The shop is clean and although Winnie has had quite enough of Covid-19, Yuna and her staff have gone above and beyond state and local requirements to keep their clients safe. I am not a regular, but Im always greeted by name and have never had anything but a stellar experience here. Two thumbs up.

I went for gel polish manicure and regular pedicure They charged me 95.00 NO WAY!!! Just because they massaged my shoulders??? this manicure did not last more than a week. I will never come back!!

Very professional and friendly staff and owners. The staff take their time and never rush a service no matter how busy they are. I have been going there over a year and have always had an excellent experience.Very important: they never make you uncomfortable by speaking their language to each other during a service. Like I said very professional and the place is immaculate. You will not be disappointed😊

Felt judged and rushed through. went home with my pedicure still wet- barely 5 minutes under the light before i was shuffled out.

VERY CLEAN.AND AS I AM LEAVING THE SHOP, I SEE THE STAFF CLEANING WHERE I SAT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS KEPT THE SHOP CLEAN AND NOW THEY HAVE SHIELDS BETWEEN THE WORK STATIONS AND PEDI CHAIRS. MASKS ARE REQUIRED AND MY TEMPERATURE IS ALWAYS TAKEN. THEIR WORK IS QUALITY.

Worst pedicure I have ever had! These new owners pale in comparison to the prior owners. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

Nice, clean salon. I did not need an appointment- they took me in right away. They have just started doing SNS so they dont have a lot of colors to choose from- but that was okay with me.I love the fact that they massage your neck and upper back while youre waiting for the polish to soak off and again when its drying. I know some people dont like that sort of thing but I love a good neck massage!!After nails were finished Hannah massaged my hands and arms.... not many places do that either. Prices are comparable to other places Ive been across the country.Hannah did a great job!!

This is literally the best place for Nails, manicure or pedicure in Middlesex or Hartford Counties. Everything is always spotless and well cared for and the staff are friendly and attentive. Products are all high end and last. Relaxing and well done.

This shop stands head and shoulders above the rest. Locally owned and excellent services, fantastic friendly atmosphere you will always feel comfortable and cared for. Nail products are all highest end quality and everyone that works at Creative Nails is well trained and experienced. Extremely clean shop and they pay attention to everyone individually. Nails come out beautiful and long lasting and both manicures and pedicures are amazing as they do warm towel treatments and hot rock massages, etc. Much like a spa treatment but all for very reasonable pricing. Gels or Acrylucs or Silks and specialty treatments. Love this place! My nails always look great and last.

The place itself is very nice and clean, and the staff is kind. However, I paid $38 for a gel manicure that is starting to peel off less than a week later. The manicure itself looks messy, so I don’t think I got what I paid for with this one. The experience was overall pleasant, though.

Have not gone to get my nails done there, but I have acrylic nails with a gel overlay and they do not do acrylic nails at all. Their website is definitely not correctly informed.

Very rude and inconsiderate. I called on the phone a hour and a half before they closed to let them know I was coming in for a fill and she tells me rudely, no we cant do that were open tomorrow...they could of easily taken me and finished on time but she was more concerned with getting home and out of work..deifinatly not wasting my time ever going there then, their loss!!

Went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I was greeted nicely and was directed to a chair right away. Well let me just say that I didn’t expect to have a speed pedi. The woman who gave me the pedi was so quick and kept on looking. The worst part about it was that it cost $32. I almost fell of my chair. 15 minutes for 32 bucks. Crazy. My gel manicure was ok but because I got a new extension set it cost $90. I will never go back. A bit off a rip off

That place is terrible. The people were mean, they burned my face with their wax. My manicure looks terrible. 10/10 would not recommend.
