I am sad to write this review since I have always heard great things. I am not happy. One wrong click on an injured spouse form cost my husband and I our ENTIRE return. And it was a significant amount. Still waiting to hear if an amended return will be excepted but was told not to count on it. And I did not get ANY money back from this branch even though they messed up. I realize my return was garnished because of a debt I owe but thats just it... I owe the debt. Not my husband. So furious. WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY BRANCHES
