Not a great job. Still dust everywhere. Vacuuming not great either. Still dirt on the seats. Wont go there again.

The detailing experience at Carleton CarWash is AMAZING!My cousin was looking to show his car in the showroom and maybe get something on auction for it. I stopped into Carleton and had asked them for their detailing prices.The detailing took about a day to do, but when I came to pick the car up it looked brand new.Ask Carleton for their detailing packages and the owner can inform you of some great things you can do to keep your car looking brand new!

I come here all the time and highly recommend the Super Wash + Tire Package.The inside of my car looked absolutely filthy until I went here and they cleaned it up real good. Thank you again to the Car Wash attendants and staff. You guys do a great job. Been coming here all my life and will keep coming here.

Horrible job, they said they can’t get the dirt off my car. My windows are still dirty and so are my mirrors and I paid $25 for the super wash and my car still looks dirty smh. The guys said he can’t push hard to get the dirt off. I went right there and used my finger and rub the dirt off smh. Never again will I go here.

I havent had anything near the experience Andrea did, perhaps she just didnt have a good day?I expected nothing more from an $11.00 car-wash off of my Ford Fiesta car that I drove in there. I expected them to get all of the salt off and to clean the exterior as well as they could and they did a PHENOMENAL job for me. I am definitely pleased to come back to this car-wash again and again!I highly recommend this Car Wash and I have been coming here for the last decade, so as to speak from my own experiences and intelligence. Was selling my old Chevy Malibu. Brought it here to the car wash and ended up getting all the dirt and the grime off the front, back windshield, and the bottom of the car. I drove this car through some rugged terrain and landscaping earlier so it had a BUNCH of dirt underneath the car so the undercarriage package really helped out. Best location to bring your car. I got the Super Wash Armorall Complete and the car turned out great. The front cashier was very polite and really respectful. I even snagged a discount from the convenience store.5/5 service

Waited 30 minutes for them to finish my car after they started right away. Then there were still crumbs around the edges of the mat. If Im gonna wait that long Id like it to be worth it.

Only exterior wash now! I used to like this place but they did away with interior cleaning so it’s only exterior wash now. There are vacuums in the lot for you to use for $2 to do it yourself but honestly you don’t want to have to do that sometimes.

Could work on customer relations however, they rectified the issue. Get a Phone fir your business, or put the management number to call at a minimum.

My 2018 Camry was brought into the Car Wash in order to get the exterior cleaned from a road trip to Florida. It turned out FANTASTIC!!!! Better than Ever!

My 3 kids managed to beat up the inside of my car real good before I brought it to the Carleton CarWash (as Im sure many families with children and mini vans know), the inside was laden with a TON of crumbs and crackers and fruit snacks.I brought the Chrysler in and they did a fine job on the inside and the exterior came out looking fantastic.Ask for the Super Wash Complete Armorall Package and you wont be dissapointed.

My 2018 KIA Was brought in a few days ago and got cleaned right to my liking! I highly suggest Armorall Interior and Polish Wax. Especially for a white car

I had a great time stopping in.The staff here were not only friendly, but they did a great job on my car. I had a ton of dog hair in my car and they managed to get it all out for me. I had a bunch of stains in my carpeting that they werent able to get out at first, but thanks to going the extra mile they managed to find the right product in their back room to get that stain out.Good work guys and Ill be coming here a lot more often and from now on.

Bad job washing my truck, rims left dirty, lousy amour tires

Normally car washes have a menu with prices to choose services from. They have zero prices or services offered posted anywhere. Mediocre inside/outside wash at best. Will not return.

They are very thorough, and the car comes out great every time. The prices are reasonable, and let you use the coupon repeatedly to get the price even lower.Sometimes I come with both of my cars, back to back. From start to finish, they are usually done in about 20 minutes.

Awesome Car Wash/ I brought my new Mazda here and had them run it through the exterior with polish wax. I highly recommend the Armorall Tires as well, didnt get it this time but will next time.Carleton is really the best!

Im retired and the truth is this is the first time l ever took a car of mine to a car wash. The results were what l had hoped for and the crew was very efficient and friendly despite the language barrier. I might think twice before breaking out the bucket and brush in the future.

Went to get an exterior wash and happened to run into the manager. What a gentleman and respectful individual. He made sure my car came out to my liking and it looked like new with the polish wax.

Came here for a quick wash due to my normal spot being a little far. Upon coming in the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately they did not do a good job they left streaks all over the windows they didnt vacuum the seats well as there was still dog hair on them.

I love this place! I definitely recommend it to my family and friends.The owner Vahed is really funny and we talked for a bit while I was waiting for my car to be finished. My car came out awesome and really quick too!

I always go there and never had problems but last time when I went my car wasn’t clean and when I asked need to talk to manger they said he is not here ! And new owner took over ! So disappointed never go back again !

Quickest car wash ive been to and it shows. I just left there and did the 25 dollar super wash and looks like it was barely vacuumed and dog hair is still there. Lackluster effort for sure. This place sucks. They only get 2 stars because the staff seemed friendly. Wouldnt recommend. They also used my own car scent spray rather than spray some of theirs.

Went there today for the first time. It had been snowing for the last few days so wanted to get all the salt off my Toyota Sienna. They did a horrible job most of my van was still covered in salt and the back looked like it wasnt even touched! thought they would have noticed when they was drying it. I didnt noticed it until I left and got to my next location which was to far to go back and complain! waste of money! I dont recommend anyone to go there! 😠

The price seems right for an exterior wash but they do a horrible job I tipped the guy 8 dollars for him to turn around and asked me to help him dry my tacoma and they don’t give you receipt when you pay cash wonder how Uncle Sam feels about this

I walked into this CarWash with a brand new Rav 4 from Toyota.I managed to get the car cleaned and even detailed by the owner and the management that is currently working there. The CarWash offers exceptional service for detailing and for various other amenities a consumer could want and needs.I highly respect the management and the team that works there, and if I was in their situation having to work a 10.5 hour day and had to clean a line of what looked like 50 cars waiting in the street, Id show some sympathy if my car had a little crumb left coming out of the other side.Ive noticed some customers are salty when they walk out with a less than $230 detailing job and instead of kindly ask for the car to be re-washed for free, they sit there and look grouchy and yell infront of a crowd of others just trying to get back to work!Just stay positive and keep calm and get that job you need fam!Good Looks Carlton!

Horrible! I paid for full service my windows still looked bad my tires didnt even look like they been shine it look like they just dried my truck and thats it I paid all this extra and didnt even get it SMFH and when I told the guy he looked at me and brushed me of and didnt do nothing I was standing there with a truck the dont even look like it been clean SMFH never again !!!

They are a bunch of thieves!!! They charged for a Super Car wash with is $25 dollars and it doesn’t even include the Armor on the tires!!!! You have to pay extra $ 5 dollars for it... Never will go there again.
