I have NEVER met anyone who is so precise and meticulous about their work. Joe does everything with perfection, and if it’s not perfect he’ll do it until it is. I HIGHLY recommend him and his company for any job big or small. AMAZING WORK!!!! The BEST of the BEST!!! I can go on and on.

We contacted Joe to place 70 sq ft of hand-made ceramic tile for our kitchen backsplash... AMAZING WORK. At fair, not cheap, prices... WELL WORTH IT!We needed all obtuse corners mitered/wrapped, however the 5x5 tile had a rustic/wavy surface and irregular square shape... Needless to say, other contractors had no interest.Joe was immediately responsive and was incredibly detailed in planning each wall surface, planning for cuts and whole tiles.This was the last step in our renovation and our only regret is that we didn’t call Joe for all of our natural stone tiles! We would’ve saved ourselves a lot of worry... and lippage!Joe and the MRR team are absolute professionals and are detailed in their planning and execution. Joe is a TILE SCIENTIST! He studies his craft and the innovations/practical updates ... And, he ensures that each member of his team executes at the highest level!I cannot say enough. Many thanks MRR!

Joe and Anthony were amazing! Joe is such a stand up guy to work with. We laid out the plans for our kitchen backsplash and he took the time to explain the materials I needed to purchase. He was very patient and responsive with answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, I had to change the scheduled date but luckily, Joe was able to accommodate our newscheduled date. They showed up promptly on time and got straight to work. Joes attention to detail is amazing! His work is absolutely beautiful. I even noticed a slight design flaw after they cleaned up and left. Joe offered to come first thing on a Sunday morning to adjust it. You would really regret it if you dont hire Joe and his team. Theyre true professionals in every sense.

Excellent, Professional, Clean, and Courteous crew.Joe installed large format Calacatta tiles in both my master bathroom and basement bathrooms. 48x24 and 24x24 respectably. Joe is a perfectionist and laid out the tiles where the veins matched and/or made it look fluid. He is extremely passionate about his work and it definitely shows in the end product.After the job was done, I noticed there was one tile was sticking out more than I liked...though it was acceptable in the tiling guidelines and rules...Joe redid the tile for me without hesitation and pro bono.The crew was professional courteous and clean. Always vacuumed and wiped up after the end of day. Absolutely fabulous having Joe and his crew work on both my bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Joe and his workers are the epitome of hardworking, conscientious professionals.We had a problem space which was the two walls surrounding our wood burning stoveJoe assessed the situation, devised a plan that was safety compliant as well as artistic.The job was completed in a timely manner with the least possible disruption to our household and the result was lovely!

These guys came in and did stuff they’re way! And it’s absolutey perfect! I constantly get compliments on the bathroom! Throughout the process of our addition he was the only contractor that did not give me a hard time or annoy me! Great job guys and you will be referred by me all the time now!!

My husband and I have had unpleasant experiences with remodelers in the past when it came time to doing tile work in our bathroom. This time around, we decided to do extensive research and search for the best out there. We have to say that Joe OVEREXCEEDED our expectations.
