So rude..

Thank you for delivering to me my size 6 Hotter slippers. Since I was not home, your had my slippers delivered to my daughters home in Florida. What a wonderful surprise! I thought the slippers were lost in the ocean of holiday gifts! Great job to a wonderfully helpful team! ☺👏

Wont deliver mail due to attempted attack by my dogs. I received no warnings about my dogs being loose. I wouldnt leave my dogs outside unattended if they attacked people. They like to bark but thats all.This was a temporary mailman, weve been getting mail for over two years at this address with no issues. Almost seems they enjoy the power to make someone get a p.o box.

Every time I put mail with the flag up it never gets picked up. We have three mailboxes together also. He put two piece of mail into the mailbox but didn’t take our mail. This has been going on for months and months and month. I alway received someone’s mail drive to post office . Next day mail I gave them was back in the my mailbox. This happened 3 times. Also was wondering how they had done that 3xs. Not happy at all

Most of the deliverers are great and ring the doorbell and/or leave packages on my stoop out of the weather.But there is one jerk that leaves my packages in the driveway out in the weather!. I have complained many times but either the personnel to not bother to correct the problem or the Jerk ignores my repeated request..., UGH!

Constantly getting other people mail. The mail carriers need to pay attention because their sensitive material that gets delivered to your house and if it goes to the wrong house that’s how identity theft starts. If they can’t read English then they shouldn’t have a job for the US Postal Service because a majority of the homes in East Longmeadow and East Forest Park do speak and write in the English language

Counter staff always helpful and fast as they can. This post office is also one of the latest collection points around the area to get stuff in mail and postmarked that day. I think last blue mailbox collection is at 5:30. Much later than most of the mailboxes around, which cut off at 2 pm.

I havent received my package in over a week. I called and the guy kept cutting me off while I was explaining my situation. He transferred me to another line that ended up hanging up on me after 10 mind of ringing. I called the main line again only for someone to tell me to call back in a half hour. Called back and the phone has a busy signal. I have constant issues with my mail lady who refuses to place large packages in my door. But, will use a large rubber band to stuff an obviously large package in my mailbox. What is going on over there!!!!!Update: called and spoke with the supervisor by the name of Mike. He was completely rude and kept interrupting me. I will be filing an official complaint and I WILL be getting my money back. Mike is a poor excuse of a supervisor and no one is helpful.

The staff here are very friendly and were quite helpful when I had to mail a package overseas. I’ve never had a bad experience with this post office.

Friendly and efficient, called in for help - didnt have to wait long and a friendly man gave me the information I needed very quickly and accurately.

This post office is horrible. The mailman refuses to deliver my mail saying my dog is running loose. Im at work when the mailman is on my street delivering and have PROOF that my dog is not out, but they will not listen. I was told I could only speak with the post master to settle the issue. I have called almost every day (sometimes multiple times) for the past 3 weeks and every time Im told the post master is not in. I have written a letter with my contact information and two weeks later still no response. When I go in to pick up my mail still the post master is not there. The 2 supervisors I have spoken with were very rude and made snide comments when I said that Im still trying to reach the post master, almost like they know I wont ever be able to.

I have a PO box so this office creates a problem every time I have packages or mail addressed to my house saying I dont have a mail box, this is a lie I do.. I cant control the address on a package being sent to me unless I mail it, can I? Not everyone will take a PO box address. What happened to doing your job looking at an address and making a delivery UPS can. If this a real issue why does this office make up reasons why I have to deal with this for two years

The staff are super helpful and answer many and all questions you may have.Always smiling and try to help even in horrible situations.

Like any other USPS post office, but the folks here are very helpful and nice

The new post master really needs a lesson in customer service and professionalism since I asked to speak with her and did not introduce herself to me or even try to help with my issue no wonder the post office is having trouble
