I was in need for a service of this type. I have to say it was quite possibly the best experience Ive had with any business in the area in years! Very easy to schedule, they showed up on time ready to go to work, the team that came and they were totally outstanding in every way. I couldnt have asked for better service. The guys that removed my hot tub had to saw it into pieces as it was half below the deck surface. They worked nonstop and did a fabulous job. They did an excellent job cleaning up and were very polite. I also had them take away two large old treadmills. I cant say enough about this company! We are moving out of state and Im sure Ill need them again very soon. A+

We have used Professional Collection & Dumpster Rental LLC services twice now and the gents who showed up to take care of our stuff were super helpful, friendly, and also really chipper! They said they would give us a call when they are close by, and they actually did give us the heads-up call, which is so rare these days. So we had a good impression from the beginning. They were super efficient about the removal and we just chatted while they worked. They also adjusted the price down for us when things took up a bit less space in their truck. All in all I would recommend them!

I tried calling twice. Each time the phone rang four times, nobody answered, and it disconnected us.

Highly recommend Professional Collection & Dumpster Rental LLC for getting rid of any unwanted household items. They charge fair rates, they have great customer service, and they are polite both on the phone and in person.
