Heritage taxi came to pick us up from a remote location where Uber and Lyft cars were impossible to get. We were in a hurry to get to a train. The driver picked us up within 15 minutes of the call, drove us to the train station. The price seemed fair. We really appreciated the service!

Broke down on highway in Branford called for a cab to get my children and I home was told by the person that answered the phone to call an Uber

Got a ride home from the airport. His GPS said to go one way, I told him it was quicker to go another, he agreed with no drama, just a simple OK.I left my wallet in the car (long flights). I called their dispatch number who gave me the drivers personal cell phone number and he drove it to me the next day.

This taxi does not take credit cards and not only does the driver not take credit cards, he charges an extra taxi ride ($3+parked time) for the time it takes to get cash. Without being informed I was going to be charged for getting cash from my room, I came back and was told to pay $7 for the ride and $5 for the less than 5 minute wait. The cab driver was also difficult to talk to, laconic, and did not understand my issue with the extra charge (I had no problem paying for the wait-time, but that could have been done by letting the meter run and after letting me know that he was going to do so).

This has to be the WORST CAB SERVICE in Connecticut... They NEVER show up on time ALWAYS LATE.... I even called this company to try to get a ride. Jerk on phone said ok where to pick me up.. The i tell him and this jerk off says there no cabs available. Then hangs up.... I hope and wish this company the same carma and drama to them as they give to their customers... This company does not deserve to be in business. And I will be doing ALL I can thru my legal contacts and friends thru the government to end this companys horrible and rude service...

The driver could not find my apartment address to pick me up (they were able in the past). Astoundingly, the driver refused to accept that, and kept saying I was at a wrong address! He never apologized. As a result I missed my plane. Conclusion? Dont do business with the freaks.

Worst taxi service period! Driver had a nasty attitude the entire ride and hes actually the owner so if he acts that way the entire company is terrible ! Id rather walk than call them.

Horrible service.
