Well for starters upon walking into the door I was greeted with open arms and they welcomed me. Which made the experience more enjoyable they do a great job in counting money even when i come in with huge checks or cash overall I gave a 5 stars because they deserve it. There also this one particular employee Mia she does an excellent job as a manager being able to handle the stress of management and the daily task of everyone in there i always chat it up with her if shes not busy great employee definitely needs a raise.

I went at 6AM this morning to this place trying to to make and emergency sending and this lady (she refused to give me last name) Branndie acts lazy and gets mad about her her job. She refused to give me service because of my Mexican ID. Ive had a problem with her before. As soon as I saw her face I knew this was going to happen. She was acting so rude as always because this this was not the first time. She shouldnt be there she doesnt have the right attitude. I will not be returning and I hope you dont either. Attention Manager I have the video of her attitude.

Ive been coming to PLS for the past 3 years and I have never had customer service like this before the manager Mia was so nice and handled me with care i was so confused about my card and she took time out to show me how to work the app and showed me ways I could check my balance on the PLS app those girls are so sweet when I come in but I really thank her for going above and beyond to help me.
