6 hours on the dock and not loaded yet!!!! Worst place, will never come here again!

Dont go there before appointment time or they wont unload you. Yard is very small.

Not the largest place. Very minimal parking and the wait time was insane. Be careful in there.

Im a truck driver and I can tell you for sure that my fellow truckers who gave this facility 1 star are right.This is the worst Quad Graphics facility for me, from the point of view of receiving. I delivered paper rolls to a lot of Quad Graphics facilities and every single time the employees who unloaded me left my trailer clean (Im talking here about all the cardboard used to protect their paper rolls from water infiltration and humidity).All that cardboard is put there to protect their paper rolls, so it is absolutely logic and common sense that is their duty to take that cardboard from my trailer and leave my trailer clean. That cardboard came with the load, so it must be unloaded as well. And every Quad Graphics facility but this one unload and leave my trailer clean.There is an employee or more here, at this facility, who thinks that cardboard is my trash and my problem, so he never leave my trailer empty and clean. I think that this particular employee makes a bad image to Quad Graphics because of his laziness and his lack of responsibility. Shame on him.

Trucker info:Follow the sings for shipping and receiving. Get inside, push the appropriate button for you (drop or pick up of what). Blasting noises should lure in the workers once a button is pushed. On your paperwork make sure the appointements number is visible.There is restroom inside, and space for one or two trucks delivering early in the morning. Otherwise the place is too narrow and you will block the way for sure.

Objet: Receiving and shippingThey really need to go to see what they do at all other Quad Graphic (full service)aroud the state they need to learn here service and courtoisi. For professionnels driver and owner of cie transport.Administration make a good cleaning to the receiving and shipping employe (clear it) it will better for the cie Quad Graphics and the all other you need to operate.
