I called for refrigerator repair and had a similar experience as those who wrote boy how rude they are. The person who answered got annoyed when I Tried to tell him I understand it was not under warranty anymore and I wold pay whatever the cost will be and actually hung up on me. I called back, got voice mail, left a message trying to schedule an appointment nd no one ever returned the call. I used Aaron Refrigeration in Southampton instead-courteous, prompt and fixed it.

Disgusted with service. Technician arrived looked at the dryer said he will come back with the part and never followed up . five days later I called and the rep was annoyed because he couldn’t find the invoice and hung up.

Completely unprofessional on the phone. Would never call this company again.
