Car front was partially demolished by a deer dash, and it was towed to Fireplace. We had never used them before. They did a great job from intake to pickup, car was delivered as promised, kept us in the loop with problems getting a part, and it was clean and sparkly as could be. Very satisfied customer, High Recommend this business.

While visiting the nearby area, I was involved in a fender-bender and my car was not drivable back home. Our insurance company listed Fireplace Auto as a partner and I am happy they did. Fireplace did a great job with the repairs. On top of that, they kept me informed every step of the way on the progress.

I left my brand new Porsche with this business to troubleshoot an electrical problem. The owner took my car out for a joy ride and was clocked at 100 mph on Long Lane during the evening when my car should have been parked on the premises. When confronted the owner told me to calm down and that he was only having some fun.

These guys were the best. The work they did on my car is amazing! The car looks brand new. They were so kind & friendly and professional. I’m so impressed with my experience! Really an all around great service.

Fireplace Auto Collision gets high marks for quality of work and punctuality.However, the receptionist does not wear a mask and continues to transact with the customer after leaving her plexiglass protected area.Everyone else at Fireplace wears face protection.The business owner really should address this.

Great people. Work...not so much. When I received my car there were a few paint runs. Car was painted the same day I came to pick it up. Was left out in the rain. Not very detail oriented.
