If I could give 0 stars I would. Moe was horribly rude with a major attitude. We tried to order kits for pickup and when we tried to pick them up, the place was closed. We were not told at time of order that they needed to be picked up at 6pm or later. (Website says open 10am-10pm) no notice was given even when the order confirmation was received that there was a specific time. When we called to ask about this. Moe was rude and blamed us for the entire thing. He refused a refund and kept badgering the caller, cutting her off, refusing to listen to anything she had to say and claimed the kits are non refundable(doesn’t say this anywhere on the website). We were able to get a refund after speaking with someone else more reasonable since the error was on their lack of communication. Will be taking my business elsewhere. No customer service.

We had an excellent experience with Pinots Palette. We hired them for a COVID-safe outdoor paint your pet for our employees. They were professional, prompt, and very friendly and helpful. We were thankful to have such a great experience during such weird and difficult times. Definitely recommend and would hire again!

I had a bachlorette party there on April 16, 2021 for my cousin this place is fantastic. The bartender Alex was very nice and great hospitality. The Artist was phenomenal that night. Will be back soon

We had such a great time having our virtual session with Mo and his instructor, Anne.Prior to our session, I spoke with Mo a week before and he was so amazing with getting our kits/supplies shipped over to us, as we are in the west coast. Everything came organized and secure and exactly what we were hoping for. He included every piece of item needed. He made sure the shipment arrived on time, as I made the request kind of last minute (sorry, Mo!). He was also very considerate of the time limit we had and made sure the session was complete within that timeframe frame (This was a work event).Polite, professional and absolutely a great time! We will definitely be using Mo and his team for future virtual sessions!

Ive used this location for the last few years to host in-person sessions and most recently, Nov 2020, for a virtual staff event due to covid.Moe & the East meadow team went above and beyond to adapt to the many different delivery methods needed to bring this event to life virtually.My staff of 60 people genuinely enjoyed our virtual paint night to show Gratitude and left asking when the next East Meadow Pinots Palette event would be. From the logistics, pricing, to the actual music that matched the vibe of the room, to the way the artist supported friends who signed in late, definitely worthy of 5 or more stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+We will definitely be working together in the coming months!!

Had the most amazing time for my wife’s birthday. Excellent service. Mo was awesome. He kept us entertained the whole time. Food and drinks were so good. Would recommend it to anyone looking to sip and paint!

This is a really great venue that allows you to cater your own party bring your own wine and just an all around wonderful time. There are a few extra fees if you want to byob but all around this place is wonderful.

There is a great vibe here! The paintings are easy to follow, the instructors are wonderful and the music is amazing!

This review is long over due! I LOVE this Pinot’s palette location. I’ve went twice already and it really helped me on such a mental level. As we grow older we start to forget our artistic side because we get so caught up with being an adult. But at Pinots pallete, Annie the class instructor brings out that inner child out of you while you get to enjoy a delicious adult cocktail made by the incredible MO!This class is fun and energetic. I love the music selection and the studio in general is just so clean and inviting.the staff really interacts with you and tries to help you to create your own unique master piece. I’ve brought friends here who ended up loving it as much as I do and come back with other people! Perfect for a date or to build a stronger bond with your family and friends while also being therapeutic and with everything that’s going on in the world right now... trust me you need to visit this studio! Thank me later.

Relaxing art space. Very enjoyable company and instructor.

Our company held a private virtual event for team building. The instructor treated us like children, scolding us often and basically wanted the group to paint in silence, only allowing us to converse during sip breaks. The instructor rushed through steps even though most of the group were many steps behind. In the end, most of the group had an incomplete painting, were extremely disappointed with the experience and felt disrespected. Take your business elsewhere.

Pinot’s Palette-Queens is an awesome place. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Annie was great, very patient- took her time going step by step.. we walked out with a beautiful painting. Definitely recommend this place.

Sooooo let me just say that this place is LIT! I literally thought about going to a sip and paint last minute for my boyfriends birthday. The owner Moe provided great customer service. It was nothing but good vibes from beginning to end. He made my boyfriends birthday special with a special set up by his seat. The music was good. This is definitely my new date night spot!

I love doing the paint and sips, it’s so awesome how they show you step by step to create the painting you picked. I’ve done it a few times with friends, family and my kids. I love the end result, go check it out. You will have a good time

Mo was great. I never painted before, but with Mos guidance and encouragement, I brought home a masterpiece. Most people say it looks like garbage. I say, let them say that. Mo was great.

Went here for a date night with the wifey and had such a great time - had a lot more fun than I had imagined I would. Great music and atmosphere - delicious food and drinks and a great staff to help create your own masterpiece. I would highly recomend visiting.

Awesome staff, great environment, fun and uplifting, and if you dont know how to paint or never have painted, they will make you look like Van Gogh. Mo was very helpful, hilarious, and very enthusiastic. Go here once and you will definitely leave thinking about the next time.

It was a really fun experience! Only downside is you cant bring your own alcohol, and the drinks they have are on the weak side, so you can rack up a bill if you try to get drunk. My recommendation is to come after pregaming to get a true WOOO LETS PAINT moment. Plus, everyone was usually too intensely painting to remember to drink lol.

Awesome host, fun, and entertaining. If youre tired of trying to find the best club or bar in town just take a night and head to pinots palette in east meadow. Mo was HILARIOUS, kept me laughing the whole night and I dont paint at all but even with 0 paint experience or knowledge of a paint brush I was able to look like a young Van Gogh. Will be coming back for sure! If you havent tried it, give them a call and set yourself up before they get all booked!!!!
