I applied to a few listings that they had on zip recruiter. I did an interview about a week later with the agency. The very next day they had me interview with a client! MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: at first PrideStaff was Great!I was super happy at how fast they got me an interview, and on top of that I found out I got the Job GREAT RIGHT? WELL NOT EXACTLY, I was told the job was Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist, when I got there it was customer service, AND I HAD TO WORK IN THE WAREHOUSE & ENDED UP GETTING HURT! I didnt understand the program and I was let go after 5 days! 2 other ppl that I worked with at this job used PrideStaff, and they told me some awful things about them! On top of that because my SS card had a previous last name they made a big deal about it, then offered me a job somewhere else not to interview but to just start, I was hesitant because they told me my SS # is giving them issues. So I wasnt going to take another job to work for 5 days then tell me, Im let go!!! How can anyone learn a new private program that was made by that company in 5 days? So as far as PRIDESTAFF they are not for me! I have a great job that fits me & I found it on my own!! Goodluck, I dont want to put down their company but it just didnt work for me!!!

The overall purpose is to assist candidates in finding a new role while finding the client a potential new employee. The owner, Dave is only concerned with sales drive goals only. The Recruiting Consultant, Margaret, has a condensing tone with speaking to candidates. The turnover for internal employees has been too high for a facility that just opened in December 2018. I do not recommend this location as a go to stop for your future career path.

I happen to accidentally come across PrideStaff while looking for part-time jobs in my area. In my experience, staffing agencies have most definitely filled a need, but there’s always that “if you don’t fit the positions we have, we’ll call you when we do” attitude. So I’ve always had to enlist the help of several agencies in order to get the proper exposure. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago when I enlisted the help of Pridestaff. At this point the other staffing agencies had been unable to find me any opportunities so either I would receive random emails about other job postings from their other clients or just nothing at all. Rude, but typical. Well, that may have been the “norm”, but my experience with Pridestaff was nothing like I’ve had before.
