If I could give Paddle Diva and her staff 6 stars, I would. Thats just how much they checked the box, for me, on everything I was hoping the experience would be like. Highly recommend for group activities, team building or even solo, truthfully. You wont be disappointed.

The best standup paddleboarding instruction and adventures in the Hamptons, hands down, no comparison. They have a great crew and a beautiful location. I did their recent full moon paddle on October 1st with 20 other paddlers, and it was epic. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed Paddle Diva so much that we came three days in a row. It is an easily adjustable activity that is fit for all. The location is great allowing you to paddle out in all directions and find different adventures from, beaches to shallow waters and grassy areas. The staff could not be more accommodating. Shey was super reassuring throughout the entire experience. They even do kayak rentals if the paddle boarding turns out not to be your thing. Go Paddle! It’s a great way to spend the afternoon.

Hands down the best stand up paddle board experience in the Hamptons. Best staff, instruction, and location. A great activity for groups of any size. Gorgeous location. Anyone, at any age or ability will enjoy Paddle Diva.

The team at Paddle Board Diva is warm, encouraging, and super friendly. My husband is a very new paddle board student but I needed/wanted a SUP partner so I signed him up for a beginner lesson. The lesson gave him a great foundation and helped him work on his balance, coordination, and frustration. I joined the lesson just for support and learned some new tricks along the way! During the lesson, the team takes you along 3 Mile Harbor and in and out different coves (if youre comfortable).The other classes here are just so awesome. We joined the Harvest Moon Paddle last night and it was so special. Gina and her team had libations and a firework show waiting for us upon our return. Just the sweetest small business and team. Paddle Diva puts a smile on my face. Paddle Boarding is one of my favorite activities and Im so lucky to have found this center on beautiful 3 Mile Harbor.The staff is amazing!! They offer lessons (group and private), rentals, fitness classes and advanced training (I aspire to take this one day).I feel at home when Im here. This Summer I plan on bringing a large group of friends out to experience all the feels that I get from paddling. This is a must try. Youll thank me ;) Enjoy!

This place is just the light of my summer while visiting the hamptons each summer. The staff are so positive and up beat and they really know how to make being on the water so much fun and enjoyable. I was always scared to paddle alone so I gave paddle boarding a google out east and they were the first to pop up in my searches, so I went, and I havent trusted anyone else since.
