Wow, I’m SO thankful for Garrett and Dustin and the crew over at Sun Stoppers in Easley.My wife took our family car in to get windows tinted but she knows absolutely nothing about it and made a bad call on what level of tint to get. After only a 1.5 hour wait, our car was ready, which was great! Except my wife chose a crazy dark tint. She was clueless and wasn’t too sure what to ask for.Luckily, the owner (Garrett) reached out and called me personally to apologize for the misunderstanding and offered a solution that wouldn’t kill our bank account. He was more than happy to help us fix OUR mistake, because this time, the CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT! Trust the pros!We are looking forward to working with the crew to get the windows fixed up. They could have easily taken advantage of us for our ignorance but they didn’t; quite the opposite is true. Well I guess maybe 3rd time will be the charm.took my wifes 2021 nissan sentra to get the windows tinted on Friday the 16th and after paying 350.00 I was informed that the tint on the back window was the last piece on the roll and that it barely fit but it would be ok and the bubbles in the side would go away when the water evaporated. wrong on both accounts.so my wife called Saturday and they said they couldnt get the car in until Wednesday, so Wednesday comes and they fix the back window and said the side was done also, BUT the bubbles on the side are still there there, so now Im thinking that maybe I should have taken the car to Masters in greenville.But the wife is taking it back AGAIN tomorrow to have it fixed again.Like I said 3rd time a charm.Update, the wife calls me today and tell me that the tint is starting to bubble again and she was taking it back AGAIN for a 4th time. And yes Jr its Furman, the Google account is in my little girls name.so, update again my wife goes there to get the side window repaired AGAIN, and instead of fixing the problem they said they were going to call the police on her, so needless to say I will be going somewhere else to get the job done correctly and to the magistrates office to file paperwork for small claims court.UPDATE, so we went to someone else to get the side window repaired and to make sure the tint matches they purchased the tint from sun stoppers of easley, and guess what the tint on the window looks fine, so apparently it wasnt the tint it was the poor work preformed by the employees.

The worse customer service Ive ever experienced. It took five days to complete a tint job and when I picked my vehicle it wasnt complete for what I paid for so I had to go elsewhere to have the job completed.

*Note this is not my review. This is my first review which I was asked to remove, which has been removed. This is simply just to give backstory. THIS IS NOT MY CURRENT REVIEW!**I took my 1989 Ford F-250 to Tint Solutions of Easley on November 14th and got all windows except the windshield tinted. I was originally going to get the most inexpensive option, but went with the mid grade. I got my truck back within 3 hours and paid and left. I didnt notice until later on how bad the edges were cut. My driver side vent window was cut bad along with my back side windows. I took pictures and posted them online and people agreed that the cuts looked lazy, unprofessional, and just bad. I called Tint Solutuons of Easley and told them how it looked and I was told its due to the truck being pre 1994 and that something about the seals makes it hard to cut. I actually replaced the seal in the vent window, but I didnt listen anymore because I knew he didnt care. Was never asked to bring it back so they could look, so I guess they knew it was a bad job. Will not use them again and definitely will not recommend.*Garret Wilson (the owner) contacted me November 23rd about the poor tint job and asked me to describe to him what happened. I told him everything that occurred and he offered to fix it at my convenience. I told him I could come by November 27th at 10 a.m. He asked me if I could come at 9 a.m. which I agreed to. I was 25 minutes late and apologized which is the only thing I apologized about since only that was my fault. We talked about the situation for a few minutes and we walked to the truck so I could show him where the problem was. He agreed it looked bad and shouldnt have left like that. He personally fixed it. I waited about an hour and a half and he walked me back to the truck and asked if the new tint looked good. I noticed the gaps, but told him it looked good and it was fine. I figured if it couldnt be done right the 2nd time then a 3rd time would be wasting my time. He wrote me a $50 off coupon for my next tint which expires at the end of the month. He then asked me to remove the review which I agreed to. 6 days later on December 3rd Mr. Wilson messaged me and asked if I was happy with the tint job. I was honest and sent him pictures of what it looked like and he never addressed the pictures. He then sent a message I sadly could not see due to him removing it. He then threatened me with legal actions of slandering his company although I have not. I was gonna let the situation go. All I did was ask on a Facebook window tint group which I did before the 2nd attempt if the original job was good which I was then told by many people that it looked bad, lazy, and unprofessional. I didnt take the review down in 6 days because I work for a living and stay quite busy. I planned on removing it, but wasnt given a chance. I have not said a word on any social media about his company so I am unaware of this assault I have launched upon his business . So I am not sure how they bent over backwards for me, but it is what it is. I am neutral on this company and Mr. Wilson, I just want to put my experience out there so that this may help other people.

THE absolute best in the business! Tint Solutions of Easley tinted my 2015 Honda Civic Se and have done a couple buildings for my church recently at Abundant Life Church of Greenville. The guys are 100% professional from their appearance and speech, to their knowledge of their products, and most importantly with their job performance. The inside of the lobby/waiting room is very clean and very cool looking with all of the neat signs and antiques to look at. They offer refreshments which is a huge plus!
