The landlord is slow to fix problems, but fast to serve you papers, if your late with rent.& what he does fix; the workmanship is shoddy.A close friend use to live there, so I saw much of the shoddy workmanship; my friend was sick for a while, & missed some work, & got a little behind in his rent. His workplace helped him to try to get caught up. The landlord was to fill out some papers, to get paid, but it was close to the end of the month, & didnt fill out for the comming month. Knowing that after being off work for a while should have included the new month because he wasnt going to get a check for a while, & was told this. But didnt get payment on the first part of the new month, he evicted him. His work place will only help him once a year, so he had to move. All this drama couldve been avoided by his landlord filling out the amount correctly, as he was told.
