Overall this laundromat is clean They have stuff on duty cleaning the machines mopping the floors But there is a little bit of deception the wash I normally do is 275 Ive been coming here for a while and for the life of me I couldnt understand why it always charge me an extra quarter so I asked the management and they told me that hot water is 25 cents more 🤔nowhere in this facility Does it state that hot water is an additional 25 cents This is a deceptive practice people may think that they didnt put the correct amount in and then they throw another quarter in thats a lot of money Is per day per week per year thats cheating

Worst place ever maricela (manager)was verry rude unprofessional I do not recommend this place Ill never come back i hope the owner see this review theres a lot of machines not worrking correctly

Excellent place to wash

Terrible service, one of the washing machines did not work, I waited more than 30 minutes without anyone to report the incident, when a woman finally arrived, I asked her and I told her about the washing machine, she just said ok, wait a while more thinking She is busy since I looked at her very entertained inside, I approached her again and asked her if she could give me my refund for the machine that does not work and she said no! I asked him if he could give me the managers phone number and he said no! I told him because and he told me very rudely that he doesnt have it because its new.

The place is very clean, I recommend it 😁
