Took my Fender Stratocaster for a setup and I asked them to change my bridge pickup to a Seymour Duncan and they constantly refused to install them. I went to my local guitar center and they gladly installed those pickups come on olvera!

I remember getting my violin strings fixed (because they were messed up from the order) when I received it the strings werent tuned nor not even fixed. Waited at least weeks to get it back and yet they werent fixed. The reason I know is because my uncle who actually knows fixing instruments (which I should have gone to from the start) said that they did a terrible job fixing them and how they werent tightened enough. Spent too much money to get let down. So if youre getting your instrument fixed here dont.

GHS bajo quinto strings are too expensive ($29.99). I know other places where i can get them Cheaper but kind of far. At La Casa del Musico off 1st ST and State they have them for $17.00 and at Sebastians Music for $15.00.

Ordered an instrument and was going to arrive a week after. A week later I call and ask if it was there and they said yes. I go to the store and they do not have the model that I ask for and try to sell me another model. Never recomending that place again.

Very good store with many instruments to choose from, here at Olvera Music it was where I bought my first Bajó Quintó, very good customer service, I was approved for a loan. I have been a customer of the store for 3 years now, maybe more on the recommendation of a cousin who bought his first accordion here. Two months ago, or less, it took me if they could fix my fifth bass that I had bought there 3 years ago. The first thing Mr. Luthier told me for calling him that was no, buy yourself a new one, better this one no longer works. And from there he continued looking at it and the only thing he said is not that nothing can be done anymore, well maybe if I put this and the other on it but he did not assure you that it will look good on you. I respect his point of view but what I did not like and it is not at all professional was that he no longer has an arrangement, buy a better one, I would charge you $ 150 but with no guarantee that it will be fixed. In short, this man did not want to fix it, thats what he is for to fix instruments. I took it to another place and they quickly fixed it for me without complaining. Lastly, I asked him for two bones for the bridge and he sold them to me for 40 dollars for both of them, dont go overboard and I didnt buy them. It made me a ridiculous price when he ordered them for 10 dollars for two bones, but I because I occupied them quickly. Other things go on several occasions that I want to buy the tuners for the bass fifth and they come out with used ones in a ziplock bag and they tell me they are new. .
