I have the best mailman ever Steve is just wonderful had him for many many years always pleasant bring some of my boxes right to the door we love Steve.

Very rude service and unhelpful. They always give me a hard time and have bad attitudes.

Most people at the counter should be fired. I have seen them behave obnoxiously with people on countless occassions, myself included. Hire some friendly staff that are eager to help and dont roll their eyes or give you an expression like what planet are you from? when you ask a simple question. Ive had bad experiences with the young black lady. Too much attitude and arrogance going around at this location.

Even though I live in town, I dont go to east Hanover post office anymore. I go out of town. They work very slowly, it takes them 5 minutes to give you a stamp even when theres a line if people waiting. I felt it was their way of justyfing their jobs. Close it down and hire a new crew.

The lady at the counter was the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met in my life. Made my mother go and wait at the back on the line 3x after asking where to put the label on the box. The lady would not answer my mom and just kept taking care of the other people in the store. Terrible service and it’s sad to see someone come to work with so much anger and hatred in their life. They should take care of their personal problems before coming to work because that’s not the place to show it. UPS took care of her no problem tho. The guy said we had two different options on how we want to ship it and he even put the label on himself. Never coming back to this post office in East Hanover

This place sucks they say they deliver your packages but you never get them they dont use their heads no common sense they are useless and should be shut down. They are no help

This USPS is on my way home from work so I dropped off my prepaid package one day but I was told by an Asian lady that I supposed go to the USPS in my home town. Really? Amazing! P.S. If you dont want your job, let someone else take it.

I went in there at one in the afternoon and the young black lady in there would not give me a pen to address my envelope.She said they ran out and she had none to offer me because she already passed out the pens for the day. WHATTTTTT?????Rude rude rude They didn’t have any priority envelopes in there and she said the one I want, I had to pay for. FYI - The large priority envelopes That they should have there are free.

I give it a 5. Went to mail an international package. The clerks were very nice and informative. We’re happy to greet and serve customers. Speed of service was as good as anywhere else.Will go back again when need to mail anything in the future

Unlike others, the two gentlemen who helped my fiancé and I today were so beyond helpful and understanding! They listened to my concerns with wanting to hand cancel my wedding invitations and avoid having them ran them through the machine and guided me on what needed to be done. Thank you Johncy (the Indian guy) and your colleague! I am sorry I did not catch his name but you guys are the best! -the bride

The Indian guy named johncy is the rudest person I’ve ever met. He’s disgruntled and deserves to be fired. There are other people in this world who needs the job more than him. As others have said, they operate like they’re doing you a favor. My tax dollars are paying for you to perform a specific function, and you act like you’re doing all of us a favor? If you’re so dissatisfied with your job, then leave. You’re doing a disservice to the USPS entity, giving them a bad name. No self awareness of how your actions impact others. If you’re not going to do what you’re getting paid to do, which is provide customer service, then i can’t understand why you are kept around.

I ordered an out of print book for my son. It took over a month to get. When the mail carrier put it in the mailbox they folded it in half and put it in the mailbox. The book now has a deep crease down the middle. I am so annoyed. Just put the damn package on my front steps!!

The Korean woman is an extremely rude and condescending individual. I asked her a few questions regarding my package and she kept rolling here eyes and giving me a generic answer in a monotone and unpleasant manor. I dont feel comfortable going to this location.

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. This post office location is beyond rude. Every single individual working here deserves to be fired. They take your mail and packages like its a favor they are doing for you.In the summer time they close early, because the internet is down.... this happens at least once a week. I am not an idiot... I live in town. If the internet was down there, it would be down near me as well.Absolute disgrace of a building, institution and just overall poor representation of our mail service. Id rather wait at the DMV for hours than spend 5 minutes in this building.

I always wave and smile at our mailman but he just stares at me with a look of hopelessness. This pretty much sums up what its like dealing with the post office.

Inconsiderate and incompetent. They are slow as heck. Was there 45 mins to get a PO Box only to be told after filling out form, giving them requested documentation that they gave me the wrong form because I only needed it for 3 months & had to start the process over. Why didnt you ask me that question before? No wonder the post office is nearly out of business.

As others have said here the Indian guy and the Asian woman who work here and most of the other workers are pretty rude and when I spoke with managers about this they said they know and yet nothing happens which is pretty sad
