I messed up my taxes and it was my first time. But when I went there my taxes got accepted. I was very happy especially since I was anxious that they would get declined.

I Know Louise for a long time. She is and acts professional and a credit to H&R Block.

Nancy Britt has always been fabulous. Wait time is not a problem, some ahead of my wife and I take longer than predicted. I have done my 1040 long form with deductions for many years and because of changes in our situations a few years ago I needed help. Next year I may be able to do my own. If not, I would call for Nancy again.

Was here to check in early. Left to grab a piece of paper and got bumped back even though I was here for my appointment start time. Everytime I come here making an appointment doesnt seem to matter, always seen over 15-45 min after whatever time slot I choose. Never fails. Make sure you have adequate time to spend here.
