Terrible service they say there coming and never do charge ridiculous amount for elevator. Maintenance they came plenty of times and still havent fixed the problem and now they want me to get a new elevator from them for 80,000 terrible dont go here

It’s not only the failure to service - when a second company was called to prepare our elevator for state inspection, 3 Phase took revenge by reporting the elevator as in immediate violation of code. Their friendly state inspector showed up without notice and shut us down - for a long weekend. No wonder they’re not a Better Business company.
