without my permission. The best part about all of this? Not only did they break my lights, I spent 30 dollars on a car wash, and I still have faint evidence of bird droppings on it, and they didn’t give me the air freshening spray I paid for.Normally, I wouldn’t make a fuss, but this guy just left broken pieces of my car on the seat without telling me. Seriously? The owner of this place has no class, take your business elsewhere.

They used to do a very good job but lately (within the last 6 months or so) they have been getting worse and worse. I cant tell you how many times they dont even completely dry the car anymore. last month I got the coconut grove and after I left I realized they did not clean my windows on the inside because my windshield was dirty on the inside. I walk up to it and there is water spots on the windshield and side panels. Door jams are barely passed by with a rag... The service has gone down and it is mostly due to the guys. There are still 2 guys that do a good job but most of them are terrible. I also hate the fact that every time they pull my car in or out of the tunnel and they rev my engine just because my car is a sports car and I guess they enjoy it.For the record, my current car is brand new with less than 5000 miles on it and in mint condition. I use the monthly wash passes all the time so you cant say my car is too dirty. Most recently I keep finding out that they dont really close when they say they close. i found myself on a few occasions staring at the closed car wash before 7 pm (they supposedly close at 8).

I dont mind the raise in price, but it looks like they have less people cleaning at a time so it takes longer than it used to, so I dont know about paying more for that. Still probably the best car wash around

I finally got a chance to check this place out after my car was particularly dirty from a rainy day. Some friends had recommended it to me and I had been meaning to go for awhile, as I pass it on my drive home everyday.Let me first start by saying the experience went very smoothly from start to finish! Their automated process made everything quick and simple, and prices were very fair. In a few minutes everything was done, and I got out of my car to check things out. I was so impressed by how clean my car was compared to other washes Ive gone to in the past (I have a Range Rover and Im picky about what touches my car).While I was out of my car, the owner (a man named Alex) came over to make sure everything was alright. He thought there might have been a problem and was genuinely interested in hearing about my experience. For me, that really set this place apart from others.This place exceeded my expectations and Im so happy I decided to stop by, as I now have a new place to get my car washed!

Was a great car wash, under new ownership not as good. Drove in the other day and with only one car in front of me; that I might add was already being vacuumed, with 2 guys vacuuming and the back regular manager there they took their sweet time while chuckling and me waiting about 10-15 minutes from the time I pulled up until they drove the other car in! I come here because theyve always been thorough and it usually does take a bit of time, but not in the back end unless theres a wait so theres no excuse for wasting my time and the front has also not been as thorough either, I got the VIP for $39 and my glass was not cleaned well the last few times and the rags theyve been using inside the car have a dirty mildew odor to them that stayed left behind! If things improve Ill up my rating, but if not Ill be trying somewhere else.

$17.99 for a regular car wash with undercarriage is amazing! Be prepared to spend 45m-1hr waiting even with only a couple of cars in front of you... but their attention to detail is phenomenal, inside and out. They spent a solid 20 minutes detailing the interior with windex, compressed air and a microfiber cloth. The cupholders in my car look better than the day I bought it!

I highly do not recommend this and the other car wash down the road next to McDonalds, same owners form what I was told. Both have lazy workers who don’t clean the cars to the basic quality. The inside was left dirty and the outside mirrors weren’t touched. Not sure how there both still in business. Honestly is it to hard to ask for a clean car inside and out ? I’ll check another car wash somewhere else. I even considered going back, but I tell myself, I’m not laying for a half a** job.Good luck to your business

Fast and pretty solid. I went mid day on a sunny Wednesday in the summer. They could use a few more detail guys in the front and back to move things along, but overall great bang for the 22 dollars.

Been coming here for quite some time despite change of hands multiple times, today was my worst experience ever, sat waiting 45 minutes like everyone else, they open another lane which allows the cars to go right in while myself and like many others wait, a brawl nearly broke out, wonderful customer service ( A-JOKE) lady says the manager said to open up the lane and do it and what ever happens happens, I tell you this there are many carwashes much better that is looking for new customers, trust me it’s time to look elsewhere, thanks for the great customer service Miami car wash ! This car wash is the best in town, especially for the price. This was the first car wash I came too when I arrived in NY in 2012 and I have not went anywhere else! Mgmt team is top notched and always looking out for the customers best interest.

I wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option I had a horrible experience and would never recommend this place to anyone after getting VIP treatment at a cost of almost $40 after discount I was extremely disappointed when I was driving home and realized that the car had a terrible odor which smelled like somebody had used dirty rags and there will oil slicks on my interior That had never been there before I immediately called and spoke with the woman on the phone she told me the owner wasn’t there I asked to have my charges reversed she told me I had to speak with the owner Several days later I returned and A man named Kevin identified himself as the owner he did offer another wash but I was so disgusted by the smell that had been in there which I personally had to re-clean because I had an event to go that day and I could not bare to drive in the car with that odor. I declined the re-wash since I didn’t want that odor back in my car he refused to credit me the money and told me he has a Thousand satisfied customers and he’s more interested in those then in me I used to go to this car wash all the time with the old owners and I never had an issue needless to say I will never return there and hope you avoid the situation as well

I havent been to this car wash in a very long time since I moved out of the area so when I was in the neighborhood I thought I would clean the car. I was satisfied with the job until I looked at my painted calibers. Someone had taken a heavy duty steel brush to them and removed half the paint. How can anyone not realize you just dont do that? Complaining was useless as no one listened or understood. Now I have to get them repainted at my expense.I have been though many car washes without a problem. Please teach your people to be more careful.

The worse customer service I have ever received!!! The staff locked my keys in my vehicle & instead of assuming responsibility for it the manager told me its not their fault. That its Fords fault & its only happened twice before. If the manager at Miami Car Wash is aware of the glitch with Ford vehicles then they should have their staff aware of the situation. Guess what Miami Car Wash you are responsible because you are aware of the problem but do nothing to inform your customers or staff.

Really, this is a great car wash. I havent been to one in a while. They have little air compressors that they use at the end to clean out your vents lol. I thought that was pretty cool.

Its not horrible. There are better wash spots but the guys at the end do a great job if you tip them well while they are cleaning the interior.

This car wash locked my husband’s keys in his truck and told him it was his fault, made him pay for the car wash, and chipped the paint of his SUV in a few places to pry open the window. How is this HIS fault? Shame on you for your lack of respect for people’s vehicles, your poor attitude towards a long time customer, and your lack of properly handling the situation. We will NEVER go back here again, and will tell everyone we know about how disgusting of a business this place is. Shame on all of you!

OMG!!!! It took almost an hour for them to wash my car. The cashier must’ve been on something because she was extremely slow and kept zoning out. The guy cleaning my car walks away to help someone else halfway through so I had to ask him to come and finish my car.
