I have come here to get alterations a few times being I work directly across the street, and other than 1 time I got work done, each time they dont have someone to do the work.Today specifically, I went in and had about 4 to 5 items that needed zippers either re-sewed to the pants, or to be completely removed and replaced, but today I was told to try back in a few weeks. How do you tell a customer who is about to spend close to $100, and probably needs the items back in a couple of weeks, to try back in a few weeks? Taking this $100 bag elsewhere and wont be back.

My wool sweater was cleaned but it seems to have shrunk.

I can see why this place has such bad reviews. Younger lady at the front desk was completely rude. Why come here and get treated like dirt when there’s a cleaners every other block.

My husband used this place to dry clean two shirts and press two suits. He told me he had to pay cash upfront, and I was immediately suspicious. He was told to return two days later to pick up his items. When he did, the items were not ready. “Come back after 4.” He did just that, and again the items were not read. He went back two more times before his items were finally ready, and last night when he took the shirt out for a wedding, there was a huge new yellow stain on the front of the completely wrinkled shirt. Obviously we won’t be returning.

Dropped of suit and one dress shirt for their so called rush service because I needed it in time for an interview. When I went it to pick it up order was not ready and I was told to come back the next morning which happened to be the same day as my interview. Thank god I did not rely on that and made arrangements for a new suit because when I went to pick it up the next day in the afternoon after my interview my order still wasn’t ready. Terrible customer service and reliability. Will never return.

Terrrrrible store. Dont waste your money and dont do anything at the store. After serviced, I have to do dry-cleaning my shirts one more time. hey owner, I dropped the shirt at other store for dry cleaning. When I drop two clothes, I request dry cleaning, but you guys put laundry tag on my shirt. At that time I make sure things, you guys told me that same thing with laundry and dry cleaning while he was calling with someone. Today I complained twice time about the shirts. Your employee confirmed, my shirt was dirty even took laundry service. Thats reason why I dont want re-laundry service one more time. You guys deserve 0 star. Please see other peoples review.

Beware!!! The worst service☹ Garments were not cleaned at all with stains and even hair still on them (we have no pets absolutely). Both the jacket buttons were broken. Management refused to help totally. The worst and rude customer service. Never going back.

They lost my jacket. First time there and they lost my jacket. The employees look like they are all druggies. Never go here!They couldnt find my jacket and keep making excuses. Stay away. worst customer service. opens at 7 am. it is now 725 am and no one shows up to open. the sign says in by 8 ready by 4. no longer true. it says any garment 1.99 and many signs saying real costs. in the past things poorly cleaned. buttons damaged. very unfriendly. horrible

Inadequate service. Never have your expensive or white clothing dry clean there. Not only did my whites came back with the dirt but it also had a water stain that was not there before. Also when I complained the staff was not very friendly. Thumbs down.....will never return there.

Negative 5 stars. This place should be SHUT DOWN for highway robbery (literally). I had to re-iron every piece of garments that I had given them to iron. At least I was lucky enough that they did not loose my clothes. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

A good value for the price. I like to take my pants, suits & jackets. But no shirts. The service is quick but spotty. The close doors 5 minutes before 7pm.

Absolutely horrible experience used them for a few weeks then 5 expensive dress shirts went missing and NO WHERE to be found. I got 2 shirts back and the rest are missing. They are telling me to give them time to show up but thats unacceptable. $250 in dress shirts gone! Worst part is its been days and no call from owner or manager. Keep getting the run around! I wouldnt even give them one star, but system forces me to. most cleaners in East Brunswick are area arrogant with no personality. they really dont care if you come back to them or not. there is no greeting or even acknowledgement that you are there. but the one that tops it all, the mother of arrogance is the $1.99 Any Garment at 395 Route 18 South. if you ever point out any problem with the work that they do, they simply ignore you. if you insist, then they will tell you to take your business elsewhere. lately, I have to inspect everything and each time I noticed the quality of work has gotten worse and worse. Today, I picked up my last damaged shirts from them. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Closes at seven pm. Before seven and three guys just look at me and give me the closed sign. Really. Under new management is a joke. Imagine how there care about your clothes.Update they just had the automatic door off so people would not come in. They just locked it promptly at 7. Though the open sign was clearly off.

They will 100% loose all your clothes and than when you try to retrieve your clothes, they’ll tell you it’s not their problem because you left the store! It’s impossible to get a hold of the “owner” they will never be honest and tell you they lost your clothes. After months of fighting with the employees and finally having exhausted the owner for MONTHS, They give $20 back check or credit for a $80 pants. This place is a joke. It will be shut down soon. The place is filthy. It smells like marijuana. The staff is even worse. You have druggies and ex cons that don’t know what they’re doing, running the place. The owner will lie straight to your face. Terrible owners. Terrible store. Terrible service.

There is one woman who is admittedly very nice but everyone else is so unfriendly. You cant provide service to people when youre wearing earphones folks! And our clothes had to be cleaned again. Never going back.

I paid for 14 items to be dry cleaned. Every last one of them came back with stains. When I confronted them about it, the owner walked away stating he had things to do. I had to call the police just to get my money back. While waiting for the police, the staff taunted me about calling the police. Luckily I was able to keep my composure until authorities came because they were asking for me to tear that place up.

They lost one of my pant on July 19th, 2018 and asked me to call them after two days so they can find it. .......Surprise.....They dont pick up phone now and icing on the cake ....they dont allow you to leave message. On top of that ...their customer service which is based on ...My way or high way philosophy...Not sure how I am going to get my pant back but for sure I am not returning to this place EVER.

I brought two dresses here and They dont even appear to be clean, smell musty, yes I understand you get what you pay for but it seems like they are worse than before. Did not press either they are very wrinkled. Will never go back!

Gave a white blouse on April 5th. 2 days later I was told that they lost it. Then a day later they found it, but with too many stains that were not there before. Its been almost a month still not fixed. I was told the owner will call me. That was 2 weeks before and never heard from them. Sent them an email 2 days back and no response

Do not use them. They do not even deserve 1 star.I came in at 6:40, when they close at 7. They require upfront payment and cash only. I asked if I could run to the bank to get cash, but was not certain if I would make it back BY 7. I asked if they will let me in a couple of minutes after 7. The Boss (as the other employees call him) was already pissed off (as they informed me) and will likely not let me in a minute after 7. I wasnt asking for an extra 10 or 20...just a 5 minute grace period so I can go get cash for one of the very few businesses that is still cash only and requires upfront payment. And if it WAS so hard to give me 5 minutes...have some respect and talk to me like a human being, not like garbage...not asking a lot here.Meanwhile, the lady that the boss was working with kindly requested an extra clear, plastic cover for a nice leather jacket (a piece of plastic that probably costs a few pennies), and she was told no.I had probably $100 worth of clothes in the basket I brought inside, and they will NEVER see those clothes or any of my other garments...ever...PLENTY of other cleaners nearby--Summerhill Cleaners, Bond Cleaners, Any Garment Cleaners on Ryders Lane, etc. Do not use these guys!

Cheap simple dry cleaning, you wont be disappointed, but remember its basic cleaning and nothing else. Staff is freindly and helpful

Have been going here since they first opened with some bumps in the road, but never a lost garment. Today, went in with some jackets and Woolrich shirts to get dry cleaned and the rude woman at the counter spends 4 minutes just reading tags and then goes to her manager for 3 more minutes, comes back and screaches at me, Were not cleaning these. Were under new management and arent doing those anymore. This after those particular items have been cleaned at least 20 times by this shop since the place opened. Id find somewhere else to go ... I did.

People are so disrespectful and unprofessional I had my shirt sleve was white and when I receive it comes like yellow and the Owner of the place supposed to call me for a month now and nothing happend I don’t recommend anyone to use them anymore

This is the worst cleaners I’ve ever been to. They are all very rude and they talk back to you. They have no people skills whatsoever. I was stating how one employee said my jacket will be done by a certain day however when I came the following they all denied it. I was very upset and suddenly I heard someone from the back yelling shut up to me. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen. If there was a way to shut them down I would.

Was in and out in less than a minute. I walked in while 3 workers behind the counter were throwing clothes at each other. Their policy is pre paid and cash only, but they dont even provide an ATM. With that being said I scooped up my clothes and walked out and after reading some of these reviews Im glad I did because I would be pissed and ready to box if they lost an item then gave me the stupid confused face.

Worst place to bring your clothes, they have some crazy people working there, very rude, the lost two of my clothes, never gave me any answer back. They damaged couples times my clothes, they took two pairs of my ugg boots and were holding for more than a month without cleaning. I will never come back this place. Maybe they hire people who came out of jail or have drugs problems !

Terrible service, arrogant employees. I used them many times and 1 day my close came back smelling stale and moldy like it was not cleaned. Not even an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation.
