It being my first I had so many questions and concerns, but she was able to answer everything in a timely manner and make the process so easy. She went above and beyond to work with my situation of being a seasonal construction worker by trying to work out a deal for early occupancy or extending the closing date because I couldn’t acquire a mortgage until I went back to work in a couple months. The house we found is better than I even imagined it would be. We had our search set on a duplex, but I ended up getting a rent ready 4 unit. She is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and goes above and beyond for her clients.
