I booked and appointment between 2-4pm. Nobody showed up so I called. I was told the cleaning lady was running late. I asked to reschedule because I needed to start dinner. I was told I would get a call back with the rescheduled date and time. No call back. Called again to book another appointment Between 2-4pm on a different date. Took half of day off from work. No one showed up. I called and was told I was not on the schedule and they will look into it and call me back. 45 minutes later, no call back so I called and was told their computer mistakenly put me in for a different date. They offered me 8am the next day but I work from home 8:30-4:30pm. Sad to say but my home office is set up in my Kitchen at this time and I needed my Kitchen cleaned so that would not work for me so I decline. All I got was a sorry. Never again! I went with a different cleaning company called LetsGetToIt.org. They did an amazing job. So professional. I am pleased. 10 bucks a room has great prices but Im all about quality! Never again 10 bucks a room.

Booked an appointment for a Saturday at 5pm (Im in Central NJ). No one showed and I was told some lame story about mine being the last appointment and they called to state they would not make it and I never answered. BS story, I was home and available all day. No one called or showed. I rescheduled for another day at 9am on a Monday morning, thinking new week and one of the first appointments. They no-showed again. No call or anything. I was home all day. Never using them again. Dont waste your time.

If I could give them zero I would, I called and booked my moving out service for 8/14 they confirmed that my service will be between 1-3 pm, I called that day 3:30 they said that they are running late. By 5pm I called again to them inform me that they can’t do it that day for me, I asked them if they can do it the next day since this was their mistake not mine they said they can’t but we can do it Monday for you. I said ok but I need it early because I am giving the new owner the key house by 11 am, I called several time yesterday to confirm that they booked me for the morning and they keep saying that they are trying to book me for it. Calling this morning to see what is the status to find that they can’t come and clean the house. Honestly this is the worst experience and worst company and you can’t rely on them to do your job. I should contact a professional company to do my cleaning. Stay away from this scam company.

Please save your time! I waited a whole day for them to show up and the manager kept moving to a later time but never showed. Manager who handles old bridge location is very unprofessional and rude. She never apologized about them never showing up. She promised me a call back but never did. Shame on this establishment; I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

I started using 10 Bucks sporadically for deep cleaning and they were always great. Then Tammy came to clean and she is so amazing we scheduled every other week cleaning. Tammy makes the house sparkle, and when she leaves I feel like I live in a hotel. There is another person who works with her so the job takes no time at all, she works very hard, and makes the bathroom look fancy with a toilet paper rose and fancy folds for the towels. They are wonderful!

They did a great job, I’m very happy. I previously paid double what I paid for 10bucksaroom to another “luxury” cleaning company that did an awful job. They’re transparent about prices, detailed in the cleaning and show up on time. They were really nice about my dog, took out all the garbage, brought all their own supplies, changed the bed sheets (I stripped the bed and left clean linens for them) and gracefully worked around the kitchen renovations happening. I am going to use them again. I was eyeing this company for a while and I’m glad I got an excuse to finally use them.

We had purchased a $450. Gift certificate...Im sorry we did. We used them for Carpet cleaning in our new home ...The cleaning was okay but I had called to have 3 rooms done again. The 1st visit they came an hour BEYOND the 2 hr window of schedule time...No calls, no apologies but we figured it was a one time late thing. This time on a sunny weekend we stayed home to wait for them again beyond the time window by ALMOST an hour and 45 mins!. No calls from the office jo apologies....when I called them to say I was sending their staff away so we could try to enjoy what was left of the day at ALMOST 5PM when we had a 1-3pm appt!! A woman named Mani said she was the owner said, yes ok they told me you said to go NO APOLOGIES FOR ANYTHING, till I got firm & irradiated with her. Rude, Unprofessional, Uncaring....I will use them till the gift card is done but that is it. Wish I could give them negative 5 stars

Never got a call back after several messages. Kelt calling Til I got a live person who told me I needed 2 weeks advance to get an appt for a cleaning however if I was called back at any point I may have been able to get one before it was booked!!There are added charges, for example its twice as much per room for what they consider a deep cleaning and a dbl fee if u have an eat in kitchen without a separate dining room 🤷🏻‍♀️ so for my small 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment i was estimated at over $100. I ended up using another service.

They did a fantastic job!! My home looks great! I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond. I will be using them every month. Rocky and Josh were very nice and professional. They got all of it finished in a little over an hour! Give them a try if your needing your house cleaned!

Needed a cleaning service for my 82 year old moms house so she would stop having to keep the house herself. Tried several services in the past. This one is the best one and very affordable for my mother. We scheduled the two hour service every two weeks. Puts my moms mind at ease now that she doesnt have to do it herself.

I asked for a deep clean of 1 room in my house because I was moving out but my roommate was staying. The lady was very nice and she vacuumed and washed the window panes but I was under the impression a deep clean would include a shampoo or steaming of the carpet and the windo sills and all of the other stuff inside the window to be cleaned. I specifically asked for this when getting a quote and none of it was done. It was just a surface clean.Tldr: They did a basic clean that I could have done in 10 minutes rather than what I asked for.

I booked with this company on the strength of my sister in law, that they were really good. I’ve literally been waiting for the 30 minute call saying there in route, but I call them and asked where are you for my between 11-1 pm appointment ? She says oh your appointment is between 2:30/3:30. That’s a lie I just got the appointment yesterday and wrote down the time. That burns me up don’t lie say your running late we need to reschedule, anything but lie. I hate a lier!! and that was totally unprofessional. Well on to the next company because I surely won’t be calling them again. 10 bucks a room, I guess you get what you pay for!!

This is the best cleaning service I ever had. They were on time and the cleanly lady I had did a fantastic job cleaning my master bathroom, the floors in my shower looked brand new! I was very impressive. I would recommand this company to anyone. I am differently using their services in the future.

Just a better communication system would be appreciated so that the customer doesn’t keep on waiting; but besides that, the work done is great

The ladies were very nice but I felt like the house was just lightly cleaned, the floors still looked like they needed to be swept and mopped and there was still dust and debris by the baseboard heaters. They did however clean the fridge and microwave very well. But I also had to scrub my shower floor after the cleaning was over because it still had dirt on the floor. This was my first experience and I definitely don’t think it was worth my $120. It was a ok job overall.

This is the second time I have used this company to clean my apartment. So far I have not been disappointed. I. Have had everything from reg clean to deep clean, cleaning carpets and wiped appliances.... For a single dad with a 9 year old girl that thinks playin dress up is a way of life and that all meals are not good unless that are in her room n spilled on the floor, 10 bucks a room keeps my cool and helps me to breath easy with trying to juggle work and parenting and tiredness... We used this service at our office for the last several months but I will no longer be using this company for our cleaning. The reason for 2 stars is because we never really had any issues with the cleaning that was done here. The cleaning was average and acceptable for the price. There have been several scheduling issues which should be the simplest part of the process. Firstly, they wont always schedule the appointment upon taking my call. Theres times when I have to wait for one of the girls who does scheduling to call me back to make the appointment. While this is inconvenient I would understand if they called back within a few minutes but sometimes I never receive a call back as I didnt receive one back last Friday. Secondly, I have booked an appointment and then had them either show up on the wrong day/time or not show up at all and claim that they dont have any appointment for me. Since were an office and have various clients throughout the week the scheduling mishaps have been inconvenient to say the least. Besides scheduling issues, the biggest inconvenience for us is the fact that they only accept cash or check. Its a bit odd to not accept credit card in general but its completely impractical to pay by cash/check for an office such as ourselves who rely on corporate credit cards to expense our transactions for company purchases. With that being said we will now unfortunately be seeking out a new company to provide our cleaning services.

Have been very satisfied with quality of service and personnel. What I especially like is that they are very amenable to doing things my way. If for some reason I am not happy with something, all I have to do is tell them and they are more than happy to correct it.(It hasnt happened more than twice). They are always on time and if not (due to traffic) I am always notified.

Aside from a small hiccup on scheduling the day, Maria showed up and did a detailed job cleaning the three bathrooms and kitchen in my home in about 2 hours. Our stove sparkled like new, the microwave/exhaust was grease free, my bathroom floors were squeeky clean and the showers were descaled. Great service for a very reasonable price.

So I dont really write reviews but I feel its time, I use 10 bucks a room for weekly cleaning of my home and just used the carpet and sofa cleaning service. I am beyond happy with this company they truly take great pride in the work they do, The people that work for them are AWESOME super professional. I tell everyone about them. I have used their service in past however yesterdays quality of service was the worst. She arrived 35 mins later than the scheduled time. I had 2 baths that needed deep cleaning however cleaning lady couldnt scrap out salt or rust residuals on the sink. Either she lacked strong cleaning material or intentions. Since I was also rushing for my appointment I didnt argue much. However I dont think I would use their service in future or recommend to anyone.

UPDATE: disappointed and feeling extremely violated..... I unfortunately had to terminate services last month, May, due to suspected theft. I recently realized that several items went missing from my home that had been in the same places for years and by the way, were in places which only I would know that they were there or a person needing to clean the areas. I have had services from the same person at this company the entire time, except for once and the two of tje items went missing during the COVID-19 shelter period; so no one has been in my home except for cleaning lady. So I wrote this review because I want you all to be aware that you cant be too trusting of the people that work for these services. Ive never had anyone steal from my home; honestly ever. So to note, dont allow the workers to take anything from your home in bags because they could likely use the trash as a guise for thievery.9 months ago I posted this review and gave 5 stars: The service I received was great; I cant wait for them to return! I had a heavy dust problem, like in most older homes, but also had construction dust which is super fine and sticks to everything. The woman cleaned every nook and cranny. I was so impressed I kept asking if she particularly would come back because there was so much dust from the remodel, it wouldve overwhelmed anybody. Very friendly and thorough; I played music and while she went above and beyond on her part for the 2-hour service, I did other stuff not on her list at the same time. We were sister-friends just cleaning away! Ill definitely connect with them again and highly recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great job!!!

I would never use again. Would not recommend at all. I’m not one to usually write a bad review, but I feel like this is necessary. The cleaning woman came in complaining how far it was for her and she would never come again. That, In itself, left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like she was already annoyed just being there. My friend was there to let them in and stayed for most of the time. Unfortunately I had an emergency at my medical office, which I had to tend to and didn’t get home until 4:30pm. Cleaning woman already left by then. I know that was not a good decision, but I had no choice. The woman texted me when she left. I walked in my home and into the kitchen. I immediately saw a big chip in my porcelain sink, which was not there. I immediately texted the woman and called my friend. The company said that their cleaning staff use all the same products and buckets, so it couldn’t have been that. I said perhaps something dropped when she was cleaning the counter tops and moved things around. I can tell by the tone of the owner that it wasn’t going well and I did say I would call a lawyer. Her response was “ well, we have lawyers too so call them. We deal with nonsense stuff like this all the time “. I don’t fell like this is “nonsense “ and I understand it’s my word against theirs but I promise to anyone reading this, it was not there. Extremely poor handling of the situation. DO NOT USE

Spoke with the owner to schedule an appointment. When I called to reschedule Mike did not convey the message. When I called to confirm the reschedule, which you think they would be calling me, they didn’t have a record of me or my appointment! I spoke with the owner just now and she was absolutely rude. Wouldn’t give me her name. She was yelling at me for asking her what happened to my information she took the other day and my appointment. It concerned me because I would’ve organized my house and put everything away for them to clean, but they wouldn’t have showed up. Unbelievable! Bad business!

Dont waste your money. Worst cleaners ever. They allow 3 to 5 minutes per room. Floors are quickly swept and not vacuumed and if they dont look too dirty they dont wash them. Very rude customer service. If will pay double they will clean throughly is what I was told when I called to complain. $130 for a little over an hour of them moving dirt around.

Worst Experience - I took half day off from my work as these people scheduled appointment to clean my house. They didnt show up and wasted my leave. Never trust them. Previous time they showed up and charged a lot and did not clean entire house. They promised to provide free deep cleaning for kitchen to keep up previous mistake. So I just agreed to pay for another service. But this time it is really my mistake to trust them again. Bad experience. This was my first and last time using this service..I read most of the reviews and all the complaints seem pretty accurate. Definitely not worth the money. I paid $200 to have my kitchen, bathroom and floors cleaned. The cleaning was ok. The deep cleaning wasnt deep at all or professional. It was equivalent to what I or my children could do ourselves.The owner was very rude and unprofessional. Despite the results of the cleaning, my chief complaint and the main reason why I wont be using this company again is the manner in which she dealt with me. I was very excited about having my house cleaned and using a service like this for the first time that naturally I told my friends about it who were anticipating getting my feedback, so not only did she lose me as a customer but several potential ones too.They only accept cash and checks but when you pay cash, they dont even give you a receipt. When I asked the cleaning lady for a receipt she said whoever made the appointment with you will send you a receipt. She claim she was texting them to send me a receipt as she was leaving but it was never received. What a unprofessional way to run a business. The next time Im in need of a cleaning service I will try Merry Maids. Theres a reason they only have 3 stars and thatsonly because you have to give at least 1 star to write a review Had it not been for that they wouldnt even have 3 stars. Theyre flexible with random requests like cleaning the garage or helping to setup for a party, quality is very high, and the highest trust level is absolutely there (I have 2 young children, so trust and safety is paramount). Every company cycles through a few employees every now and again, and theyve always hired professional and courteous people that do great work. Cant say enough good stuff about Maany and her crew...Highly recommended!

This cleaning service is horrible. All they do is wipe down the things to be cleaned in your home. They dont really clean. On top of that they charge you 10 to sweep the little hallway on the second floor of our home and 10 to sweep the connecting stairs to the hallway. They discontinue our service and never told us because we complained about they way the lady was cleaning. Do not ever use this company for cleaning. Horrible.

Worst service that I ever had, Will never use them again. They just wipe around items with paper towels and do not really clean. They did not pickup the toilet seat, wipe around the sink and move the 2 items on the sink. I had to ask them to go back and better clean the tub and the refrigerator twice. I do not believe they mopped the kitchen. I recommend that you check behind them before you give them their money----I wish I had. Lesson learned. Just terrible.

Do not use this company! Charged for deep cleaning and then we find out after the fact that they dont even use windex and just use water!Left the kitchen a mess before our open house. We had to come and clean it all ourselves. Didnt answer the phone when we were calling and called us back 4 hours later.

The 4 hour cleaning which they say they include laundry is not recommended..when the lady came to clean she said she wasn’t told to do laundry an DIDNT seem so happyThe closets weren’t cleaned as requestedAn the clothes wasn’t finished . I paid $200For 4 hours of regular cleaning services therefor I wasted money..don’t recommend the 4 hour unlimited cleaning an laundry it’s a waste of money an the lady didn’t seem happy to do the tasks asked so she didn’t.

The cleaning was not thorough at all- food spots still on the counter and the bathroom still had dust and hair in the corners. When I called to complain they were the rudest I have ever encountered!! So i hired them for house cleaning. They were hired to clean bathroom, kitchen, windows and carpet deep cleaning. They came hour and half late than booked time and once they reached she said their carpet cleaner does not work. With bathroom cleaning their website says they do clean door, light fixture, walls, but nothing was done. On shower door the soap scumm was still there after doing deep cleaning. I wonder wht would they don-if i just go for regular cleaning. So paid for deep cleaning but didnt see tht being done.Windows were not cleaned properlySo over all not happy with thier services. Also the operator was rude when i call and ask why they are not here yet. The person one the line said its not even two oclock yet thats the appointment time and didn’t arrive untill 3:45.Ll never call them again.

Me and my husband decided to hire them for deep cleaning of bath rooms and deep cleaning of kitchen cabinets and Fridge before moving into out new condo. The lady who came on Dec 29 at 9am did a terrible job. 2 bathrooms were supposed to be deep cleaned as I was paying more for deep cleaning. I could notice the grease on tub handles and few spots here and their in the tub in both bath rooms. Sink and toilet had the same issue. I had to tell her that she didnt do a good job then she went back and re-did it but i could still see the stains after she left. She was supposed to scrub but she rushed through it and missed many spots. Now lets go to kitchen cabinets where she said that charge will be seperate for inside and outside of cabinets. I asked her to deep clean inside of cabinets and deep clean the fridge. I noticed some spider nets and dust in 2 cabinets which were big and I assume she didnt bother cleaning those. Then she left some dust in few corners in the fridge. I was busy that day so I trusted her with cleaning but that was my biggest mistake. I wasted 130 dollars that day, my 10 year old niece can clean better than these so called professional cleaners. Dont bother wasting your money on 10 bucks a room cleaners. I was given an appt for 4 pm and they did not show until 6:35 pm. The woman who booked the appt said they have a two hour window to arrive, but I did not know that because I wasnt told when I made the appt and did not receive a confirmation email for the appt, which I was told the notice about the two hour window is in. So in my eyes it they were 2 1/2 hrs late. I paid $25 extra for the refrigerator to be cleaned, but was told they werent allowed to touch the food. How do you clean the inside of a refrigerator without moving the food? The woman commented on my Yelp post that I didnt request organization (which would also cost extra) because all services are a la carte then it would be okay for them to move food. My mother keeps everything in plastic bins so she said it was it okay to move them. Of course I said yes, I was paying an extra $25 for it to be cleaned. I was asked to look over their work when they were done 55 minutes later (needless to say they did a rush job because they were 2 1/2 hrs late) and wanted to see the refrigerator because of the bizarre statement that they dont touch the food. I wasnt asking for it to be organized, I wanted it to be cleaned. What do they normally do, spray cleaner on the food? I didnt notice the bathroom until the next day, but there was still hair in the bathtub and the toothbrush holder was not cleaned. Basically they just wiped down the bathroom, not clean it. Do not use this service, they do shoddy work.
