Staff was wonderful! They made a great recommendation for the correct size. Great instruction on how to use and the grinder was in great shape.

Horrible attitude! I was sent to the EL Taylor rental from another location. They didnt care and basically didnt want to be bothered. Really needed advice, but they failed magnificently.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely outstanding experience here. Right off the get-go Andre set us up for success with some super advice! He was awesome! As were the rest! Great guys very knowledgable overall wonderful experience

Bob and Pierre were incredibly helpful with my last minute need for a lift (where I was ordering from 115 miles away!) and helped us to procure equipment same day and helped us with the return as well. Cant recommend these guys enough!

Poor experience overall. Quality of equipment aside, the customer service aspect is absent. One week rental returned on time (Sat to Friday) but they used my expressed intention to return it earlier as a reason to charge double. The female associate was quite unprofessional in her handling of the conversation on top of that. I am a strong supporter of local businesses but not returning to this one and would not recommend to others at all.
