My son passed away on May 4th this year and I wanted something special to wear in his memory. I took his watch into Classic and asked them to be creative yet classy. I told them what had happened and what it was for. This is what they came up with. The middle piece has engraved his name and date of birth. Many people do not know what it is for and I have been asked many times where I got my necklace from. Thank you so much.

I walked in on a whim because my rings were too large and had also cracked on the back because of the size. I dont always trust larger retailer where the rings were purchased because they get sent out of the store for repairs. Well I had ZERO worries at Classic Jewelers because all of the work is done in-house and everyone there, especially Eleanor, were kind and very helpful. The ring looks even more beautiful than when it was given to me!

I live in The ups state of SC and wanted to support a local jeweler. I found Classic Jewels on Google and thought it sounded like a good fit. I needed stones replaced for two rings which are very dear to me. One of the rings had a bad bezel which is why I kept losing tithe stone. Both bezels were perfectly repaired while adding a new beautiful stone. I was so happy with the service and helpful staff I brought my son to pick out an engagement ring. I am so disappointed with my recent visit to Classic Jewelers! Over the years, before mother passed, she spent A LOT of money at Classic Jewelers! The jeweler that used to be there was Marc and he was fabulous! My husband bought me a beautiful diamond and sapphire ring for me for Christmas . The ring is gorgeous ! I have had the ring for only a little over 6 months and one of the sapphires is cracked and 3 of the diamonds have fallen out. I totally understand that normal wear and tear happens but in 6 months thats ridiculous. I am a stay at home mom so I dont do alot of strenuous work. I was told that its my fault and I have to pay $300 to get it fixed. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Classic Jewelers has just lost a customer and Inwill make sure that people know all about it. Not once did they apologize or sound understanding. I guess I didnt spend enough money to matter.

I have bought jewelry from here about 3 times. I have had problems every time. Although the jewelry is quite beautiful, it just doesnt make up for the service. The first time was my wedding band. Well long story short that ended before it began and I was told I could get store credit for the money I had given them since I no longer wanted the ring. Last year, I bought my mothers ring here. When they gave it to me, it was DIRTY. The sterling silver was pretty much black. Then, they couldnt find my store credit! They didnt even put it in the system! Luckily someone that has worked there for a long time remembered me. Then, my boyfriend bought my promise ring here. I tried to use the rest of my store credit and AGAIN they couldnt find it until the same employee remembered me. Also, I was told these were lab created diamonds. Meaning they are EXACTLY the same as blood diamonds, but without the labor. Well, a different jewelry store told me other wise. She gave me a simulate diamond. SHE LIED about what I was buying. Not to mention they are not exactly friendly. Their attitudes suck. If you ask them to do anything for you and it involves the slightest inconvenience, expect an attitude and to be spoken shortly to. I will not go back here. This place is a joke.

This jewelry store is amazing. I inherited a ring from my grandmother and they sized it for me quickly and at a great price. When I picked the ring up it was the cleanest (and sparkliest) I have seen it. I then brought in my engagement ring for repair and it looks like new!! The staff are fabulous and professional. I love this place and will go back again and again. You should, too! The jewelry is gorgeous!

The diamond in my engagement ring was loose and I was worried about losing it so I took it to them after they came highly recommended by a friend’s father who has used them for many years. They looked at it my ring & fixed it within a matter of minutes while I waited!! I was expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks but I was back out the door within a couple of minutes with a repaired & freshly cleaned ring, as well as the confidence that my diamond was securely in place. Took my wedding ring in for repair. Older gentlemen made a comment that I felt was negative about my platinum ring. Then proceed to say they could fix it and did I want it polished. Well of course I want it cleaned and polished. I left my ring for repairs. On picking the ring up I am going to inform someone that I did not appreciate the way the gentlemen handled looking at my ring. I will not go back. Should have taken it to Paces in West Greenville. Sometimes convenience is not the best choice.

Eli talked me into getting a $10,000 ring. Which was $5K over my budget. It was worth it because my wife was astonished when I proposed. All thanks to Eli’s depth knowledge and recommendation!

I called in advanced before getting my watch repaired spoke the person I spoke with was polite and honest. I go up there to get my watch repaired the guy fixes it fast the lady tells my total which was double which I was told over the Phone. I asked why was it soo much she said because the tools where expensive to use. I explained that I just called caught her in a LIE and she still continued it. No problem money isnt really an issue to me but HONESTY is. Dont TRUST this place they may lie about other things like of the diamonds are really from South Africa etc.. The lady may just saw my skin color and taxed me higher I dont know whatever it was not a good business practice and I would advise to find a place reputable.

Went in and the manager picked out a ring that was extremely similar to one I was looking for. Great service and was more concerned about satisfying my needs rather than making a sale.

I walked inside. An older gentlemen with glasses came out from what appeared to be his office and asked me what I needed. I asked him if he could size my fingers so I obviously know what ring size to buy. He looked at me and said “Come back later right now is not a good time. I’m kind of tied up at the moment.” Ummm excuse me? There was no one in the store so what was he tied up with. I have worked in sales and customer service before and clearly he had no interest in trying to make a sale or serve a customer. I definitely won’t be coming back ever.

I’ve talked to about 15 different Jewlers over the past year trying to find a unique and rare style diamond that i wanted To propose to my girlfriend with and didn’t have any luck. One of my friends suggested that i call Eli at classic Jewlers witch i did and within a few days he had what i was looking for!
