Another project by Rockwood Design, PC, Architects. The building was built on the site of a bank that was demolished for the building. Originally occupied by The Gap and Powerhouse Gym, State News now owns the building. It was fun working with TSN on both the news space downstairs and the TSN Center upstairs. We worked hard to reuse as much of the Gap buildout materials as possible, keeping the original lights, flooring and wall panels.
