Excellent service, and very accommodating of our specific requests with respect to cleaning as well. Also a local business run by a local family. Very highly recommended.A note to those considering whether to use a service like Z Best vs just renting a unit from Home Depot/Stanley Steamer etc. I used to detail cars when I was in college and used real steam cleaners - not just equipment claiming to be steam cleaners. Z Best has ACTUAL industrial steam cleaning equipment, versus the carpet extractors that are rented out from local stores. The difference between the two is immense. The steam cleaning equipment heats up the water to near/at/over boiling point, and actually kills off bacteria, mold, etc that is embedded in your rug, plus does a far better job at removing stains due to the high temperature. Additionally, it does that cleaning with far less water being injected onto your carpet, which means it dries far far faster too. The carpet extractors spray tons of water out, and dont do nearly as good a job pulling it back out. You end up with longer dry times, less efficient cleaning and typically it wont address things like mold spores, bacteria, or something like eggs from pets with roundworm.In short, theres a BIG difference in quality of the clean, and some other great benefits to proper steam cleaning. Just be informed before you head out to rent an extractor.

They were used for a carpet cleaning estimate, however they tried to charge a travel fee even though the coupon clearly didnt have an add-on fee. Plus, they were a few minutes away when they scheduled to see me, so $8 extra for traveling a few minutes made no sense. Integrity wasnt good w/them.... They canceled on me, too, after I already prepared the place for a cleaning!

They are the best! Cleanest carpets ever even when badly soiled. Love them!
