I had two policies for fire insurance...first policy was fair price after I asked for better price and they did more research and found cheaper company..I had to pursue. Once I sold property took over four months to get my refund after doing what I was told regarding cancellation of policy.I went back to them next rental property...staff very pleasant..I tried again..was quoted fair price then rate increased 600 because company misread type of dwelling I asked company to shop around...no response..switched company with better rate.
