BEST post office location and staff I have ever experienced. WONDERFUL employees, who go out of their way, each and every day, to serve thousands of people. I have over 20 years of interactions with this location and NEVER once have I been dissatisfied!

I mailed important documents 3 weeks ago for instate delivery. To date, the recipient still has not recieved and I dropped the letter in the drop box at the post office.Reliablilty of the Post office is severely impaired.If you want even the simplest mail to make it to its destination, use anything but the USPS. Horrible horrible service! If I could give zero stars I would.

USPS is terrible! Mailed a package to my mom which got lost in transit. Nobody did anything to help me and they did not honor the insurance that came with shipping. Went round and round for months with multiple people. Package is still lost and I am out the money it cost me for the item I shipped, plus what it cost to ship! Will use Fedex or UPS from now on!!!

Husband and I were there just this past Saturday, we were there at 1:50Pm and the post office was supposed to close at 2pm. After waiting on line for over 10 minutes, a lady came out from the back counter and told us she couldn’t help us with the package we were trying to mail to Taiwan and insisted we just walked in at 2pm to do that. People behind us told her we were there and waited for a while already but she would not, no matter what, take the package to mail. That was minor compared to the post lady had no mask on while talking really loudly to us in a distance less than 4 feet for at least 5 minutes! This is not our first time feeling frustrated at the Branch, will never go there again!!!! Sadly we do live in East Greenwich, what a shame.

I go there all the time and the people working there are smart and very friendly. Even when its tax day, they work so hard and are patient. Be nice to them and they are nice to you. 5 stars!

Associates are always gracious even with long lines, and complicated orders. Used this location several times each was a good experience

Lousy post office the post master is ignorant so is some of the desk clerks.( they lost my mail intentionally ) be aware and keep your documents and slips. Any time i walk in here they are eyeing me like a bunch of racist people they are . I have been to the post office on strawberry field road and the post office in Warwick and i cant believe this is the same company of the USPS. these people should be looked into for racial hatred and humiliation of the other USPS branches that do their job to a t and are curtious to all people that walk in the door.

Literally the worst post office ever. The mail carriers refuse to deliver packages to my door. They all cover for each other so if one screws up they won’t even let you tell a supervisor. Supposedly the reason they can’t deliver packages to my door is because of my dog. A 20lb chihuahua mix who is INSIDE ALL DAY. So I requested online for a package to be held at the post office so I could pick it up in a timely manner, instead of waiting for them to tell me at 5 pm that it wouldn’t be delivered and I would have to pick it up the next day. Simple right? You can’t do your job so I’ll do it for you.What happens? I get an email saying it’s out for delivery. I didn’t even know it was possible to be this bad at a job. Thanks guys.

The desk clerks are rude and act like they don’t want to help you. They make your experience like you are wasting their time. It’s almost as if they don’t want to ship your materials. When I went to the counter, they lady working acted confused and said “I don’t know what’s going on/what I’m supposed to do, were you previously helped by someone else?” I had just walked in. Very disappointing, I won’t do business there again.

Ugh I sell on etsy and twice shipped about 10 packages that were prelabeled/prepaid. They have huge bin you put prelabeled/prepaid items in. Each time there were several items that arrived to the buyers broken. I do this every week, so although I am aware they could have broken at other stops, they were going to different parts of the country and the one thing they all had in common was this post office. One box of Corningware was completely smashed. I have never seen anything like it. Every once in a while when I ship from other post offices, one or two items every three or four months might arrive broken, so this was definitely not normal. The folks at my post office in Warwick are really nice, why so surly at this office? I also ship from Franklin, where I work and they are SO FRIENDLY! Franklin also has a bin and its very rare that something is broken that is shipped from that office. I pay a ton to wrap in bubble wrap and packing peanuts so they must have really done a number on my packages. Hateful.
